I’m Mags (Rover requires me to use my legal name) and I love all animals I have been passionate about dogs ever since I was a child but because experienced working with dogs and cats (and some bunnies) while working for the Humane Society of Memphis and Shelby County. I was a veterinarian assistant for one year and then became an adoptions Manager for three years. This was the most fulfilling experience of my adult life, being able to help animals and the community daily. I recently lost my closest companion, Xander, about a month ago. He was 13 years old and I had him since he walked into the humane society at two months old. Through him I gained even more experience with aging dogs, medical care and many behavioral changes as he aged. While using positive reinforcement training we navigated 6 military moves, life adaptions to aging and the introduction of two kittens. I will take all this experience and use it to provide the same amount of love an attention for you furry family members as I did for Xander. I am currently employed part time and have many days free as well as can stay over night or board animals in my home. I have a very flexible schedule and am happy to work with any client’s schedule as needed. I currently only have two cats in my home, so I’m able to provide boarding for cat friendly animals. I have a fenced in back yard and am usually not gone from the house for more than four hours. I also am available for staying over nights at clients houses for a more comfortable experience for everyone in the family.

“Our pups are two years old and this was the first time for boarding or being away from home. They are our children and so we are picky about who we trust to leave them with. Her veterinary degree and willingness to do a "meet and greet" first, put us at ease. She sent photos and updates everyday and kept in contact. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end and we will definitely use Silvia and Roberto in the future!”

“We have two English Mastiffs and this was our first experience with Boarding. Our girls have always been watched at home and they’re a big pair of ladies to accommodate, so we were a bit apprehensive. At our meet and greet Heather was fantastic. Her experience shined through; she was easygoing and patiently answered all of our questions. We decided to have a “dress rehearsal” overnight and it was a hit! The girls had a great time, we received loads of pictures and updates and when I arrived for pickup our girls were both relaxing in the den. If our girls were at ease then we’re at ease. About: Our facility gives your dog the best chance to exercise and relax in a peaceful environment. We also offer training we have three enclosed rings. We offer 24/7 care for your dog while at our facility. We will feed on your schedule. We also offer bathing and also have a groomer that can be scheduled. Or facility is designed to keep your dog safe and secure. We have three fenced in areas to exercise your dog, one consisting of an agility course. We also have a fenced in area with 8 foot high fencing and artificial turf for animals with allergies.
“As a first time rover user, also Oreo’s first time sleeping over with a sitter, we are glad we found Rodney and Marissa very close to home. As a senior dog, and also diabetic, I was worried having someone else take care of Oreo. But Rodney was great keeping me informed how Oreo was doing. They were great with oreo’s medication, including Oreo’s insulin shot twice a day. Again, thanks for having Oreo, Rodney and Marissa! ?”

“Casey and Marwa are the most accommodating and caring dog sitters, we have ever had. They do their best to keep with the routines that Indiana knows and then add extra long walks, treats, brushing, playing, and lots of love. Their Pug Kevin is so cute and friendly. On top of that, they are super-flexible with drop off and pick up times and took Indy in on very short notice. Will definitely be back”
