After our first meeting, I knew that I had made the best choice for Wally and for me. Debra always takes the time for a meet and greet prior to drop off so that our boy had the opportunity to meet her and her dogs, who are all very well behaved and welcoming. You can tell that Debra loves working with dogs and takes her responsibility very seriously. She has a lovely large home and huge fenced in back yard that the dogs can access via a dog door. Debra had great communication and was flexible with drop off and pickup times. She kept me updated with some photos so that I could relax and enjoy my sons wedding. About: Had a 5 month old pup at aged 9 (also had a dominant cat) taught her basics and more over time until she needed medication due to her old age. Looked after friends senior dog which needed meds with food and their other dog that had special dietary needs including medication 3 times a day. House and dog&cat sat for friends that would go away to France for a long weekends I have plenty of time to give care and attention. I am not working at the moment and in between job maybe this is my calling we have a lot of space in the home and in the yard. We do not have any of our own pets yet, but we are talking a lot about them. We have a large 4ft fenced in grass yard and a large basement to allow for off leash freedom to play regardless of weather. Over the back fence we have active cranberry bogs with loads of open space and smells perfect for long walks. I am a fast walker and happy to cover 3-5 miles on a walk. Any fur-babies that need to stay overnight will be looked after like they are my own. I’ll send lots of pictures and make sure your pet is comfortable with as much attention as it needs.

About: I know how hard it is to walk out your door with those big eyes staring at you, and how it's even harder when you have to leave them for days. I am flattered you are considering trusting me with your sweet pup while you are away, it means a lot! I have had dogs ever since I was a kid and know these feelings all too well, so let me help out a little and give you some peace of mind that your pup will be well taken care of and exercised. I love taking care of anything that barks, meows, squawks, slithers any anything in between. As my own pets I have had dogs, a rabbit, chickens and a chameleon. I started off by fostering for a local adoption program and moved on to pet care in my own home and others. I have taken care of 12 week old puppies up to older pups needing special geriatric care. My dogs are family members in my house and I will treat yours no differently. I will be sure to get details from you if there are any behaviors you are working on with your pet to ensure I don't interfere and hopefully enhance any training you are working on with your pet. I truly take pleasure helping pet owner who care enough to seek out good care for their pets. *For the comfort of my older dog Roscoe and some of our more timid guests, I generally stick to dogs under 30 pounds unless they are older or particularly calm. He had a bad experience with a German Shepherd off leash on an walk and is a little nervous around bigger dogs now. I am home all day and I'm not glued to my computer but I do have an occasional virtual meeting that requires my attention. If your pup has accidents or gets into other trouble when unsupervised please let me know ahead of time so I can make sure they are in a comfortable safe space or supervised if I have a meeting. Your pup will never be alone for it any extended period of time, and between me and my husband it's likely they will ever be alone at all. We have lots of baby gates and room for them to have their own space if they need a break from my dogs. I have an older chihuahua mix and a young Aussiedoodle, both socialized and respectful of other pups (the doodle is a bit excited when meeting new people and fur friends, but she adjusts quickly.) They will be excited to meet new friends but if your pup prefers to be left alone, they will not bother them after the initial excitement wears off. We have a fully fenced secure yard not exposed to the front or foot traffic at all. We are very careful to follow all order from owners especially when it comes to behavior and diet to ensure that your pup is safe and comfortable while they are staying with us. We are so excited to meet you and your fur friend! I work from home and have a fairly flexible schedule with a few meetings scheduled here in there. With two of my own we are on a pretty regular walking schedule and they definitely keep me informed of when dinner time is getting close when the weather warms up we definitely spend a lot of time outside in the fenced in yard but they are never left unsupervised outside. We have a fully fenced in yard and a nice covered deck, where they can enjoy some shade in the summer. We also have plenty of baby gates to give any pup that would like a little extra space some space to relax. Our little girl is happy to play with anybody that will play with her, but is also very used to her big brother who will certainly let her know when he’s not feeling playful.
About: What sets me apart is my extensive background as a veterinary technician. I started in animal shelters and later worked in veterinary practices, caring for pets of all ages, temperaments, and medical needs. That experience gives me confidence handling everything from energetic puppies who need structure and reinforcement, to senior pets requiring medication, patience, and gentle care. I’ve fostered more animals than I can count, which has given me a strong understanding of behavior, transitions, and how to make pets feel safe and secure in new environments. Although I’ve recently changed careers and returned to school, I deeply miss being around animals. My own pets have crossed the rainbow bridge, and caring for others’ fur babies truly fills that space in my heart. Pet sitting isn’t just a side job for me — it’s something I genuinely love. I live in a loving, multi-generational home where pets truly become part of the family. There is almost always someone around, which means plenty of supervised attention, affection, and companionship throughout the day. Dogs staying with us receive lots of love, playtime, and, of course, belly rubs. They are never left feeling alone and are spoiled in the very best way — with structure, safety, and tons of positive interaction. My goal is to provide a warm, home-like environment where your pet feels comfortable, secure, and genuinely cared for. Pet care fits very naturally into my routine. I’m currently a full-time student, which gives me a flexible schedule and the ability to plan my days around the pets in my care. I’m available most days and evenings, and I’m happy to accommodate overnight stays, drop-ins, or daytime care. If you need something specific, just reach out — I’m always willing to see if we can make it work! Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. While I do not have a fenced-in yard, I have a large yard for leashed walks and supervised outdoor time. We also have a wonderful, quiet area right on my street that’s perfect for longer, structured walks. With my background as a veterinary technician, I’m very comfortable monitoring behavior, recognizing signs of stress or illness, and administering medications if needed. Whether I’m caring for your pet in my home or yours, I follow your routines closely to keep them feeling secure and at ease. While you’re away, your pet won’t just be “watched” — they’ll be cared for, exercised, and loved like part of the family. I truly aim to give them a safe, happy experience that feels like their own little vacation.
About: I’ve always had a love for animals. Growing up I had always been the go-to when it came to neighbors needing pet sitting. I’ve had years of experience with cats, dogs, and chickens! I’m comfortable feeding, walking, and playing with them. I love animals, especially dogs!
