“Ozzy had a wonderful time with Nicole and her family! Nicole was relaxed and welcoming, and encouraged Ozzy to feel at home. The weather was bitter cold but Ozzy got all his energy out tearing around their fenced backyard. Nicole was very communicative, sending frequent updates and photos, Highly recommended!”

“Jessica and Josie were wonderful with Miss Ruby. Even understanding her occasional accident in the house as coming from anxiety. Possibly due to construction noises which were expected to be gone before Miss Ruby’s visit. It changed my perspective from paying for Dogcare to paying to have Miss Ruby share her joy with Josie and Jessica and their family. ???”

“Christian is great! He is patient, chill, and very good with dogs! I loved that our dog wanted to go back inside with him when we had to leave; that is a great sign!”

“Out of the past 10 dogsitters we’ve used, John is the best. We got 5+ pictures of a day clearly showing our dogs were happy and having fun. John noticed and mentioned a half dozen things that showed us he was attentive to our dog’s needs and sensitive enough to help them when they were in need. Our dogs came back visibly less stressed than with other dogsitters, so we will be using John from now on!”
“Karl and his dogs are very welcoming. Karl’s yard is well suited for the dogs with a large space and a fence. Karl communicates timely and goes out of his way to ensure all goes well. All the dogs got along well and our dogs adjusted well on both sends of their stay.”

“Brooke was an absolute delight! She was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making me feel at ease leaving my dog with her for five days so I could finally enjoy a much-needed family vacation. I truly appreciated Brooke’s check-ins during this time, ensuring that my dog was doing well. It was a huge relief to know that my dog was in good hands.”

“Sam and her family took excellent care of my two dogs! Communication was top-notch, and I loved to see how happy and well cared for they were. They came home content and tired, which is the best review of all. It’s clear they had a great time in your beautiful spot in the forest. Thank you so much, Sam! 🤩”

“I was very nervous about the prospect of leaving Naki with anyone but a relative, especially since I haven't used Rover for any of their services. However, once I got to know Patti, my anxiety instantly went away. Her calm and kind demeanor brought me comfort as I knew Naki would be in good hands. Naki was with Patti for a weekend, and she would send me updates every couple of hours with pictures of him doing various activities. I could tell Naki was completely relaxed and comfortable during his stay. Patti genuinely loves animals and I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you for everything, Patti.”

“I had never done a Rover sitter before, so was naturally a little nervous. But the moment Heidi and Sandy (my puggle) met, I knew it was going to be a great experience. She immediately connected with Sandy and made me feel at ease right away that Sandy was in great hands. Heidi really made me feel I made the right choosing with choosing a sitter in the area. Communication was quick, and she updated me with photos of my happy pup. Thanks Heidi!”

“I booked Rachel last minute fully expecting for her to not respond or say she was available and she responded within minutes for my last second request. She and her family took excellent care of Hank and sent me several pictures and updates through out. 10/10. Very happy to have found someone trust worthy i can leave my dog with and have no worries without feeling like i am burdening friends or family.”

“Eric and Abigale (and their daughter) took great care of Willow. Willow felt right at home as soon as she got to their house and their duaghter was so sweet with Willow. We will defintely use Eric and Abigale again if we are back in the Chicopee area.”

About: I’ve cared for dogs most of my life and truly treat them like family. I grew up in a home with four dogs, so I’m very comfortable with different personalities, sizes, and energy levels. I also adopted and lovingly cared for a difficult senior dachshund for years, which gave me valuable experience with patience, senior dog needs, routines, and extra attentiveness. Today I have a large Bernedoodle, so I’m confident handling bigger dogs as well as energetic pups who need exercise and structure. I’m active and love taking dogs on walks, runs, and outdoor time when appropriate, while also making sure they get plenty of affection, snuggles, and supervision. What sets me apart is that I’m dependable, attentive, and genuinely love dogs. I understand every dog is different, and I’ll make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. I work remotely from home, which gives me a very flexible schedule and allows me to be present throughout the day for the pets in my care. Because I’m home most of the time, dogs get plenty of attention, regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, and companionship instead of being left alone for long stretches. My flexible routine also makes it easy for me to stick to your pet’s normal schedule for feeding, medications, exercise, and any special needs. I’m able to provide attentive, consistent care and make sure your pet feels comfortable, safe, and loved while you’re away. Safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I provide a calm, loving home environment where pets can feel relaxed and cared for. I have a friendly, social dog who enjoys having visitors and does well with other dogs, while always making sure introductions are done thoughtfully and safely. I have a yard for outdoor time, and while it is not fenced, I use a secure runner/tie-out system and close supervision so dogs can safely enjoy fresh air, potty breaks, and time outside. I also keep dogs leashed on walks and anytime they are outdoors for added safety. If your dog is crate-trained or more comfortable with their own space, I’m happy to accommodate crating and follow your normal home routine. I always aim to keep pets on their regular schedule for feeding, exercise, rest, and any medications or special instructions. I treat every pet like my own—with patience, attentiveness, and lots of love.

“We were very happy with our experience working with Ali, who visited our home daily for a few days to take care of our two feline friends. From my initial inquiry, to the meet and greet, to the the daily Rover cards, Ali was very responsive, a clear communicator, and took great care of our cats. We'll definitely rebook and happily would recommend Ali to anyone needing pet sitting care. Thanks Ali!”

“Highly recommend. Abigail was very knowledgeable and thorough, from our meet-n-greet, through the 10 days of caring for our kitties while we were away. The cats clearly loved her because they would follow her around the house every visit! She did an amazing job managing their care, and also took great care of our plants.”

“Five Stars! I had an absolutely exceptional experience with Dan as my cat sitter through Rover. From the very beginning, Dan was professional, communicative, and genuinely attentive to every detail of my cat’s routine and personality. While I was away, Dan went above and beyond to make sure my cats were not only cared for, but truly comfortable and happy. He provided consistent updates, including photos and thoughtful notes, which gave me real peace of mind. It was clear from every interaction that he has a natural connection with animals and takes his responsibilities seriously. What stood out most was Dan’s reliability and the level of care he put into even the small things—keeping everything clean, sticking closely to their feeding schedules, and spending quality time engaging with my cats so they didn’t feel lonely. I returned home to a relaxed, well-cared-for cats and a spotless space, which speaks volumes about the level of service Dan provides. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, compassionate, and truly exceptional pet sitter! Thank you, Dan—I will absolutely be booking with you again!”

“This is my fourth or fifth time having Lori look after my cat Finn, and I can never trust any other sitter but her. I always come home to a happy, healthy cat. Lori is always extremely communicative and sends the cutest pictures!”

“Iví was great with our shy cat, Juniper, who was happy and healthy after we returned from a week’s vacation. Iví was friendly, followed our requests, and was responsive to messages. We would absolutely book them again!”
“Ryann was great! My cats are both quite shy but she did a wonderful job of caring for them and providing updates. They do best with passive engagement and space and that's what she gave them. They were definitely well-looked after.”

About: I’ve had cats my whole life other than when I was a student, so you’re getting experience above all else. Even if they just need company for an hour, don’t hesitate to get in touch!
About: I have been taking care of animals for as long as I can remember. Walking, feeding, and bathing both dogs and cats. I consider my pets family members! All of my babies are rescues. I have trained my dog through the GoodPup app and he knows the commands sit, stay, lay down, up, paw, leave it, heal, touch, and find it. All my pets are given enrichment activities throughout the day. They’re also stimulated with play/exercise. I know dog and cat body language. I have worked with dogs that have seizure disorders and know how to administer medication to both cats and dogs. I’m work Monday to Friday with my weekends free and open. My work schedule is Monday-Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. I can take dogs for long walks, stimulate them through play, or with enrichment activities. I can administer medication if needed. For cats I can clean the litter box and stimulate them through play or enrichment activities. I can administer medication if needed. Pet safety is my first priority. I believe knowing pet body language is so important because that’s how they communicate their needs. I will care for your love ones as if they were my own! I will follow your schedule and instructions exactly as is because, you know your pet best! I can bath, walk, feed, administer medication, and give my full attention to your babies ☺️
“Natalie was so wonderful with my two kitties, going out of the way to play and even offered suggestions for a particularly difficult cat behavior I was experiencing. I will definitely be asking her to return.”

“Maggie provided excellent cat care and house sitting. I appreciated that she fit us in last minute and accommodated our schedule around some other commitments she had. I would definitely book her again!”

About: Your pets' safety and happiness is my number one priority. I have experience caring for cats of all ages and temperaments. If your cat is high energy, I'm ready to provide enrichment and playful company. If your cat is shy, I'm ready to patiently provide a calm environment where their boundaries are respected. Additionally, my cat Wallula has navigated a myriad of health complications over the years, which has meant that I have become very comfortable administering medication to cats in the form of a pill, liquid via a syringe into their mouth, or inhaler.

About: I have worked in Veterinary clinics as an assistant, technician, and at the front desk for a combined 3+ years. I have done petsitting for 16 years. I am well-versed in animal body language and I have experience handling pets of many temperaments, including anxious, reactive, senior, and medically complex animals. I managed my own cat's diabetes for 6 years until we said goodbye due to a malignant abdominal mass. I'm comfortable administering medications, monitoring for signs of illness or stress, and helping pets feel safe. My background in veterinary medicine has taught me the importance of patience, reliability, and attentive care, and I treat every animal as if they were my own.

“Alaina was amazing! She has a wonderful calming presence and her love for animals is evident. Excellent communication and Otis loved her. I would highly recommended Alaina and we will definitely reach out again for help with Otis.”

“Angela is a prompt and reliable pet sitter. She watched my cat when I was out of town on two different trips in the chaotic month of December. I even had a last minute travel fiasco and she graciously moved around visit dates to accommodate my change in plans. My very old and skiddish cat even emerged to greet Angela and get pets during the last few visits, which is a big deal. Cat and human approved!”

“Our dogs had a blast at Nicole’s place. They got to run around in her nice fenced in yard, played a lot of fetch and got to cool off in the kiddie pool. Nicole and her family are obviously dog lovers and I was so happy we left our girls with them. I would highly recommend Nicole to care for your pups as if they were her own.”

About: Our family dog just moved out with my daughter, so my grandpuppy 😂. Thankfully he comes to stay regularly for extended visits! Most of my photos are of him, truly spoiled & loved. I’ve cared for animals most of my life. I’m available for walking, boarding, or checking in daily while you’re at work to feed or let out. Flexible availability, reliable and kind. I have very flexible availability for boarding, house sitting and checking in and walking. I only work 15-20 hours a week, so I’m home most of the time! I live in a townhouse that is surrounded by woods and has close proximity to walking trails. You can provide a crate if needed for boarding. I will welcome gentle, people-friendly dogs, who are house & potty trained only. No overly dirty or muddy dogs please! Thanks for your understanding.
About: Hi! As you can see, I'm not charging a lot (I set it to the minimum for Rover which is $15).... The main reason I am doing this is to get a playmate for my energetic Boston. He is very well behaved and friendly but needs dogs around to play with while I work. I am very safe with my dogs and make sure they are getting along and happy. I have a nice fenced-in area.... I only want to take care of dogs that will want to play with my dog for the day:). Overnights an option but for now, just offering day care on here. thanks! I work full-time from home, or if I goto my solo office, I would take the dogs. (Office is pet friendly and it's not far from my home) I am very good with dogs and have had them a long time. I would treat your dog like my own while they are here.

“Samantha and Brian has a large backyard for my dog to roam and they took him on a nice hike in the woods. My dog had so much fun with them and their young kids. I would choose them again for a eventful daycare that my swiss shepherd definitely needs!”

“We were traveling through and Kristin was wonderful for a last minute doggy daycare visit! She has a beautiful property, 2 wonderful dogs that Stevie played and cuddled with and provided a much needed rest day for Stevie from all the travel commotion:)”

“Letícia took such great care of Bomi!! She was incredibly kind and patient with her. Bomi usually needs some time to warm up, especially when we leave her, but Letícia was so understanding of our dog’s needs. She kept us updated with pictures and Bomi looked so comfortable and happy! Her dog, Malu is super sweet too! We highly recommend Letícia if you are looking for a sitter 👍”

“Emma was great!! She took my two puppies, one being only 3 months old and they look like they had the best time. She kept me updated throughout the day with pictures and videos and how they were doing. 10/10 would recommend!”

About: I used to have my own dog sitting/walking business. Then I had a baby so now I can only board dogs at my home. I love all animals. I am home 24/7 with my 2 kids age 4 and 2. I have had cats growing up. I have lots of experience with all breeds of dogs. We have one cat but can put in a separate room if need be. I don’t have a huge yard but we like to take walks and go to parks/fields to run around in and play catch or frisbee
“Amed was prompt with communication, and was sweet with our dog. He took her for a walk and the dog park, and she was tuckered out after. It worked out well to have Ahmed watch our dog while we were visiting from out of town to see a concert. Thank you Amed!”

“Jie was very responsive and easy to communicate with. My dog had such a great time being at Jie's house, meeting the other dogs, observing the chickens, and even doing some agility in the backyard. They are definitely dog lovers, we feel fortunate to have found Jie. We love knowing our dog is safely in good hands, and having a great time to boot!”

“I’m so glad to have connected with Jesse (and so is my pup)! I could tell right away that he loves and genuinely cares about any dogs who are lucky enough to hang out with him. And Sadie, my slightly nervous/sometimes hyper rescue settled right in with him and his family. Thanks again Jesse! We’ll be back!”

“Shawna was a great sitter. My dogs are never tired. But they were worn out when I picked them up so I know they got plenty of exercise and attention. I highly recommend Shawna!!”

“Daniel is a great ssest to have as a dog owner. I've had great luck with Rover, but Danielle's by far the best. He's punctual and communicative even if this owner isn't always 😁”

“Abigail took such great care of my pup Norma!! I reached out to her for a last minute care need. She responded very promptly and even made extra time in her schedule to squeeze in a meet and greet before walking and feeding Norma later that day. Abigail was very thorough in both asking questions about Norma’s needs and following through with all that we discussed. Norma is also a nervous, hyperactive pup and Abigail did a great job building rapport with her. She is very responsible and takes her job seriously. I will definitely be reaching out to Abigail again in the future—highly recommend her!”

“We are so grateful to Lori, who hopped in the car and came a long way to help us out at the very last minute. She took our high energy 3-year-old lab on a fun hiking adventure and took so many cute photos. We will definitely use Lori again!”

“Iví follows directions perfectly, communicates clearly, and is incredibly gentle and patient with our dog. It’s obvious they truly love and care about animals, and we feel confident and secure knowing our girlie is in such capable, kind hands!”

“Michael is an amazing dog walker for Theo. He is always available for us, even if it’s only a day or so warning and Theodore absolutely adores him. He sends photo updates to me which makes me so happy to see Theo when I’m gone from work! Thank you Michael!!!”

Some of my clients opt to have a neighbor by for a potty break, but it works for many dogs that I go right there, let them out and feed them. My main focus is providing care for animals by overnight house sitting, drop-by care, or dog walking. There may be a small travel fee added for houses outside my service area. My house sitting is very in demand, so please book early for best availability! Thank you! I will go over your regular routines for your furry family member, and chat about keeping your pet safe. I carefully assess dogs we may meet to ensure safety and distance, with skills I’ve learned working at a doggy daycare. I care for dogs in a reassuring, calm way, with lots of praise and patience. Your best friend is in good hands with me!

About: I’ve spent the last 5 years working in professional dog kennels. My first kennel was in Berlin, MA, and now I work at a local kennel here in western MA. During that time, I’ve cared for dogs of every size, age, and personality. From shy seniors who need gentle patience to high-energy wiggle butts who never slow down. As a kennel supervisor, I’ve handled dogs with medical needs, administered medications safely and on schedule, and monitored behavior to keep every pup calm and comfortable. I’ve also been trusted to run the kennel independently, managing feeding routines, cleaning, enrichment, and safety from open to close. Now, I’m excited to bring that same level of professional, loving care into your home. Whether your dog needs a simple walk, extra patience, medication support, or someone who treats them like family, I’m here to make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved one walk, one wag, one kiss at a time. I’m available 7 days a week, almost 24 hours a day, outside of my kennel shifts. I work five 8‑hour shifts per week, and everything outside those hours is open for walks, drop‑ins, and overnight care. Availability: • Open 7 days/week • Early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and late nights available • Flexible scheduling around my kennel shifts • Advance requests welcome — I can accommodate most times! Now that I’ve graduated, I’m able to take on more walks, drop‑ins, and extended care. I love what I do, and I’m committed to giving your pets reliable, loving, stress‑free care every single visit. <3 When I’m caring for pets in your home, my goal is to keep their routine as normal, comforting, and stress‑free as possible. I follow your instructions closely and make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and understood while you’re away. Here’s what you can expect: Routine‑Focused Care — I stick to your pet’s usual feeding, walking, play, and medication schedule so everything feels familiar and calm. Clear Instructions Welcomed — Written instructions (paper or text) are always helpful. I’m happy to follow detailed routines, special notes, or anything that keeps your pet comfortable. Open Communication — I keep communication easy and consistent. If anything comes up or you’d like updates, I’m always reachable and responsive. Optional Update Photos — I can send pictures and check‑ins so you can see how your furry family member is doing and feel connected while you’re away. Walks & Outdoor Time — I tailor every walk to what your dog enjoys, whether it’s relaxed neighborhood strolls, peaceful nature walks, or extra sniff‑time to burn off energy. Medication & Special Care — I’m very comfortable with pets who have medical conditions (cats or dogs!), including administering medications safely and on time — even insulin. Clean & Comfortable Spaces — I keep litter boxes clean, fluff up dog beds, refresh water bowls, tidy feeding areas, and make sure your pet’s space stays cozy and stress‑free. Behavior Awareness — With my kennel background, I’m trained to read body language and keep pets comfortable, especially shy, senior, or anxious animals. My goal is simple: to make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and loved until you’re home again.
About: I’ve always loved being around animals and have been caring for dogs and cats since I was about 10. Most of my experience has come from helping family, friends, and neighbors with their pets when they need someone they can trust. I’ve taken care of pets with different personalities and energy levels, and I really enjoy getting to know what makes each one comfortable and happy. I’m happy to take dogs on walks, play with them, feed them, give them attention, or just keep them company, and I’m just as comfortable spending time with cats and making sure they get the care and attention they need. I know how hard it can be to leave your pets with someone else, so I want you to feel confident that they’re safe, comfortable, and being well cared for while you’re away. I’m currently in college, so my availability depends on my class schedule. I’m available anytime on Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and I’m available after 1 PM on Fridays. I’m happy to work around your pet’s routine and make sure they get plenty of attention and care. When caring for someone’s pet, I want both the pet and their owner to feel comfortable and confident leaving them with me. I’ll follow your instructions and your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, while making sure they’re safe, comfortable, and getting plenty of attention. I’ll also treat your home with respect and keep you updated while you’re away so you know how your pet is doing.

About: Have owned dogs for over 20 years, pet sit for friends, family, and neighbors. I am over cautious and protective when it comes to animals, I'm also active so love walking dogs, throwing a ball for them, or taking them to our local lake for a swim. I have tons of patience for shy dogs, I have dealt with rescue dogs and know when to get close or not to an animal. I have never had an incident where I have had a dog become aggressive with me. I have taken my own dog to obedience school a few times and learned a few key trips for working with difficult dogs or puppies. I have taken care of puppies within the past three years and am comfortable with the extra care they require. I have a solid connection with our local vet and emergency animal hospital and am able to handle dogs who need shots or medications administered. I work from home and have several pets already needing care. Bathroom breaks, walks, ball throwing, catnip time, all of it already happens in my home. We have several pet fences within our home and a puppy proof first floor. If a pet is okay of leash then we walk them around our 4 acres throwing a ball or whatever the pet likes. If a pet is not okay off leash, then we just walk them on a leash on our land every 1.5 or 2 hours or as needed. Water bowls are everywhere, no chemicals are on site within reach of curious puppies, and no cars move very quickly on our driveway and everyone who does arrive at our home knows we have several pets and need to slow down. We have owned dogs for over 25 years and have never had any of our pets get injured.
About: I have taken care of cats, dogs, Small animals like mice, guinea pigs, fish, turtles. All way to farm animals like sheep, goats and even horses. Due to growing up in small town farming community. Currently I am supervising and helping my teenage daughter care for multiple miniature and full size horses in Leverett MA. I also have two wonderfully spoiled cats and a dog at home. Have some openings in evening and most weekends as at this time I do have a full time 9-5 job. Looking to see where this goes. I do not have fenced in yard but I keep my current dog on tie out or 50ft lead. Very quiet not normally traveled area around house with big yard to play. At clients home depends on environment there. Would prefer no off leash unless securely fenced area.

“I have no words for Mahayla! Couldn't ask for anyone better than you!! She went above and beyond for Chow and Zoe in their stay.We know 100% sure they will be safe and well taken care when they are with her.”

“Emma took great care of my pup while I was away for the weekend! She was very communicative, sent lots of updates, and I could tell she cared about the comfort of my dog.”

“This was Sadie's first stay with Forough and Amir, and they took great care of her, treating her like one of the family. They sent photos and provided excellent communication throughout. When I arrived for pick-up Sadie was very happy and relaxed. Thank you!”

“Adam was fantastic! Quick and clear communication from the initial message all the way to pick up. Adam was very friendly and has an immaculate house, so I felt very comfortable leaving my dog for the long weekend. His dog Rocky was friendly as well and was a great playmate for my dog Max. I will definitely be booking with Adam again!”

“Hey Trishul. Sorry for the delayed review, but I wanted to give you a shoutout for taking care of Chewie over Thanksgiving break! 🐾 First off, the whole "allowed on furniture" deal was a game-changer. Coming home to a happy pup chilling on the couch was a big win in my book. Thanks for being cool about that! I also loved that Chewie was never alone in the house. It's like she had her own vacation away from home. Knowing she had constant company definitely eased my mind while I was away. And that picture you took? Genius move. The fridge magnet was such a thoughtful touch. Every time I reach for the milk, I get a little reminder of the good times Chewie had with you. Thanks again for everything! You're officially Chewie's favorite person (and mine too, of course). Cheers, Brya.”
