She was extremely detailed in care, sent lots of videos and pics and checked in with you on how they were doing. Mine is a bit finicky with food in new environments sometimes (she’d rather go play than eat lol). Keyona kept me up to date on how she ate and even offered her fresh food toppers that helped her eat more. My baby is a level 5 clinger and from the updates it looks like she got lots of love and cuddles. She’s back home now, happy and exhausted after a weekend of fun! About: I owned a dog for 13 years before she passed away, I was in charge of feeding her and I would take care of her while my parents were gone. I also have watched cats several times while they’re owners are away. I work 2 part time jobs, so weekday care might look differently than the weekend, but I am always willing to try and fit watching your pet into it my schedule! When I had my own dog I would feed and give water to her everyday, take her out to potty multiple times a day, take her on walks, and play. With cats, I always make sure they’re fed and have water, litter box is clean, and if they would like to play I play with them!

About: I have had pets since a child (duck, rabbit, dogs, cats, iguanas) and just love them. I let dogs take their time when exploring and I don’t rush them unless I see that they have found a Scooby snack. Most dogs prefer to sit in my lap even when in the presence of their owner. They love me and I love them even the sassiest of them. I work from home which allows me to be available 24 hours a day. If your pet is a foodie, they will love it here (salmon bites, duck necks, chicken feet, ice cream, pup cups and frozen fruit on hot days). I will send an update the first evening and the morning after so you are certain that they have settled in. Thereafter I will send a picture or video daily but you are welcomed to check in at any time. My assistant Imani (my mom who lives with and assists with sitting), also enjoys loving on and helping with your babies. She may help with check in/ check out and walks. **I now have a cat and cannot accept dogs that aren’t cat friendly. I also cannot accept unfixed dogs and dogs that aren’t housebroken. I walk 3-5 miles in the morning and another in the evenings (less depending on the weather). I would love to take your baby along. I have a friendly dog. I use baby gates and can also crate your dog (you must bring the crate with you). They would sleep in my bedroom on the dog beds and have free range of the house (except the kitchen which has a gate up).

About: *UPDATE*- I am back at college so I am available around the Owings Mills area in MD! I have been taking care of pets my whole life. I currently have 6 cats, a senior dog and a fish named Pedro, after the infamous Pedro Pascal. I’ve dealt with animals healthy and disabled, I’ve also dealt with animals of all sizes including horses! I rode horses for 14 years of my life and I’ve dealt with animals as small as a fish. For $15 extra I can do a professional photography photo shoot with the pets and include 5 digital photos and 1 complimentary 8x10 print 😊 I am currently a Junior at Stevenson University, so the pets I sit need to be okay with being let alone for a couple of hours while I attend classes. I also work part-time as a student film worker at my university's equipment room, and that's about ten hours a week. I care for pets very cautiously. “Amazing sitter for my German Shepherd! I can’t say enough good things about Shakiyla! She watched my German Shepherd, Bucky, for 4 days and took such amazing care of him. Bucky can be a handful with his high energy and anxiety, but she handled him so well. At the last minute, we also asked if she could watch my mom’s dog, Kandi (a Husky/Shepherd mix), and she was more than willing. She cared for Kandi just as wonderfully, making sure her needs were met too. I’m available for pet care Monday through Thursday from 5:00–6:30 AM and 6:00PM–10:00 PM, with full-day availability Friday through Sunday. I work close to home, so pets staying with me can receive a lunch-break check-in during my workdays. I’m happy to accommodate your pet’s routine and provide dependable, loving care. Your pet’s safety and comfort always come first. I take the time to learn your pet’s routine, personality, likes, dislikes, and any special instructions before providing care. I’m attentive during walks and visits, keep pets supervised, and follow your instructions carefully. I’ll also provide updates and photos so you never have to wonder how your fur baby is doing. My goal is for you to feel completely comfortable knowing your pet is in caring, responsible hands.
