This was only Sadie‘s second time boarding in someone else’s home without me…I learned from my first experience that Sadie does not do great with other pets in the house… and, even though Kari’s was pet free, I was still trepidatious about trying another boarding situation in a strange (to my pup) home. My fears were immediately alleviated upon meeting and seeing Kari interact with Sadie and how she let Sadie explore around her wonderful home. Physical relief was all I felt when I left Sadie with her. Kari kept me informed each day with reports and pictures of what she and Sadie were doing, and I was never worried that Sadie was anxious or anything but completely comfortable. Seriously will make sure that Kari is available anytime I plan anything where I need to leave Sadie with someone for any reason! I think my girl had a great time and definitely was very well cared for. Cannot thank Kari and her family enough! ❤️❤️❤️”

“Matt and Jennifer were wonderful with our 3 year old dog, Ori. This was the first time boarding our dog outside of our own home, and with anyone outside of our extended family. We were a little nervous about boarding, as our dog wasn't especially socialized with other dogs. But Matt and Jennifer were very sensitive to this, and allowed us do a day visit where we left Ori with them for a few hours. They shared regular pictures and text updates to show us that Ori was doing fine, having a good time walking and hanging with them and the other dogs they were sitting. We ended up boarding Ori with them for 8 days, and it went great. Ori became "one of the pack", doing group walks with Matt and Jennifer's dog and the other dogs they were watching. We saw that she was getting snuggles and downtime with their daughter. We picked Ori up after her stay where it was clear she had a great week, with lots of outdoor play and exercise, and nice family time indoors. Thank you Matt and Jennifer- we will happily ask you to watch Ori again for us! :)”

About: I've been pet sitting for my family as long as I can remember. My parents have always had pets, so I've spent my entire life caring for many different animals. I have experience caring after dogs, cats, chickens, fish, and small mammals such as bunnies and rats. About: There has been at least one cat in my home my entire life—I'm about to turn 31, so that’s saying something. Dogs are great, but cats have always had my heart. Right now, I have two 10-year-old cats who I've had since they were 8 weeks old. At one point, I had four cats, including two seniors—one I rescued from euthanasia, and another who had been abandoned. My home has kind of become the “catch-all” for cats. Whether it’s a short stay or a visit that somehow turns into forever, there’s always a place here for them.

About: Hello! I have just moved down to Plymouth from NH where I have been caring for neighborhood pets since I was a child. I am a mom of two young boys and a big goofy black lab named Larry. I love to take walks with my dog and stroller and would love to add your dog along too! I am also able to dog sit for weekends, vacations, whatever need be! About: I have been in the caring business since my teenage years - babysitting my younger siblings, caring for my family dog, running a summer enrichment program for at risk youth, caring for horses at a dude ranch and a western suburbs farm, minding many friends' dogs, and wrangling my own two senior dogs - brother and sister, now 14 years old. (But, so rambunctious for their first 10+ years). I love dogs and will care for your dog just as you would. One of my dogs is now blind and the other requires daily subcutaneous fluids so I am willing and able to help out with any of your pet's special needs as well..... I know how stressful it can be to ensure a routine is kept. Pet first aid and CPR certified. I am currently on a full time job hunt in marketing analytics and very available (with notice) to care for your dogs most days and evenings as I can search and do freelance work remotely. Depending on your dog's needs I can usually provide bathroom breaks every 4 hours in between errands, etc. My calendar will be updated to show days I plan to be away. At this time, I can care for pets in my client's home. I do need to bring my dogs for the overnight portion of the stay but will keep them separate in a room/space of your choosing during the evening (and on bedroom floor at night). They are very dog friendly just very sleepy and do well snoozing someplace quiet.

It wws our first time using Rover, so we weren’t sure what to expect but the experience with Ryan (and Leah) was so great, they took Hammy on walks through the woods, cuddled with him at home, and generally just took amazing care, with photos and updates throughout. “Matt and Jennifer were wonderful with our 3 year old dog, Ori. This was the first time boarding our dog outside of our own home, and with anyone outside of our extended family. We were a little nervous about boarding, as our dog wasn't especially socialized with other dogs. But Matt and Jennifer were very sensitive to this, and allowed us do a day visit where we left Ori with them for a few hours. They shared regular pictures and text updates to show us that Ori was doing fine, having a good time walking and hanging with them and the other dogs they were sitting. We ended up boarding Ori with them for 8 days, and it went great. Ori became "one of the pack", doing group walks with Matt and Jennifer's dog and the other dogs they were watching. We saw that she was getting snuggles and downtime with their daughter. We picked Ori up after her stay where it was clear she had a great week, with lots of outdoor play and exercise, and nice family time indoors. Thank you Matt and Jennifer- we will happily ask you to watch Ori again for us! :)”

“Mike and his family were great. We left our very active pup with them for four days. Abe loved running in the back yard ( which is fenced in and huge) and playing with the other dogs. The communication with Mike was efficient and responsive and he sent daily pictures of Abe. We would definitely recommend Mike and will certainly use him again in the future.”
