“WE WERE TURNED AWAY BY SOOOO MANY SITTERS... I checked the schedule of every sitter before making contact to ensure that they were available. I made contact with at least 10 sitters and got "I'm out of town" or no response at all. The issue was my dog was asked not to return to a commercial kennel "Muddy Paws." There was no violence or aggressive behavior, just anxiety shown by barking, howling, tipping food, and water. But all of this is in Ash's bio, and finally, someone was real enough to tell me. "After reading your dogs bio, I don't feel comfortable with him." So I gave up and started to cancel a much needed family vacation. Then I got a small sign and tried Lindsay. She was the only one who asked, "What happened at Muddy Paws?". From there, we exchanged texts, and she asked if we could have a meet and greet that day. We had a wonderful meet and greet, and she took Ash for our vacation. And from there, we were thoroughly impressed. We got pictures, videos, and text messages. My wife actually got a little jealous due to how comfortable Ash looked and smiled in every picture. Plus, he found a new best friend in her dog, Remi. Now, if you are curious to know how Ash did, I highly recommend you ask Lindsay. She even went as far as to write something the other sitters could read that would educate them on Ash's behavior. And we appreciate that so much. BUT AS LONG AS LINDSAY IS A SITTER, ASH DOES NOT HAVE ANY OTHER SITTERS. THANKS YOU, Lindsay, from the entire Jones family.”

She’s reliable, responsive, and truly great with our dogs—even administering medication to our elderly Shiba with no issues. Most recently, she helped us out while we were in the hospital for the birth of our son. She cared for his every need and made sure he felt loved and comfortable in her care. Kim made sure that my pup had plenty of fresh air and had lots of attention, attention to the point where she slept near him so he would not feel lonesome. “WE WERE TURNED AWAY BY SOOOO MANY SITTERS... I checked the schedule of every sitter before making contact to ensure that they were available. I made contact with at least 10 sitters and got "I'm out of town" or no response at all. The issue was my dog was asked not to return to a commercial kennel "Muddy Paws." There was no violence or aggressive behavior, just anxiety shown by barking, howling, tipping food, and water. But all of this is in Ash's bio, and finally, someone was real enough to tell me. "After reading your dogs bio, I don't feel comfortable with him." So I gave up and started to cancel a much needed family vacation. Then I got a small sign and tried Lindsay. She was the only one who asked, "What happened at Muddy Paws?". From there, we exchanged texts, and she asked if we could have a meet and greet that day. We had a wonderful meet and greet, and she took Ash for our vacation. And from there, we were thoroughly impressed. We got pictures, videos, and text messages. My wife actually got a little jealous due to how comfortable Ash looked and smiled in every picture. Plus, he found a new best friend in her dog, Remi. Now, if you are curious to know how Ash did, I highly recommend you ask Lindsay. She even went as far as to write something the other sitters could read that would educate them on Ash's behavior. And we appreciate that so much. BUT AS LONG AS LINDSAY IS A SITTER, ASH DOES NOT HAVE ANY OTHER SITTERS. THANKS YOU, Lindsay, from the entire Jones family.”

“This was our first time using Rover so we were nervous about leaving our fur baby with a Stanger in their home. Well Mady met and exceeded our expectations! We have a 96 pound Rottweiler and Mady loved on her and she enjoyed spending time with their dog Radar! She has a clean and spacious fenced in back yard and also took Stormy on nice walks! There were also toys there to keep Stormy occupied and happy. Mady followed our instructions exactly as it relates to her care. She sent pictures and videos which kept us from worrying! We highly recommend Mady, it’s clear this is not just a business for Mady, she truly has a love for dogs!”

It was his first time with them and I was very nervous about a new sitter when I was headed out of the country. Minutes after arrival, I was at ease and Kingston was relaxed and curious. I could see my dog would be well cared for by intelligent, good, and thoughtful people. My detailed instructions were followed and they went beyond to ensure my pup was comfortable and felt welcomed.
