Lora's communication was outstanding throughout C-Zar's stay. She was always quick to respond and sent multiple updates each day, including pictures, videos, and detailed written reports. Being able to see how he was doing made it so much easier to relax while I was away. What impressed me most was Lora's adaptability and flexibility. When we first met, C-Zar didn't require any medications. By the time his stay arrived, he needed to take two medications each day. Lora immediately reassured me that it wouldn't be a problem, carefully watched my demonstration, and made me feel completely confident that she would follow his routine exactly as instructed. On pickup day, things were a little hectic on my end, but she remained patient, understanding, and willing to work with me.
