Generally I follow whatever instructions are left and then add in a few enrichment activities. I also make sure they are introduced to the other members of my family so that they can feel comfortable with new strangers. About: My husband and I are blessed to have a totally fenced in home with over three acres. I decided to use this blessing to bless dogs to come and run and play. Dogs were meant to run and roam not be tied up. I so enjoy being outdoors and being around dogs. I have always had dogs even growing up with my family. My father had a heart for animals and I believe that is where my love has come from. I have three dogs of my own and each one has a very special spirit about them. In my spare time, I enjoy going to the rescues and shelters walking the dogs there. I also take rescue puppies into our home and foster them until they are adopted into a loving family. My husband and I work together and we have plenty of time to give special attention to your fur baby. We believe in exercising your pet whether by means of walking, playing with their favorite toy, sitting on the porch just hanging out and also then giving the proper rest as needed. My yard is fenced in for protected play time. While inside your pet will be allowed to be a part of household for special time and then I have a separate area where your pet will be allowed to have quite time and rest in a crate or in a area without a crate as needed.

My dog is a rescue so he doesn’t always do well with strangers but he was so happy with Steve right away. Steve asked if he could take Tully on a short introductory walk to make sure they were a good match which made me much more comfortable. Definitely would recommend Steve! Amazing with both families and fur babies!”
About: I’ve grown up caring for animals and have had 2 cats for 10 years and 2 dogs for the past 4 years (in separate homes). I have experience with dog walking, dog sitting, and cat care, including feeding, playtime, while their owners are away. I am very comfortable handling different personalities from energetic dogs to independent cats. I am responsible and will treat your pet like my own while following any instructions you provide. I am also very active, so I enjoy keeping dogs engaged and getting them the exercise they need! I am currently still in school, so I am only available on weekends at any time. After this month, I will have more flexibility and be available any day of the week. I have a fenced yard and two friendly Labrador mix dogs. I make sure pets are always supervised, safe, and comfortable, and I focus on keeping a calm and secure environment based on their needs.

My sister is a former vet tech (I have learned so much from her and she is still my #1 resource when I have to "triage" anything non-emergent), and I grew up surrounded by animals, so pet care has always felt like second nature to me. I’ve cared for senior pets, administered medications, supported animals with special needs, even raised premature puppies! I’m very attuned to the unique rhythms and cues of each animal I meet. I’m gentle, playful, and intuitive, matching energy levels and always paying attention to what a pet needs in the moment. Whether that means slow movements and soft energy or zoomies and tug-of-war, I show up in a way that helps your pet feel safe, respected, and loved. I also deeply value communication with pet parents. I’ll always ask lots of questions to understand your preferences, routines, and what makes your pet feel their best. You can count on regular photo and written updates during our time together! I’m flexible with scheduling and happy to work with pets who may require more attention on walks together due to triggers, so long as there’s no bite history and we’ve had a proper meet & greet to make sure everyone feels safe and comfortable. :) I'm looking forward to meeting your fur fam! I work remotely and have a flexible and self-structured schedule, so I’m thankfully able to build my days intentionally around the things that matter, including pet care! I space out my client sessions to make room for walks, drop-ins, and quality time with the animals I care for. When caring for pets in their home, I’m respectful of their space and routines, and always take the time to understand what helps them feel safe and comfortable. I read behavior cues, match energy levels, and adjust my approach, whether that means calm and slow or playful and high-energy. About: I am a professional dog trainer and a lot of times when my clients go on vacation I board their dogs, this includes boarding while they are at a work. As part of my love for dogs, I compete in dog sports and am very expierenced with all breeds and understand the unique and necessary care of each breeds needs! Dogs are my life! As a full time dog trainer no dog will ever be left unattended/unsupervised as this is my full time job, so me or my staff are always around! I have 5 personal dogs of my own! There will be plenty of opportunities for dog/puppy playtime during the day or while they are boarded with me. In the event that I can not 100% have attention on your dog, your dog will be crated as I do with my personal dogs; which, reduces the risk of any hazards or incidents, danger or harm to your precious four legged furry family member or to others. I am a full time dog trainer so dogs are my life! No dogs will ever be left unattended/unsupervised as this is my full time job so I am always around! I have 5 personal dogs of my own! So your dog will for sure have options of play during the day or while boarded with me. If i can not 100% have attention on your dog your dog will be in the crate as even with my personal dogs I do the same things! This decreases the risk of any accidentals happening
