About: I've been caring for cats for most of my life, both personally and professionally. I grew up with cats and later worked in the cat room at a local humane society, where I fed the cats, cleaned their cages and litter boxes, and spent time socializing and playing with them. That's also where I met Penny, the first cat I adopted on my own after falling in love with her while caring for her at the shelter. I especially enjoy taking care of older or quiet cats who might need time to decide if they like a new person. My current cat, Millie, is a shy senior, so I am used to letting a cat set the pace. I pay close attention to cat body language and I try to recognize what a cat is comfortable with. I'm happy to handle the everyday essentials that keep your cats cared for while you’re away: feeding, fresh water, litter-box cleaning, play and companionship, and following their normal routine and your written instructions. I don't believe in forcing affection or interaction, so if your cat prefers to observe me suspiciously from underneath the bed, that’s okay too 😸💕
“Rene is absolutely fantastic. She was always prompt, diligent and so caring for our cat. This was our first time leaving Milo. Rene immediately put us at ease. She communicated constantly. She came prior to the scheduled visits to meet Milo, who loved Rene instantly. During the visits, Rene sent us pictures of Milo. She did “all the things” (litterbox, food, water etc), probably more carefully than we do at home haha. Rene even brushed Milo, which was above and beyond. We are so happy Rene took care of our pet. About: Dogs have been in my life since I was 12 years old. I have had 4 dogs throughout that time. I have experience with both senior dogs and high-energy younger dogs. I am more used to smaller dogs, but one of my current 2 dogs is a 54lb pitt-bull, the other one is a 15lb pug mix. I also used to take care of a 70lb standard poodle for a family I was a nanny for. I am currently unemployed, so I have open availability. I am working on my master´s degree and would like to use this extra time to save a little money since I just got married. About: I have experience with very shy and reserved dogs to dogs with more personality than sense! I've worked with many different breeds, from doxins and Jack Russels to boxers, Staffies, and St Bernards, and dogs of all ages. I have experience with senior dogs, and dogs with many health issues, including seizures, surgery recovery, and dogs that need LOTS of medication. Whether they are clingy couch potatoes or would rather have their space, I have had them in my house! I currently work full time, but with a hybrid schedule, and would be able to be fully available for your pets when working from home and weekends. I have a fenced in yard with grass and lots of things to explore and observe. No other dogs in the house currently. Plenty of windows if your dog likes to supervise their surroundings, and plenty of dog toys and room to play inside. If your dog prefers smaller areas, the house is easily sectioned off for safe spaces to decompress, and there is room for a crate if that is what they want/need. Lots of walking trails through the neighborhood and woods for adventures.

As your dog becomes more familiar and confident, I may gradually increase freedom with a longer leash while continuing to closely observe their behavior. At night, your dog will stay comfortably inside our home. They are welcome to sleep on the floor or in their preferred sleeping area. I don’t think it was a great fit for Jäger & think ebot would do best caring for dogs who don’t mind being crated and are smaller in size who also don’t mind being left. Apparently my dog displayed anxious behaviors he has never displayed before in his 4 years of rover daycares but I think it just wasn’t the best fit. Love ebot’s energy & personality though & wish him the best of luck! I think he’ll do great with other pups”

Winky can be super shy at first, so I always get nervous leaving him with someone new, but he got comfortable with Huey so quickly it was amazing! She has two super friendly dogs of her own(a little bichon and a corgi), and they got along so well with Winky which is awesome. She also sent me updates and photos during the stay and it looked like he was completely relaxed and having the best time. I also added on grooming during his stay, since she’s also a home based groomer and did such an amazing job(she told me she has 20 years of grooming experience!!) I don’t think he even noticed me leave because he was so excited to hang out with Shadid & Pebbles all day. Throughout the day, I received pictures of Rudy at the park and playing. Rudy can be challenging and usually takes a while to warm up to people, so I was extremely impressed by Shadid’s ability to care for dogs. About: Dog boarding: I have 16 years experience for caring for dogs at home including multiple dogs at a time. Additionally I have six years experience with dog sitting/boarding. My main availability would be Monday-Saturday where I have a hybrid/WFH schedule meaning constant attention and activities for the dogs to be a part of most days of the week. About: Hello! My name is Sayuri (Cindy), and dogs have always been an important part of my life. I grew up in a family that always had dogs, so caring for and understanding dogs has been natural to me from an early age. I have many years of experience caring for dogs with different personalities and needs. After losing my beloved dog in 2002, I welcomed a rescue dog into my life in 2015. Today, I share my home with Layla, my 6-year-old female Labrador Retriever, who is a loving and gentle companion. I have also cared for my son’s girlfriend’s two puppies when they stayed with us during their travels. I treated them just like my own dogs, providing walks, playtime, feeding, and a safe and comfortable environment. I offer dog walking, drop-in visits, house sitting, boarding, feeding, and playtime. I understand that every pet has their own routine and personality, and I always provide patient, attentive, and loving care. Your pets are family, and I will care for them with the same love and attention I provide to my own Layla. Your dog's routine will always come first. Since I work from home, I am available throughout the day to provide attention, companionship, and supervision. I am able to adjust my schedule to match your dog's normal routine, including feeding times, potty breaks, playtime, and rest periods. Because I am home most of the time, your dog will not be left unattended. When spending time in our spacious fenced backyard, I carefully supervise outdoor activities to make sure your dog stays safe while enjoying fresh air, playtime, and exploring. During the warmer months, dogs may also enjoy supervised pool time if they are comfortable with water. Your dog's safety and comfort are my top priorities. Because we have a large, fully fenced backyard with both grassy areas and woods, I introduce every dog to the outdoor space slowly and carefully. At first, outdoor time will be supervised with a leash so your dog can become comfortable with the new environment. As your dog becomes more familiar and confident, I may gradually increase freedom with a longer leash while continuing to closely observe their behavior. Once I feel your dog is completely comfortable and safe, they can enjoy supervised exploring and walking through the wooded area of our backyard. At night, your dog will stay comfortably inside our home. They are welcome to sleep on the floor or in their preferred sleeping area. If your dog feels more comfortable in a crate, I can move their crate upstairs and place it next to my bed so they can feel secure and relaxed throughout the night. About: Just beginning to do pet care, but have been a dog owner for over 50 years and a cat owner for over 40 years. Have also owned small animals (ferrets). I am currently retired so I have a very flexible schedule. Would be able to come to your house or do day care at my resident. Right now I have 1 dog and 3 cats so your pet will have interaction with other animals. Can grate your pet if needed. Live near a field so your pet will get get good walks.

About: I have taken care of animals for as long as I can remember. I have mainly taken care of my neighbors' pets, my friends' pets and of course my own. I have pet-sitted for dogs of all sizes, cats and fish. At home I have 3 cats, 3 dogs, 3 guinea pigs, 3 ferrets, a crested gecko and a tree frog. I am reliable and punctual. I am caring and kind. I am also flexible and will follow any schedule or instructions. I am a college student at the University of Maryland and during the summer I do have class on Friday morning. If taking care of a dog I will never take them out without a leash or fenced in yard. If taking care of a cat I will make sure to keep them inside at all times. About: I am a long-time animal lover and human companion to many dogs! I adore my 4 rescue dogs, my 2 rescue cats, and my 2 happy humans! We spend our time creating a fun, happy, positive atmosphere full of good energy! I am experienced in caring for all types of dogs and cats, chickens, small animals, and have basic equine care experience. I have cared for dogs for over 30 years. I have fostered and provided support for dogs from young puppies to seniors that require special treatment, diet, medication and/or physical assistance, including amputee rehabilitation. One of my rescues (Penny) is blind, Luna has a single lung after three heart surgeries, and two are active seniors, Lani and Fiji! I use touch therapy on my dogs, along with holistic methods and work hard to keep our home full of health and happiness. Making sure our beautiful companions are comfortable, happy, and healthy is my goal! I feed my own dogs a holistic and healthy diet, and make their food and snacks myself. I volunteer with a local pet rescue group, where I transport animals, and help the organization with applications and adoptions.
