“We had a fantastic experience with Cindi through Rover while vacationing in Cape Cod. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make Finnegan feel comfortable and loved. She arranged a meet and greet a few days before the drop-off, during which she asked thoughtful questions and took notes on Finnegan’s preferences, showing her genuine care and attention to detail. Despite the less-than-ideal weather, Cindi took Finnegan on multiple walks, demonstrating her dedication and love for dogs. Throughout his stay, she kept us wonderfully updated with photos and messages, which gave us peace of mind and made us feel connected even from afar. When it was time to pick him up, Finnegan ran right to her door like he owned the place a clear sign of how happy and comfortable he was with her. We will definitely be using Cindi again and highly recommend her to other dog owners looking for a caring, attentive, and reliable sitter.”
About: I’ve spent my entire life around dogs, and my background in professional animal care means your pet is in hands that truly understand animal behavior and safety. With three years as a professional Pet Care Specialist, I am well versed in daily care, behavioral monitoring, and administering medications for pets with specialized health needs. My additional experience in professional dog grooming also means I have the hands on patience needed for all sorts of pups; whether they be anxious, high energy, or seniors with special needs. I now work from home, and can provide dedicated, attentive pet care and boarding in a safe environment. As an added perk, I’m happy to offer in home bath and nail services, with a professional setup, so your dog comes home fresh! Because I work primarily from home, I have a clear, flexible schedule with plenty of dedicated time to spend with your dog. I’m available for boarding and other services any day of the week, allowing me to provide consistent attention, regular potty breaks, and a structured routine so your pup is never left alone for long stretches. My home is fully equipped to be a safe, fun, and adaptable "home away from home" for your dog. Here is what you can expect during their stay: • Play: We have a large, fenced backyard where your dog can safely run and play. We are located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood right next door to a large recreational field/park with a walking trail. For more adventurous pups, we also have excellent wooded trails nearby as well. • Socialization: My family will be more than happy to provide extra human interaction throughout the day if your dog is seeking it. We also have 2 friendly resident dogs (a gentle, senior Shih Tzu who mostly minds her own business, and a social English Pointer who will be happy to make new friends) and a cat who is well accustomed to dogs, but will mostly keep to himself. • Separation: While socialization is great, it's not for everyone. If your dog is anxious, or just feeling overwhelmed, I have my own private, dedicated space where they can get away from all the hubbub of the household, and enjoy some downtime. They are also more than welcome to share my furniture if they're more of a lap dog type! As a professional pet handler, I promise to stay aware of your dog's body language and ensure they're recieving the best care possible. Their safety and peace of mind are my top priority.

About: I’m a lifetime animal lover, and get along terrifically well with dogs. My house is the go-to for friends and family needing a place for their pups to stay. I am retired with volunteer jobs part-time (2mornings), during the week. I’m never away from home for more than a few hours during which time my dog-friendly feline can either ignore your dog or keep them company. I’m home the majority of the time. Cozy corner in my den seems to be everyone’s favorite hangout and spot for their bed. The ilving room has multiple sunny spots for napping throughout the day. We will take several neighborhood walks a day and if dog and owner are willing, I go to Thompson’s field in Harwich where they can romp.
About: I’ve taken care of many dogs growing up and have continued my education with being a vet tech in training at a local emergency hospital I find while working at the vets office my schedule allows me to be flexible, so I’m able to give the best care for your furry friends! I have a puppy at home myself, who is spoiled! He gets all the love and attention more than my boyfriend lol, but I give all my love and time to animals.

About: I’m a lifelong animal lover and have been caring for cats and dogs through Rover for about three years. I’ve always enjoyed spending time with animals, whether it’s taking a dog for a good walk, playing with a cat, or simply giving them the attention and company they need. I also shared my life with a beautiful cat for 16 years. Caring for her, especially through her health challenges, taught me a lot about patience, empathy, and paying attention to the small things that can make an animal feel safe and comfortable. I think the best way to connect with animals is to be patient, attentive, and respectful of what they need. I like taking the time to get to know each pet, make sure they feel comfortable and safe, and give them the care and attention they need while you’re away. I’m a graduate student with a flexible schedule, so I’m generally available during the day and most evenings. I’m happy to work around your schedule whenever possible. I offer reliable and caring help for both cats and dogs, whether they need a visit at home, a good walk, or some extra attention while you’re away. For cats, I can help with feeding, medication, litter box cleaning, playtime, and companionship. For dogs, I can provide walks, feeding, grooming, and playtime. I also offer in-home sitting for both cats and dogs, making sure they feel comfortable and well cared for while you’re away.

“Meg is new to us due to the relocation of our previous Rover walker/ sitter. She is extremely well qualified and professional. Gracie generally does quite a bit of protective barking at the door, but greeted Meg like a long lost friend! Just wagged her tail and gave her a kiss. Best friends already. Meg gave her a great walk and Gracie came back grinning from ear to ear! Feel very confident in Meg!”
