“Boarding with Ellen was outstanding. We had a family emergency that made taking our large dog with us impossible. He’s five-years old and had never been away from home - I am sure it was challenging for him. While not aggressive or disobedient, at about 120lbs he can be intimidating. Ellen was clearly very comfortable with him during our meet and greet visit and was very confident he’d be fine with her. He absolute was! She made him very at home on her beautiful farmette with her pack of critters. They all looked clean and loved. I noted her calmness with the dogs and confidence in their interaction under her watchful eye. The dogs have plenty of space to run and socialize. She made sure we gave her his “regular” food and medications, and verified other foods he would be allowed to have. She sent regular updates and photos during his stay. Each action shot was accompanied by a thoughtful narrative of the photo. We really enjoyed pictures of his quiet time, napping with the other dogs in her home was comforting. They all looked content. We needed an extra day of boarding because of the unpredictability of our travel and Ellen made it so easy. Our dog made new friends and we did too.”

About: I've been around animals my whole life. From the littlest of fish, to the largest of cows and other farm animals! I have 3 dogs of my own, two Colorado mountain dogs and a medium pittie mix. I also have 4 geckoes (2 leopards, a giant Madagascar day gecko, and my newest boy, a harlequin crested gecko!). I've dog-sat little dogs, big dogs, disabled and elderly dogs, as well as young pups and households with multiple animals! I will give you the best care, whether it be for your pets, home, or more! Right now I work part-time at a bakery on Sundays, and I am also a full-time college student! Thankfully, my schedule is very flexible and my attention will solely be on your furry friends. I always make sure to keep my client's homes clean and organized, and pay special attention to any extra tasks I'm giving, such as watering plants (I have dozens of plant babies!), changing the temperature, emptying dehumidifiers, and retrieving packages. Anything you need, I will do to the best of my abilities! I like to update my clients daily on their pets to ease their mind.

About: From house sitting and petting sitting for neighbors when I was young, to fostering pets for the past 5 years, and caring for friends pets when they go away, I have always enjoyed meeting new dogs & cats and caring for them, feeding them or administering medications, playing with & walking them, or just sitting & talking with them, even bathing them! In your home I can sit with them and talk to them if they're a lazy pet, or take your pup for a walk or running if they're high energy. About: I have always had a pet growing up and enjoying taken care of my two dogs. They are my other “kids” :) I will be able to play ball with them. Take for walks. They will be loved and taken care of while you go to work or even on vacation. It’s always nice to know your pet is taken care of and you have no need stress . I am stay at home mama so I have the time during morning after 9 is best. I am open to afternoon and evenings as well. I have a big yard out back and two dogs of my own to keep your fur baby company. They are very friendly and good with other dogs. I would be taken for walks. Go dog parks around and get plenty of love and exercise.
About: I have my own dog in an apartment complex, it’s very time consuming because you can’t just let them outside. I have been a dog owner for years and treat them as if they are my children. I’m currently a part time server and am enrolled at Penn state. I only have class once a week so I have a lot of free time throughout the week to do anything. I work short shifts as a server, I could still do pet care on days I serve. I live in an apartment complex, my dog is very well taken care of. He’s very well loved, he goes on a lot of play dates throughout the week and lots of walks and car drives. He sleeps in bed with me and has friends that take him out when I’m at work that live with us.

About: I have taken care of dogs, cats, horses, bunnies and reptiles. I have fostered both cats and dogs and currently have my own dog and horse. I have farm, house and dog sit for over 5 years. I have experience with the most docile to the most reactive animals. I am currently home from college until mid august and I am working part time so I have plenty of free time! I will be away in June and possibly July but only for a 3-4 days. At my house I have a fenced yard and one dog, however I would prefer the clients home depending on the situation and type of animal. “Boarding with Ellen was outstanding. We had a family emergency that made taking our large dog with us impossible. He’s five-years old and had never been away from home - I am sure it was challenging for him. While not aggressive or disobedient, at about 120lbs he can be intimidating. Ellen was clearly very comfortable with him during our meet and greet visit and was very confident he’d be fine with her. He absolute was! She made him very at home on her beautiful farmette with her pack of critters. They all looked clean and loved. I noted her calmness with the dogs and confidence in their interaction under her watchful eye. The dogs have plenty of space to run and socialize. She made sure we gave her his “regular” food and medications, and verified other foods he would be allowed to have. She sent regular updates and photos during his stay. Each action shot was accompanied by a thoughtful narrative of the photo. We really enjoyed pictures of his quiet time, napping with the other dogs in her home was comforting. They all looked content. We needed an extra day of boarding because of the unpredictability of our travel and Ellen made it so easy. Our dog made new friends and we did too.”
