Comfortable with large to small breeds of all temperaments. I am a young professional working M-F till 4pm but am missing pups in my life! About: I have always grown up surrounded by dogs of all breeds and cats as well! Personally, my family always had golden retrievers (okay, I have a soft spot). Over the years, I have always watched neighbors or family pets, including my own. I’ve helped manage any illnesses that may have come along with any dog or cat needing medications or special therapy! I have a LOT of experience with puppies and the training/ time that goes into that development as well. I also am active, so spending time and keeping the dogs and cats I watched busy and playful is super important to me. Overall, treating the pets around me like family has always been second nature to me and I hope to bring that quality to you! I will be starting a new sales role 9-5 in downtown Annapolis! I’m familiar with ensuring the environment is right for your dog. I previously owned a dog with high anxiety and wasn’t friendly with strangers. I understand the importance of making sure your guidelines for your pet are followed. I can give oral medications, follow your training rules, walk large dogs, handle dogs that aren’t friendly with strangers, high anxiety, and have disabilities (ex. Deaf, blind). These dogs are our best friends so I promise to take great care of yours :) If you have any additional questions for me, please don’t hesitate to ask. I am happy to chat or meet prior to booking to ensure I am a good fit for your pup! I believe in open communication to ensure the safety of you, your pet, me and mine. I work fully remote and am able to support daycare and boarding. I usually walk my dog morning, mid day and evening for 30 min to an hour at a time. I’d like to be able to support other people who need assistance. During the week your dog won’t be left alone for more than an hour depending on drop off and pick up time. During the weekend your dog won’t be left longer than 3-4 hours depending. We can always communicate your dogs specific needs to accommodate! I have a fenced yard in our home and a friendly, playful 2 year old male lab (fixed). If your dog is in my home, they do need to be friendly with other dogs. This is to ensure the safety of my dog and if I am boarding or hosting daycare for another dog. During the week I do work full time so there are times where I am in meetings so it is preferred your dog is not destructive, okay without supervision, or is okay in a crate or enclosed room. I communicate my anticipated work schedule and plan for the day with the pet owner.

I've worked closely with large animals with behavioral problems, so I'm down the handle whatever quirks your pet has. About: I’ve had animals growing up all of my life including goats, horses and dogs from small to large. I have experience in both their care and for understanding their needs through hand on situations and passion. I especially love dogs because of their loyalty, love and tail wags! I’ve had my current dog from a puppy for the last year and a half and have loved seeing her grow! Your dog will always be the only dog I am watching along with mine and you can rest assure that your pup is well taken care of! I only am only available weekends with occasional changes upon request and that’s simply so that I can devote myself to being with your pet for as much of their stay as I can provide. My husband also is in the house will assist in any care needs, as he is passionate about dogs as well :) I typically take my dog on walks 3x a day or fetch sessions in the yard and can adjust scheduling as needed. My dog is friendly (very) with dogs of all shapes and sizes, is up to date on all shots and vaccinations, and has no history of violence. We are a pet friendly household that can accommodate crate training or more spoiled pups who enjoy being on the furniture as much as my Ellie does. About: I’ve grown up primarily caring for and riding horses which has remained my life until now. I live on a farm with my 2 horses, 2 barn cats, and 3 dogs - Sawyer, a 9 year old Siberian husky, Teagan, a 5 year old Australian Shepherd/Basenji mix, and Dozer, a 2 year old pittie. All were privately rescued from their own unfortunate situation, but landed them safe safely here with me through the end of their journeys - as all my previous rescues have been fortunate enough to experience. About: Hi, I’m Hannah, and I can’t wait to meet you and your furry friend! I am a big animal lover and have been taking care of animals from kittens to Rottweilers for as long as I can remember. I’ve had a lifetime of experience caring for pets - whether they be my own or someone else’s. When I moved out and got my first pet two years ago, I discovered the struggle of balancing real life and responsibilities as a pet parent. When I made the move to Annapolis, I saw many others working through the same struggle - to balance life and pets. That’s where I want to help! You can be a good pet owner, no matter how busy life gets! I am available for walks, feedings, boarding, potty training, or whatever you might need support with! As a current dog mom myself, I want to support everyone out there who is trying their best to find that difficult balance for their critters. Don’t worry, you’ve got this, and I can’t wait to meet your pet! I currently work part-time on a flexible schedule, so I am able to go home quite a bit throughout the day to check on pets. I am available to give two mile or longer walks a day, and at least one mid-day bathroom break. I do have my own dog, Rose, and she lives in the apartment as well, so any dogs need to be spayed/neutered and vaccinated- just like she is. Your pet will have their own separate bedroom from Rose, that provides a calm, safe space for them during the day (and also gives any non dog-savvy cats a space alone). This bedroom will house their kennel, bed, food and water bowls, and anything else you’d like them to have. My apartment complex is very animal friendly and has a dog park right on sight for your furry friend to get off leash time. There are multiple side walks and small trails throughout my apartment community where I am free to walk dogs that stay with me. If I am commuting to your home, your dog will be guaranteed two long walks a day at feeding times and one mid-day bathroom break (more if needed). I can provide baths in my apartment or your home, and grooming if necessary.
“Lovely couple with a baby and a toddler. Buffy had to warm up to Parker, their German Shepherd but I hear it went well. Tyler and wife watched Buffy on a holiday, July 4th. They were very gracious when I requested an itinerary change. I felt like they were really attuned to Buff-dog. Will definitely ask again for their assistance.Highly recommend.”
