I was just as anxious as he was, but she went above and beyond to ensure we both felt comfortable. He was squirming and crying when I dropped him off, but she quickly managed to calm him down after I left. Throughout the stay, she sent me pictures and videos, which really helped put my mind at ease. My dog usually refuses to eat when I’m not around, but she even got him to eat the next day! About: I’ve always taken care of dogs since I was 10 years old. I begged my mom to get me a dog around that time as well. I promised her I would take care of the dog and do all I needed to do. With that being said I became a pet owner and trained my dog all by myself . From the simple commands, and crate training. I love to treat my current dog(Chloe) like a baby. From cuddles, long walks, nice tasty treats and all the love I can possibly give her. Sometimes I do travel and when I do its hard to find someone to keep Chloe. About: I provide calm, attentive, and reliable care in my own home with a fully fenced yard. About: I’ve owned two dogs in my lifetime and watched others dogs outside of my own as well. I love the doggies and they love me! I currently work from home so I have a lot of time to watch pets who need the attention while their loved ones are away. I leave in a secure apartment building that offers designated dog areas. About: I am a lifelong pet owner and animal lover with over 25 years of caregiving experience. I have had dogs almost continuously since kindergarten ranging in size from a 5 lb poodle mix (Trooper) to a 95 lb yellow lab (Nala), in addition to 3 years as a parent to 2 cats, Jules and Gemini. Jules was with us only briefly due to her advanced age when she was adopted, while Gemini is a much younger kitten who wasted no time claiming my home as her own. I also recently lost my 10 year old corgi (Sadie) unexpectedly to an extremely aggressive form of cancer, and so would love the opportunity to spend some therapeutic time with your furry kid. Prior to beginning work through Rover, I have several years of experience caring for cats and dogs for a variety of friends, family, and neighbors including everything from drop-in visits and dog walking to full-time house/petsitting. Outside of my petsitting duties, I am a PhD chemist working hard to make the battery in your phone last longer and your electric car drive further. My wife and I moved to the Silver Spring area in 2024 for her job as a television producer and I am in the process of establishing myself in the DMV research community. Availability: Except in special cases, I am available for booking at any time of day, any day of the week. I am happy to provide everything from drop-in visits to extended overnight stays. About: I’ll take the best care of your pet as I possibly can! I have taken care of many different dogs and cats for over 10 years, ranging from 6week olds to 14 year olds. I grew up with pets in my house and have always had them close with me so your pup will be in great hands. I have experience walking multiple dogs at a time and keeping dogs overnight at my house for up to several weeks. I currently have one small long haired chihuahua which is 12 years old and gets along with other dogs. Your pup will be treated like family the same way I’d like for my dog to be treated when she is away. I provide daily updates with pictures and videos. Along with how their day went and the activities that we did! I currently work from home full time and will be generally home all day to stay with the pups! Please include the estimated drop off and pick up times. I enjoy taking the dogs on walks to the park and running if your dog is up for it. I make sure the pups get as many potty breaks as needed and as much play time during their stay. I ask you provide the following items during their stay to make your pup as comfortable as possible: 1. Food with instructions on amounts/times 2. Leash and collar/harness 3. Comfort items if needed (toys, beds, crate)

“Hsin-Bai and Chi-Hung took amazing care of our pup Charles! They were super responsive, sent lots of photos, and took such great care of him. When they went to take him out at night they even put a little flashlight on his harness.”
“We're always a little nervous dropping Echo off somewhere new, because she is high-energy and a puppy. Turns out our worries were unfounded, as Sandra and her family were absolutely amazing with Echo! She was super tired and we could tell she'd had so much fun. They treated her like one of their own dogs, made sure Echo was getting along with everyone, and even took her on a short field trip! Sandra kept us informed and was very communicative, which we loved. You can tell she's had a lot of experience with dogs, and we appreciated that she asked about Echo's schedule, allergies, and so on. Flexible with a last-minute time change at drop-off, which we appreciated. 100% would book again and would recommend you do so as well!”
