When we first met, C-Zar didn't require any medications. By the time his stay arrived, he needed to take two medications each day. On pickup day, things were a little hectic on my end, but she remained patient, understanding, and willing to work with me. They are very attentive, they do a meeting before the drop off day, they truly want to make sure my furbaby will feel welcome and safe. They have a backyard which is great for my chocolate lab to play and they have a playful dog that was perfect for Rocco. I use to own a business so I'm organized, responsible and dependable. I currently have 2 cats who I feed daily, one gets medicine mixed into her dinner wet food and she's on a diet. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a child. My friends and family rely on me for dog sitting when away, and my lab loves all other dogs! I currently work from home and don’t travel much on weekends. So I have time to walk, play, and take care of other pups. I take my lab out every 4 hours for a nice long walk, and we love going to dog parks and hiking if that’s something your pup likes to do as well! I’m in an apartment so walks are my go to for my lab. We go out every 4 hours or so, with a long walk in the morning before breakfast, a long walk at lunch, and a long walk in the evening. In between that, I have lots of toys for dogs to play with and will provide lots of love and pets!

About: I have raised my own dog since she was ten weeks old, mentored by my father who has raised three litters of puppies throughout his life. I have also done pet-sitting for friends and family for dogs as small as beagle puppies to as large as a Labrador. I am a Graduate student, but I manage to take six- mile walks every morning year-round. As my classes are in the evening, I can fit dog-walking into my schedule in the mornings and early afternoons. I am attentive and responsible for my pets needs, and take pride in ensuring that the animals I care for are happy and healthy. I have a nine-year-old mixed breed dog who enjoys her daily walks and sunbathing on the deck, but does not enjoy the company of other dogs very much.

“We are so grateful for the amazing care that Heather gave to our 1 year old golden (Cobain) over Easter break!! He really enjoyed his stay with her, the walks to the pond and the creek, playing with her daughter and their farm dog, Charles! We loved getting lots of updates and pictures ❤️ We will definitely be booking with Heather again!”
