And a middle aged golden retriever to have a friend to play with too I am a stay at home mom who will be so happy to watch your dogs. I am available Monday through Sunday and the time is flexible. I needed a cat sitter for two trips that were only a few weeks apart. From my first meeting with Heather prior to my first trip to return home after my second trip, I never once worried about the care my cats were receiving. She was an absolute delight to work with. From the very first request to cat sit the communication was phenomenal. I loved that she didn't try to "force" herself onto my shyer cats like so many people try to do. She knew some cats will only accept you on their own terms with their own timeline. Heather was kind enough to roll my trash can to the street for pick up day and move it back to the house afterwards, and she washed up cat dishes even though I told her originally that she didn't have to do that! For those that are looking at costs, yes there are some sitters that have cheaper prices. I am also here to tell you that you will absolutely not regret booking Heather for your pet care needs. You will not worry if you know she is in charge of your fur babies. She does not treat pet sitting as a nice side job to make extra money. Heather knows she is responsible for members of your family and she takes that job very seriously. I will absolutely use Heather again in the future, as long as she is able and willing as well. About: I’ve taken care of family friends pets since the age of 12. Neighbors as well as family friends have relied on me to feed and walk their pets even with a last minute request. About: My husband and I have been around dogs our entire life, small to large breed, we love dogs! Our little one absolutely loves having them around, being outside, throwing ball, treats, etc. So, your pet would need to be great with kids :) We live in the beautiful Whittier neighborhood with plenty of walking options. Our backyard is enclosed with a high eight foot fence. So, your pet would be plenty comfortable. Or, if you're away, I could come to your pet for their time outdoors. I have a small SUV, so transportation is always an option! We're comfortable letting your pet roam the house while we're here and away. We would only take on more than one dog after talking to the owner of our current stay, and the dogs are compatible, or they come from the same home! With that said, we do not have any four legged pets of our own.... only tanked ones ;) three amano shrimp, two tetras, and two narite snails! So, your pet will have the luxury of our undivided attention! When your pet would come to stay with us, we do ask for as much info/'their 'stuff' as you can bring/provide regarding your pets normal/routine at their home, commands, tricks, toys, food, bedding... etc so your pet is comfortable and enjoys their time here, and so we can keep them in as much of a similar framework as their home. The Rover site allows for pics and videos. So, we like to take a few during their stay and send them to owners! Our current stay and past stays have really enjoyed this! Prior to you or us making a decision on your pets stay, we would like for you all and your pet to visit our home. This will allow you to see and get a sense of our neighborhood and home - where your pet will be staying, and meet us! I hope this has been helpful for you!

About: I have had dogs and cats all my life and I have fostered dogs for 2 years. I love senior dogs as well as puppies. I currently work a full time job, my hours are 8-4 but I am available to stay overnight. I am available on weekends and if needed I can go before and always after work! About: As the proud owners to two wonderful little rescue dogs, a cat, some chickens, guinea fowl, goats and sheep, we know how hard it can be sometimes to find care for your pets and farm animals while you are away. We will provide the same level of care and kindness that I would want and expect for our own spoiled pets. Trust is an important part of pet care and petsitting, and we want you to be able to confidently, and without worry, leave your pampered pups and kitties in our care. We live on a small farm in rural Western Maryland, about 20 minutes west of Frederick. We have experience with all kinds of animal care, from horses, cows, goats, sheep, and poultry. We are currently able to provide drop-in visits for dogs, cats, and a variety of farm animals, as well as house or farm sitting, and in home boarding, as well as hourly dog park style use of our large fenced yard. Your pets will be a happy addition to our family in our home! Our whole property is fenced by 4 ft or taller board and wire fencing, with smaller areas sectioned off in the front and back yards. The driveway is gated and secure. We want your pets to feel as safe as our own. Leah and Andrew are both available for petsitting services. We currently work only at home, tending our farm homestead, and have a flexible schedule. We are able to drop in one or two times a day, or less or more often, as needed. We treat every animal as if it were our own and provide a level of care that we would expect from our pet care provider.
About: I've had pets (cats, dogs and bunnies) for as long as I can remember. (40 + years) I have taken care of peoples animals many times throughout my life. I'm known for being an animal lover and have been told that I have a way with them. Even when other people's pets have been afraid of other people their pets have felt comfortable with me. I work from home, and am there most of the time. Our little toy poodle that we've had for 12 years just passed away and we slept with her, held her as we were doing school/ work and took her everywhere with us. We picked him up from Arlene and she told me that I t took a little time (an hour) to get him to settle down, but after that he had a full day of play with the other 2 dogs that were there. About: I’m very caring and attentive to all animals and I am here to look after and play with them when you are unavailable. I have plenty of experience watching dogs, cats, and even reptiles on several different occasions for a few years now and I will never get tired of meeting new ones! About: I'm certified in CPR emergency vet services and have watched dogs in my home for years. If you are working long hours and or regular hours and need someone to take care of your dog while you're at work, I'm the one. Sometimes when we leave our dogs alone at home while we work they can get into a lot of things. They can get bored. They can be destructive and they get very lonely. Most of the clients that I work with have a job work long hours and their dogs at times have torn their house, their furniture or whatever they can find completely up and then they have such a mess when they get home. We love our dogs. We love them more than anything and it's hard to come home like that. So if you're tired of it and need someone to help, I'm the one for you. I'm retired. I have two dogs that are so used to other dogs. They don't get out of my sight. Believe me. I have leashes harnesses beds. Anything they need? Lots of toys and lots of activity. I don't have a fenced-in yard but that's why I take small dogs and I can walk them two to three times a day. Whatever you would like to have done. They are allowed on my furniture and in bed with me if they happen to spend the night. They have full run of the household just like mine does. My two dogs are small and they love other dogs after their first initial visit. My dogs are used to other dogs in my house that are not mine and we all get along. Meet and greets are essential. I love animals of all kinds, but I find that dogs are my ones that I can handle the best. It gives the owner peace of mind knowing that their dog is with someone that will take good care of them. So if you need somebody like me just me know. We'll see what we can work out. Randomly I will be able to watch them overnight. If something happens you have to work late or the weather gets bad and you can't make it to my home. That's not a problem. I've got a big bed and lots of blankets and lots of pillows and lots of dog beds if that's where they like to sleep. 🐾 All dogs must be up to date on shots and flea and tick medicine. All dogs will be checked when they come to my house to make sure that there's no fleas. If they do have fleas then I will bathe them And let you know that they need flea and tick medicine before they return. I have plenty of references if you request. I’m retired and am home all day. I’m prepared ahead of time for hosting dogs. The reason I have a one-day notice is so I can prepare my house with anything I may need so that there is no leaving the dogs by theirself. All pets free roam my home. They get to sleep wherever they are used to. They are fed according to the pet parents instructions. All pets get two to three walks a day .Lots of potty breaks, water provided outside and of course inside. They get lots of hugs and treats if aloud by pet parents.

Whether they be my own, friends, or families I held dear, being around and caring for dogs have always been a huge part of my life! I've fed them, bathed them, given them medicine, and have always been relable. Currently, I am mostly self-employed & studying for a Real Estate license. I do work mornings at a horse barn, and have a contract gig working occasional weekends with a D&D-styled Bed & Breakfast. Thankfully those shifts are scheduled months in advance and, for barn work, typically wrap up around 11-Noon. :) I'm always willing to give dogs the ample affections and pets they need! I'm super attentive to when they need to go outside/take a walk, have their food right on schedule, have some playtime, or whenever they just geniunely need attention and love. I honestly do it everyday for my own dogs. So I'll have no trouble giving them the same needs I give my precious wee babies.

About: I have decades of experience with both cats and dogs! I have a reactive/senior dog that I have had since he was a puppy. He also suffered from severe separation anxiety, that I had to help him with when we first got him. I rescued him from the Humane Society. I have had training with him, to help give him his best life. I have experience with both dogs and cats, from puppy/kitten to senior age and every age in between. I do have basic pet training skills, including leash training, as well. I also can administer oral medication when needed for dogs. I have experience with dogs with special needs, such as, blindness and special dietary needs. I have experience with active/herding dogs as well. My senior dog Willow, was a boarder/lab. She recently crossed over the rainbow bridge. She was over 13. She was a very active girl. I also have 2 grand dogs. A 4 year old male Great Dane/hound and a 1 1/2 year old male Australian shepherd. I take care of them from time to time when my family needs me too. I also have several clients that I regularly take care of their pets while they’re either at work or away on vacation. I offer several types of services for your pets. I can do drop ins/potty breaks, walks/playtime or overnight stays when you’re away or on vacation. I also provide photos/videos, so that you can see how much fun your fur baby is having while you’re away! I do have experience with multiple dogs/cats households. I look forward to meeting you and your pet(s) and helping to provide caregiving services for your pet! I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I am available most days with notice ahead of time. On occasion, I can do non-scheduled pet care times as well. When caring for your pet in your home, I will follow your instructions for your pets needs. We can discuss how much time your pet can be left alone, as well as, if they need to be crated while left alone. If I am taking care of your pet while you’re away for overnight stays, I will generally check on your pet every 4 to 5 hours unless noted otherwise.
About: I’m very caring and attentive to all animals and I am here to look after and play with them when you are unavailable. I have plenty of experience watching dogs, cats, and even reptiles on several different occasions for a few years now and I will never get tired of meeting new ones! I have a passionate love for animals and believe they deserve the best care possible. I’ve been looking for a job and came to the conclusion this is the best for me. Getting paid to care and tend to animals and even just hanging and chilling with them doesn’t even seem like a job to me but more like a fun time.
