I can give oral medications, follow your training rules, walk large dogs, handle dogs that aren’t friendly with strangers, high anxiety, and have disabilities (ex. Deaf, blind). I work fully remote and am able to support daycare and boarding. I usually walk my dog morning, mid day and evening for 30 min to an hour at a time. I’d like to be able to support other people who need assistance. During the week your dog won’t be left alone for more than an hour depending on drop off and pick up time. During the weekend your dog won’t be left longer than 3-4 hours depending. We can always communicate your dogs specific needs to accommodate! I have a fenced yard in our home and a friendly, playful 2 year old male lab (fixed). If your dog is in my home, they do need to be friendly with other dogs. This is to ensure the safety of my dog and if I am boarding or hosting daycare for another dog. During the week I do work full time so there are times where I am in meetings so it is preferred your dog is not destructive, okay without supervision, or is okay in a crate or enclosed room. I communicate my anticipated work schedule and plan for the day with the pet owner.

About: I'm a very energetic person so I will always play with the pets and I'm always making sure they are well looked after. I have taken care of plenty of pets aging from young puppies and kittens to older. When taking care of cats I have plenty of toys and things for them to climb on. I have also taken care of pets that have special needs. Like diabetics and other things. I know how to give medications oral and in shot form. Special skills would be probably that I can keep up with any animal and I love all of them. They put a smile on my face. And I love seeing owners with the same smiles. It warms my heart every day. ? About: I have had dogs for my entire life ranging from all ages! During my free time I am typically walking or taking care of my family’s American Bulldog, Axel. I also helped my college roommate raise and train her Pitbull. I am a recently graduated college student searching for work. In the meantime, I am dogsitting & walking while I search for a new career. Therefore, I have a very free & open schedule! I have a fenced yard in my home with a very friendly American Bulldog who would be happy to play with anyone! I am able to crate if needed.
About: I have 4 years of pet experience. I have a 4 year old Maltese and have helped my family with their dogs for many years when they go on vacation. I walk the dogs, feed them, play with them, I do take them on car rides etc to make sure they’re happy and healthy. Dogs say I have a good sense of humor they really warm up to me. I’m currently working as a babysitter part-time so I have lots of time on my hands to help watch the little and big dogs and play with them and watch them for families who are going away. I go to many peoples homes to babysit who have dogs and I treat them like my own. I have have a dog myself and will treat the dog as if it was my own and take it on lots of walks and make sure the water is filled and the food is filled as well and make sure everything is done for their routine.
About: Hi! I have grown up around dogs all my life and love taking care of them. I have a dog of my own now, Loki, who is my pride and joy. Genuinely my best friend. I know it is hard finding the perfect sitter for your dog(s), but I am experienced and love to be around dogs. I have had some experience walking dogs in my old neighborhood. About: Besides my own dogs that I have taken care of since I was very young, I also have been relied on to take care of family and neighbor dogs. Most dogs that I have cared for have been geriatric, and I am extremely patient with them, and strong enough to even lift the larger dogs when they can’t lift themselves. Before coming to MD, I worked on a farm and interacted with dozens of dogs every day. I have never met a dog that hasn’t liked me, or one I haven’t liked. I work from home and so can easily step out for a drop-in or house sit and work from your home. I can do early morning or late evening according to need. I am unable to board your dogs. However, I am more than able to watch your dogs in your home. When in a client’s home, my philosophy is to only touch what is needed. The client’s direction and privacy is key to a good relationship, as well as my discretion.

I have taken care of plenty of pets aging from young puppies and kittens to older. When taking care of cats I have plenty of toys and things for them to climb on. I have also taken care of pets that have special needs. Like diabetics and other things. I know how to give medications oral and in shot form. Special skills would be probably that I can keep up with any animal and I love all of them. They put a smile on my face. And I love seeing owners with the same smiles. It warms my heart every day. ? I can give oral medications, follow your training rules, walk large dogs, handle dogs that aren’t friendly with strangers, high anxiety, and have disabilities (ex. Deaf, blind). I am happy to chat or meet prior to booking to ensure I am a good fit for your pup! I believe in open communication to ensure the safety of you, your pet, me and mine. I work fully remote and am able to support daycare and boarding. I usually walk my dog morning, mid day and evening for 30 min to an hour at a time. I’d like to be able to support other people who need assistance. During the week your dog won’t be left alone for more than an hour depending on drop off and pick up time. During the weekend your dog won’t be left longer than 3-4 hours depending. We can always communicate your dogs specific needs to accommodate! I have a fenced yard in our home and a friendly, playful 2 year old male lab (fixed). If your dog is in my home, they do need to be friendly with other dogs. This is to ensure the safety of my dog and if I am boarding or hosting daycare for another dog. During the week I do work full time so there are times where I am in meetings so it is preferred your dog is not destructive, okay without supervision, or is okay in a crate or enclosed room. I communicate my anticipated work schedule and plan for the day with the pet owner.

“We started using Rover because our senior dogs just couldn't keep up with group playtime at larger boarding facilities, and it was outrageously expensive for 2 large dogs. We booked with Andy before and felt so much more comfortable using him than we ever did with boarding, especially since this was a longer trip. Andy was great and communicated with updates daily. There was some tension with our dogs and his this trip, but it seems that with Andy's patience and persistence the dogs were able to work it out. Sometimes dogs just don't get along, but Andy was able to manage everything, keeping everyone safe and warm even when it was 10 degrees outside. We 1000% recommend Andy!”
