“10 stars!!!!! My Layla is a 90lb American Bully who is scared of her own shadow. But upon first meeting, Layla loved the backyard and enjoyed playing with the other dogs and the sitter’s son!! The sitter allows the dogs to wander freely in the yard and home but also ensures that there are controlled zones for safety. My Layla is a very sensitive dog so I can tell from her temperament if she feels comfortable. When I came to pick Layla up she sat on the front porch with me letting the sitter pet her. I believe I have found a second home for her that will treat her like family when I am away!!!!!❤️❤️❤️”

I’ve learned that they are animals that really do expect the utmost respect and attention, which I both love and admire. They 100% know their worth and that’s very admirable. I haven’t pet sit cats before, but I’ve been to a lot of cat cuddling places, cat cafes, and cat shelters that it’s to the point where I’d love to pet sit, do drop ins, etc to help out and get to learn more about the different personalities of cats.

About: We’ve had dogs as long as we both can remember and have always felt comfortable around any breed or size. Many friends and family have always called upon us when their pet is in need of some love and care and we have so much to go around. Our pups unfortunately passed away in 2020 & 2022 and we’ve been empty nesters since. Rover has been a way for us to continue experiencing the love that pups have to give, and has really helped us by providing some therapeutic support throughout our times of grief. We both currently work from home, so are open to any and all schedules. We understand that life has many variables and our pets lives are no different. About: Hi! I'm Doris. I have had animals my whole life. I raised my children on a farm where we had dogs, cats, horses, pigs, chickens and goats. Now I live on an 9 acre farm in Waldorf with rabbits, 2 dogs and chickens. I have experience with all ages of dogs. I used to breed yorkies and I have had many senior dogs. I am home full time and I very rarely leave the house. I live on an 9 acre farm so your pup will have so much room to run! I can keep them leashed if you prefer and I will love to walk them! I have a 9 year old toy poodle and a 5 year old English Springer Spaniel. Both are very friendly, calm dogs that are very socialized. I also have a beautiful black cat that is mostly outdoors.

“I only have great things to say about Linda! She has been incredibly helpful and has gone above and beyond. She is incredibly flexible, has come to walk my dogs at various hours of the day (late evenings sometimes too, which has been great!), and has been available on short notice as well. I have 3 dogs, of which, two have health issues. One has had recent ortho surgery and requires a lot of assistance/medication. The other has heart/blood pressure issues and requires medication/supervision as well. The third does not have health issues, but has behavioral issues and is very stand offish. Despite this, Linda has not only taken great care of them, but the dogs love her! She has also brought in my trash cans, my mail, and picks up dirty dog food bowls to soak in the sink while I am away. She always keeps me updated with detailed messages and photos. She is gentle and great with the animals. I trust her 100% and that is saying a lot as I am VERY particular when it comes to my babies!”

I am an animal lover through and through and, as a freelancer new to the Bay Area, I’d love to better utilize my flexibility by being a compassionate resource to those pups who need some extra love, attention, support, exercise or fresh air when you’re simply not as available as you wish you could be. I have been entrusted to dogsit for several friends pups (of all sizes) and was lucky enough to share 13 years with my dog Gunther before he went to heaven. About: Hello there! My name is Romon, you can also call me Griz. I suppose my friends see me as the momma or papa bear of the group haha. Anyway I've been taking care of my friend's, family's, and of course personal 'furry best friends'. I have a background in personal training and fitness. Never really ran into a dog that didn't like or respect me at least after the first couple treats or games I was able to play with them. Recently lost two friends one moved away the other, Sasha; a poodle mix of 12 years, passed away I was luckily able to spend more time with her during 2020 before she had to go. Her memories are still with me and I know many are back to work and wish they could spend more time with their newest pups. We can work together to make sure they're, well taken care of, and I just wanted to help out and lessen the load of watching over these wonderful epitomes of joy and energy. I've walked, sitted, played with, slept besides, and even cleaned up after all sorts of dogs from puppyhood to very senior dogs, 10lbs to 100+lbs believe it or not, can't seem to get a break from them, which I don't mind! Lastly I hope to get to know your fuzzy yet amazing family members on a professional and even better, personal level. I've recently found great streams of income im able to maintain at home while working on my online degree Fortunately my major for the 3rd semester in a row is online only. My schedule is pretty open and flexible so I wanted to make the most of my situation and again the main thing is to help out new or out of practice pet owners. Im free at all hours of day and night outside of a select few evenings where I train clients to achieve their fitness goals. Mostly online so feel free to reach out and schedule with me if youd like recurring services. We'll make it work. Im a capable and loving pet owner that doesn't mind breaking a sweat. I would love to keep your fur baby busy AND happy whether its a small walk with portable water bowls, at home self made doggy puzzles to keep their minds sharp and busy, even if I am tired, for those longer sessions. I have access and experience to great doggy parks equipped with fencing and great walking areas, and lots of car space for those longer trips or incase of an emergency where I have to safely transfer your fluffy children quickly. “10 stars!!!!! My Layla is a 90lb American Bully who is scared of her own shadow. But upon first meeting, Layla loved the backyard and enjoyed playing with the other dogs and the sitter’s son!! The sitter allows the dogs to wander freely in the yard and home but also ensures that there are controlled zones for safety. My Layla is a very sensitive dog so I can tell from her temperament if she feels comfortable. When I came to pick Layla up she sat on the front porch with me letting the sitter pet her. I believe I have found a second home for her that will treat her like family when I am away!!!!!❤️❤️❤️”
“As tempting as it is to gatekeep Miss Kimberly..CAN’T DO IT SHE IS AMAZING! After my Rover sitter canceled on me last minute, I was scrambling to find a good quality sitter for Roman. Immediately I was welcomed with open arms by Miss Kimberly. She really made it feel like a family member was taking care of my dog. She is very attentive, kept me updated daily multiple times a day, and was very thorough with explaining to me every detail of what his experience will be while he stayed with her & safety precautions she takes. They have a beautiful yard and plenty of space in their home for my house hippo. Roman immediately bonded with her husband too, who was also very welcoming and kind. “Lauren was absolutely amazing! She noticed that my dog was showing signs of a health issue and didn't hesitate to take him to emergency care. He ended up needing surgery and when the vet offered the option of letting him go home or keeping him at the vet as he recovered Lauren let us know that she was comfortable and capable of taking care of him afterwards (saving me thousands of dollars). When he showed complications after surgery she took him once again to get him help. Even the vet was impressed with how well he was being cared for. Lauren was literally a life savor. I was very stressed not being able to be there with my dog throughout all of this but was greatly comforted by the fact that I knew he was in capable and caring hands.”
“Brian was excellent with my anxious dog. When I picked him up he seemed like he was home. He was calm. Brian was also very flexible with the drop off and pick up time even after I changed my drop off and pick up time at the last minute. He sent plenty of pictures of my dog roaming around and even getting a cuddle time. Next time I need to board my dog I will definitely go back to Brian. I would highly recommend him.”
