About: My first task/jobs given to me at the rescue was with cats until I was bigger and heavy enough to walk the dogs. I was coined “Cat Companion” and socialized kittens and cats so they were more affectionate and calm, so they would be more likely to find a home. I cleaned litter boxes, dishes, beds, cages, blankets, etc. Sometimes I work with the cats who have leukemia so I often help clear eye boogies and nose snot, as well as practicing extremely thorough cleaning afterwards and they are always my last stop at the rescue. My baby, kali (pictured), who was a calico that lived until 19 years old, however she became senile in her last couple years so i’ve also dealt with dementia and things of the sort as well if that was ever the case.
About: I’ve been a cat owner for over 20 years and currently have four cats of different ages. Two of them have special health needs, so I’m experienced with giving extra care, monitoring health, and making sure every cat feels safe and comfortable.

About: [Please note: I am back in Maryland for this season.] I’ve always had dogs and cats in my life, whether in my own house or my neighbors’. I’ve become used to both the chaos and peacefulness of pet caretaking, and I’m always ready to learn something new. In terms of dogs, most of my experience has been with small to medium or slightly large dogs, but I’ve spent time with all types and am excited about new experiences. About: From house sitting and petting sitting for neighbors when I was young, to fostering pets for the past 5 years, and caring for friends pets when they go away, I have always enjoyed meeting new dogs & cats and caring for them, feeding them or administering medications, playing with & walking them, or just sitting & talking with them, even bathing them! About: I've been around animals my whole life. From the littlest of fish, to the largest of cows and other farm animals! I have 3 dogs of my own, two Colorado mountain dogs and a medium pittie mix. They will be loved and taken care of while you go to work or even on vacation. It’s always nice to know your pet is taken care of and you have no need stress . I am stay at home mama so I have the time during morning after 9 is best. I am open to afternoon and evenings as well. I have a big yard out back and two dogs of my own to keep your fur baby company. They are very friendly and good with other dogs. I would be taken for walks. Go dog parks around and get plenty of love and exercise.

I was able to request Amber’s help at 3:00 AM while getting ready for a long day and a few hours later Amber had confirmed she could help out. She asked intelligent questions, was prompt, followed directions on home security entrance perfectly, took lots of pictures and spent time walking and entertaining our fur-babies.
