About: I've had family dogs for 13 years, but started taking care of some of my neighbors' dogs 5 years ago, whether it be taking them for potty breaks or staying over at their house to give them attentive care. I work part time at a pet boarding place as a kennel tech, so I have lots of experience with many different breeds and temperaments of both cats and dogs. I've worked with dogs of all sizes, from Yorkie to Saint Bernard, and have lots of experience caring for both puppies and senior pets that might need more rigorous attention. I will be working part-time this summer, meaning that on the occasional days I work, I am available any time before 8am and then after 1-2pm. I can still stay over with your pet any day, that just means that on workdays, I would feed and walk them (And any other things necessary) before 8am, and then have to leave for work and then come back at 1-2. Whenever I am not actively at work, I can spend all my time caring for your pets! I am experienced at reading pet body language and adapting to how they respond. I am very communicative and will send lots of updates about your pet, including daily pictures of your fur babies! I can supply treats (with your approval) and can take them to parks and other places for walks, as I have a car and license. I'm dedicated to making sure your animal is as happy as can be :-)
“Rowyn was absolutely amazing!! I cannot say enough great things about her and her compassion, professionalism and how fantastic she was with my two almost 17 year old kitties! They require oral medication every day, which can be challenging, and on the first day, one was being difficult and refusing the medication, I had told her she could leave since she had already been there longer than the standard allotted drop-in visit time, but she was determined to make sure they both had their medication and was patient and stayed until they both finally took the medication. She absolutely went above and beyond, and was so attentive, so communicative and sent so many pictures! She always arrived on time, despite my saying the timing was flexible! She is someone we completely trusted with the care of our cats and also felt 100% comfortable coming and going from our house. She also went above and beyond and even did some cleaning so when we got home from vacation, we had nothing to worry about!! I cannot recommend Rowyn more highly! By having my own pet I understand the need for patience, attention to detail, and maintaining routines. I provide compassionate care tailored to each pets needs and personality, treating every animal as if they were part of my own family. Im am currently working part time and at most work three times a week. This allows me to have a lot of availability to care for your animals! I care for pets in clients homes by following their normal routines to help pets feel safe and comfortable. I also give regular updates to owners and make sure the pets get plenty of love when their owners are away.

About: I’ve had multiple pets in my home since age 8. I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, guinea pigs and fish. Aside from taking care of multiple animals in my home I also started regularly housesitting and dog sitting in high school. I have several years of work experience with children, demonstrating my responsibility, caring, attention to detail and relationship-building. i am a student, so i am only available for the summer. I am in between school and an internship so i have full availability day-to-day unless i have a conflicting appointment! I would be comfortable leaving our dog with them anytime and plan to use them again in the future. I highly recommend them!”
“She’s WONDERFUL to my dog, Apollo. At first, I was nervous about how she would be able to handle him without my presence but Apollo loved her without giving her a hard time! They enjoyed each other’s company. She’s a very understanding and being sweet to Apollo. She gave him a lot of love and treated him like her own dog. She sent the pics and gave the updates about him. That’s what I truly appreciated about her the most. She’s great at that so that way I wouldn’t worry too much while I’m away. About: I love dogs and they seem to love me...cats, too! I am currently looking for pet sitting clients, in my home or the client's home. I live on a peaceful, private and safe property, bordered by the woods and a lake in Brookeville.
