“I cannot thank Crystal enough for the excellent care and compassion she provided for my 18-month-old dog, Mr. Biggs, during his first-ever overnight stay away from me. I was just as anxious as he was, but she went above and beyond to ensure we both felt comfortable. He was squirming and crying when I dropped him off, but she quickly managed to calm him down after I left. Throughout the stay, she sent me pictures and videos, which really helped put my mind at ease. My dog usually refuses to eat when I’m not around, but she even got him to eat the next day! “WE WERE TURNED AWAY BY SOOOO MANY SITTERS... I checked the schedule of every sitter before making contact to ensure that they were available. I made contact with at least 10 sitters and got "I'm out of town" or no response at all. The issue was my dog was asked not to return to a commercial kennel "Muddy Paws." There was no violence or aggressive behavior, just anxiety shown by barking, howling, tipping food, and water. But all of this is in Ash's bio, and finally, someone was real enough to tell me. "After reading your dogs bio, I don't feel comfortable with him." So I gave up and started to cancel a much needed family vacation. Then I got a small sign and tried Lindsay. She was the only one who asked, "What happened at Muddy Paws?". From there, we exchanged texts, and she asked if we could have a meet and greet that day. We had a wonderful meet and greet, and she took Ash for our vacation. And from there, we were thoroughly impressed. We got pictures, videos, and text messages. My wife actually got a little jealous due to how comfortable Ash looked and smiled in every picture. Plus, he found a new best friend in her dog, Remi. Now, if you are curious to know how Ash did, I highly recommend you ask Lindsay. She even went as far as to write something the other sitters could read that would educate them on Ash's behavior. And we appreciate that so much. BUT AS LONG AS LINDSAY IS A SITTER, ASH DOES NOT HAVE ANY OTHER SITTERS. THANKS YOU, Lindsay, from the entire Jones family.”

(I previously had 2 english mastiffs that crossed the rainbow bridge) I also have chickens and ducks. Also, she has a huge backyard for exercise and has dogs and cats to socialize with. About: I have cared and trained service dogs. Many family and friends have counted on me to care for their pets and know that I will always put them first. I work about 4 hours a day during the week (Wednesday and Friday) and I’m never gone for over 6 hours at a time while at work. Otherwise I am mostly home and only away for 1-2 hours for errands. Pets have entire first floor. My dogs usually hang out in the huge couch or in the office watching the birds (I set up feeders to entertain my bird dog and he loves it). On nice days I’ll leave the back door open for them to come in/out as they please. They have water both inside and outside the house. Dogs love sunbathing but here is also shade area all day in case they want to stay outside but out of the sun. Backyard is completely fenced.

We wanted someone to come walk and feed Rascal so we could spend a full day exploring downtown DC and the surrounding area. Ashley covered for us every day. Rascal is not used to spending long periods of time alone so Ashley was a blessing. She fed him and took him on a long walk every visit. We felt so good to know Rascal was being cared for by Ashley. About: I’ve had a dog in my family for as long as I can remember, from my childhood husky Ginger to our current family pekingese Alley. About: I was an owner of a 8yr old Cane Corso who has now passed away from bone cancer. She has had 2 litters whom I cared for. 7 puppies each litter for 8 weeks was such an amazing experience! We have 4 sons and she was always attached to our 3rd son’s hip. We also rescued a beautiful cat, Misaki, who is now 1 1/2. My youngest son begged us for her and she has claimed me. She is the most sweetest thing and loves to cuddle. She follows me everywhere which we should have named her Shadow. If I could bring all the animals into my home I truly would! About: I have 5 years of experience working at a kennel as a kennel technician. In this position I worked with all different breeds and ages of dogs. I learned how to take care of dogs with all sorts of health needs depending on their abilities and conditions. I have no problem with any dogs and I love working with them! I'm working a full time job but I am able to do overnight on weekends (thursday through Monday since I work from home sometimes) and I can yelp out throughout the week after normal work hours. I am comfortable with whatever specific needs your dog has. I have no problem crating a dog, walking a dog, hanging out, whatever is needed for your specific pet, I am willing and able to do.

“WE WERE TURNED AWAY BY SOOOO MANY SITTERS... I checked the schedule of every sitter before making contact to ensure that they were available. I made contact with at least 10 sitters and got "I'm out of town" or no response at all. The issue was my dog was asked not to return to a commercial kennel "Muddy Paws." There was no violence or aggressive behavior, just anxiety shown by barking, howling, tipping food, and water. But all of this is in Ash's bio, and finally, someone was real enough to tell me. "After reading your dogs bio, I don't feel comfortable with him." So I gave up and started to cancel a much needed family vacation. Then I got a small sign and tried Lindsay. She was the only one who asked, "What happened at Muddy Paws?". From there, we exchanged texts, and she asked if we could have a meet and greet that day. We had a wonderful meet and greet, and she took Ash for our vacation. And from there, we were thoroughly impressed. We got pictures, videos, and text messages. My wife actually got a little jealous due to how comfortable Ash looked and smiled in every picture. Plus, he found a new best friend in her dog, Remi. Now, if you are curious to know how Ash did, I highly recommend you ask Lindsay. She even went as far as to write something the other sitters could read that would educate them on Ash's behavior.
