“Boarding with Ellen was outstanding. We had a family emergency that made taking our large dog with us impossible. He’s five-years old and had never been away from home - I am sure it was challenging for him. While not aggressive or disobedient, at about 120lbs he can be intimidating. Ellen was clearly very comfortable with him during our meet and greet visit and was very confident he’d be fine with her. He absolute was! She made him very at home on her beautiful farmette with her pack of critters. They all looked clean and loved. I noted her calmness with the dogs and confidence in their interaction under her watchful eye. The dogs have plenty of space to run and socialize. She made sure we gave her his “regular” food and medications, and verified other foods he would be allowed to have. She sent regular updates and photos during his stay. Each action shot was accompanied by a thoughtful narrative of the photo. We really enjoyed pictures of his quiet time, napping with the other dogs in her home was comforting. They all looked content. We needed an extra day of boarding because of the unpredictability of our travel and Ellen made it so easy. Our dog made new friends and we did too.”

About: I’ve dog sat for a few family friends and absolutely loved it! I love animals (especially dogs) and would be happy to care for your doggo. I currently work part time but I set my own hours! So evenings or early mornings could definitely work out for me. I also am a college student starting back up in the fall semester of 2025 but my schedule is very flexible. I don’t think I would be able to care for your pets in my current living situation but would be happy to come to you when needed! About: My family and friends have entrusted me to take care of their pets many times these last few years. The last 3 summers I have been lucky enough to do long-term stays with my friend's 4 dogs and cat to help build my experience with pets. Additionally, my family has 2 Rhodesian Ridgebacks of our own, so I am no stranger to larger dogs! I am currently working part-time on the weekends so my week is normally pretty free. Since I am an incoming college student, I have some commitments throughout the summer, but have no problem talking about those with clients! I will treat your pets as if they were my own and make them as comfortable as possible while you are away. I know it can be a stressful time for them while your gone, so I hope to be a calming presence where they can relax and have fun!

About: I have over 45 years of experience caring for dogs of all ages as well as many other types of animals that have honored me with living with me over the years (cats, horses, guinea pigs, gecko, Madagascar hissing cockroach, parrots, flying squirrel, rabbits). My original dream was to become a vet so I have a background interning with veterinarian, working multiple years in a grooming and boarding facility and had my own very successful animal care and sitting business as a teenager. I have great nail trimming skills as well! Animals are naturally drawn to me and sense my love and respect for them. I work remotely so am pretty flexible with schedules. About: Animals have been a huge part of my life for years. I previously worked at a veterinary hospital, where I cared for pets in a kennel setting and assisted with appointments, giving me experience with animals of all sizes, ages, and personalities, and also currently furthering my vet med education. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, or simply cuddling on the couch, my goal is to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away. I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else's care, and I treat every animal as if they were my own. I am a stay at home (expecting) mom, and my schooling is also done at home. You can rest assured knowing that your fur baby will get constant attention and affection I have ample house space and yard space for your fur baby. I also make walks apart of my daily habit so you can rest assured knowing your baby will get all the exercise they could dream of
