“WE WERE TURNED AWAY BY SOOOO MANY SITTERS... I checked the schedule of every sitter before making contact to ensure that they were available. I made contact with at least 10 sitters and got "I'm out of town" or no response at all. The issue was my dog was asked not to return to a commercial kennel "Muddy Paws." There was no violence or aggressive behavior, just anxiety shown by barking, howling, tipping food, and water. But all of this is in Ash's bio, and finally, someone was real enough to tell me. "After reading your dogs bio, I don't feel comfortable with him." So I gave up and started to cancel a much needed family vacation. Then I got a small sign and tried Lindsay. She was the only one who asked, "What happened at Muddy Paws?". From there, we exchanged texts, and she asked if we could have a meet and greet that day. We had a wonderful meet and greet, and she took Ash for our vacation. And from there, we were thoroughly impressed. We got pictures, videos, and text messages. My wife actually got a little jealous due to how comfortable Ash looked and smiled in every picture. Plus, he found a new best friend in her dog, Remi. Now, if you are curious to know how Ash did, I highly recommend you ask Lindsay. She even went as far as to write something the other sitters could read that would educate them on Ash's behavior. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away, so you can enjoy your time knowing they’re in caring hands. Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I grew up in a family that rescued animals, and my mom has worked in the veterinary field her entire career. Before becoming a stay-at-home mom to my three little ones, I spent years working in animal hospitals, where I gained experience caring for pets of all ages, sizes, and personalities. That background taught me how important patience, consistency, and attention to detail are when it comes to caring for animals. At home, we have three playful kittens and a friendly dog, so your pet will be staying with someone who truly understands their needs. We also have a large backyard where dogs can safely run, play, and get plenty of exercise. I know every pet is different, which is why I do my best to stick to their normal routine. Whether that means feeding schedules, potty breaks, medications, walks, cuddle time, or simply giving them space to relax! I’ll care for your pet the way you do at home. I believe keeping their routine as consistent as possible helps reduce stress and makes them feel comfortable. When your pet stays with me, they’ll be treated like part of the family. I’ll make sure they receive plenty of love, attention, playtime, and updates while you’re away so you always know they’re happy and well cared for. About: I have taken care of puppies from day 1, I have help trained all my parents dogs, they have 3 golden retrievers at the moment. I have always been the person my parents friends want to come watch there animals. I am going to school at Anne Arundel Community College, and have a lot of free time during the day and night. Almost anytime you need me I can be there with your baby. I can take the dog on long walks or through a ball all day if the dog wants too. I am very patient with all dogs and cats.

About: Currently I have 2 dogs that are my little fur babies! I grew up working for my parents dog kennel for boarding and grooming which I've helped work at for many years. My parents also bred and showed specific dog breeds; therefore I am comfortable with dogs of all ages. I have experience walking, feeding, playing, grooming, and training all types of dogs. I've experienced many litters of puppies and helped out as they grew to full size adult dogs. I enjoy being around dogs and know how to handle most situations that you could think of. I'm very knowledgable and have also shown dogs in dog shows. If you are looking for a patient and responsible dog sitter I would love to meet your dog and help out with whatever types of things you would like to be done. Thank you again for your consideration. I am a teacher in St.Mary’s county; therefore I am not home during the hours of 7-5 during the school year; however, I am off during most government holidays. I try to keep the routines and schedules that you have set for your pet while I am watching them. I do have a fenced in yard at my home; however, I am comfortable with walking your pet as well.

About: I am an animal lover who has taken care of my own as well as friends and families pets for years. My family has cared for dogs, cats, chickens, goats, snakes, frogs, geckos, chinchillas. I am a stay at home mom, so my time is very flexible. I am able to keep pets to their daily schedules and routines. My property is ideal for a doggy vacay, we have a newly fenced in valley, a forest to explore, 2 dogs companions (can keep separate upon request), lots of squirrels to chase, and plenty to love to go around! I am able to provide an attentive home environment that a pet is used to.

“WE WERE TURNED AWAY BY SOOOO MANY SITTERS... I checked the schedule of every sitter before making contact to ensure that they were available. I made contact with at least 10 sitters and got "I'm out of town" or no response at all. The issue was my dog was asked not to return to a commercial kennel "Muddy Paws." There was no violence or aggressive behavior, just anxiety shown by barking, howling, tipping food, and water. But all of this is in Ash's bio, and finally, someone was real enough to tell me. "After reading your dogs bio, I don't feel comfortable with him." So I gave up and started to cancel a much needed family vacation. Then I got a small sign and tried Lindsay. She was the only one who asked, "What happened at Muddy Paws?". From there, we exchanged texts, and she asked if we could have a meet and greet that day. We had a wonderful meet and greet, and she took Ash for our vacation. And from there, we were thoroughly impressed. We got pictures, videos, and text messages. My wife actually got a little jealous due to how comfortable Ash looked and smiled in every picture. Plus, he found a new best friend in her dog, Remi. Now, if you are curious to know how Ash did, I highly recommend you ask Lindsay. She even went as far as to write something the other sitters could read that would educate them on Ash's behavior. And we appreciate that so much. BUT AS LONG AS LINDSAY IS A SITTER, ASH DOES NOT HAVE ANY OTHER SITTERS. THANKS YOU, Lindsay, from the entire Jones family.”

“We could not be more happy that we found Stephanie to care for our little guy while we were away. Our Buddy was treated like a member of the family and loved his home away from home. “When I picked up Jackson, I was not sure he wanted to leave his vacation with Kathryn and her wonderful family! Sure he was excited to see us, but, then he laid down next to Kathryn as if he was feeling pretty comfortable at her home! She sent photos and write ups daily and this made me feel so much better about leaving him in her care. It was like he knew the family forever! This was the first time we went away without him in 8 years so I was a bit anxious about leaving. I would have no problems leaving him again if I have another opportunity to do so. I highly recommend Kathryn and I know he was very happy being there and well cared for. He enjoyed his daily walks and never missed a meal and perhaps, Me!!!!
