About: I've owned and cared for animals since high school. In addition to dogs and cats, I've owned horses since I was 16. I have been\am a foster parent for the Animal Rescue League of Boston since 2020. I'm a former puppy foster for service dogs and participated with early puppy training. I have carried those skills over to training other foster puppies and my personal dog. I have a medical background (EMT) and my daughter is a Vet Tech so I am very comfortable working with animals with medical needs and will follow any required medical plan. In addition to dogs and cats, I'd love to meet\care for your backyard farm animals; horses, pot-bellied pigs, chickens, goats, sheep, etc. I have experience with some of these animals through ownership and fostering opportunities. I'm open to meeting and learning about new friends. We currently have 4 dogs, 4 cats, and 2 horses in our home. All our animals are our babies and I'll care for yours as if they were my own. I'm currently unemployed so I'll have plenty of time to spend with your pets. I'm available for petsitting any day of the week and can work around any personal appointments. Boarding in my home is restricted to cats or other small animals. Puppies (under 1 year) may be accomodated, no adult dogs. For cats; we have a dedicated "cat room" to keep your pet separated from our pets. The room has a screen door so they don't feel locked away and can be part of our household while remaining safe. I will follow your pet care plan while in your home. For Puppies; all dogs are fed separately to avoid food aggression situations. All puppies will be crated for meals and sleeping overnight. If your puppy is not crate trained, I will work with them to ensure they are comfortable and not afraid. I can support your potty training schedule to maintain consistency.

You can rest assured while I am with your pets that they will be well attended to. A typical visit includes 15-20 minutes of play with your pet depending on energy levels, lots of positive attention and love, feeding and making sure they have access to water and making sure any business is done. As an overnight visitor, often for pets with anxiety or special needs/senior pets, I am with your pet in your home from 10pm-8am, plus visits during any of their usual scheduled feedings.

I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time to provide dependable dog walking and cat care. My goal is to make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away. Pet care fits well into my daily and weekly routine. I work at a high school, and my schedule allows me flexibility in the afternoons and full days in the summer months. This makes it easy for me to provide dog walks after school hours or stop by to check on and care for your cats. I’m able to consistently fit pet visits into my routine and provide reliable care throughout the week. I provide reliable, safe, and attentive care for pets in my client’s home. I always follow the owner’s instructions closely to maintain each pet’s normal routine, including feeding schedules, walks, litter box care, and any special needs or medications. About: We are a trio (Riven, Matt, Jason) that have mostly work from home schedules. We have individual Rover verified profiles, and this one is Rivens. I have lived with cats, dogs, and animals of all sorts my whole life. After growing up on a farm and being a founding member of the local 4H Club, my love for animals continued to fostering through rescues, volunteering, and my own pets such as my now passed 17 year cat named Moya, whom I had had since she was a few months old. We around a lot of dogs over the course of the week, so we are unable to on any dogs that will not do well with others for more than an over night. If you have feline family, I am happy to play with crinkle balls, laser pointers, or be a lap as needed. For boarding, my Matt and Jason (also on Rover) and myself are home 95% of the day and can usually accommodate most pick up or drop off time, frequent potty breaks, and walks. For drop in visits we are avaliable to work in the Shirely and immediately surounding area. We have some flexibility with the schedule that we can work out if you're interested! We offer lots of human and other dog socialization in our home. We have people and dogs visitors in home as well as on walks to parks and rivers.
About: Been around many different dog breeds and pets since I was a kid. Family and friends have all relied on me to walk, play, and stay with their pets. I am comfortable with small or large dogs! I am a part-time server 3-4 nights a week! My shifts are roughly 4 hours, and I am out of school for the summer so I am available during the weekdays and weekends. I am willing to stay with pets overnight or as long as needed at clients home to ensure their comfortability! I have references that will testify to my willingness to keep their pets safe and satisfied.
