“Sue is wonderful! My dogs and I got to meet Sue and her dogs before she boarded them. She really is patient with my little dogs and understands their behaviors. One of my dogs is very anxious and barks a lot. She dealt with it well and realized he was just unsure of the environment. My 6 pound Pomeranian took a few days to warm up to her but in the end she did. Sue didn’t push herself on my dog and just let my pup come to her. She took special care to walk them and make them feel as comfortable in their new environment. Sue also took time each day to send me photos and texts so I knew they were ok. I have already booked her for two more weeks this summer. I recommend her with your dogs too. It is obvious she loves and enjoys dogs.”

About: I'll care for your pet like it's my own, and will provide ample ear scritches and snuggles as needed while they miss you during your time away. Our dogs share the couch and family spaces with us, but are crate trained as well. We go for walks daily and have playtime in the yard every 2-3 hours during the day if the weather is appropriate. We have two dogs, and an elderly cat that keeps to himself. Our yard is about an acre on a quiet dead end road and we have an electric fence for our pups, but can of course use leashes and leads as well!

Any family pets we've had (cats, dogs, and horses) have lived all the way up to their senior years (and even passed the "intended age range" of their breed). I’m creative with getting things done carefully and safely for your pets. As a pet sitter, safety is my top priority. I make sure to follow all instructions provided by pet owners to ensure their pets are well cared for in a secure environment. I am experienced in recognizing signs of stress, discomfort, or illness, and I always act quickly to address any concerns. Whether it's securing the house, keeping pets away from hazards, or following medication schedules, I'm committed to providing a safe and stress-free experience. I am now a full time pet sitter. So it gives me the flexibility to be available early morning and evening with overnight as well. I currently have a full home so I do not care in my own home. But I am more then available for in home visits and overnight if needed!
