We first did a meet and greet and from the moment we meant them we knew they were good people. We had already meet four other sitters at this point and were starting to feel hopeless. Jenna and Michael were warm, and lovely from the start. Their home is spacious, their yard is BIG, and their own pup, Chase is adorable! Sadie got lots of exercise playing with Chase and going on walks. I was worried that Sadie would taunt their chickens the entire time (which she probably did) but they handled it with evident experience around this challenge. We would happily book with them again. Even though we had to drive 45 minutes to them, it was 100% worth it. Thank you, Jenna, Michael, and Chase.”

About: I have been a pet owner for my entire life, and I’m the current parent of a dog and cat named Macy and Cider. Ever since I was a kid, my family often volunteered to watch, walk, and care for the pets of friends and extended family. I have also worked and volunteered at zoos for many years to help teach people about the wonderful critters all over our world. Needless to say, animals have been a big part of my life as long as I can remember! I recently finished a school year of full time substitute teaching, and I’m taking no a summer off to job hunt and pursue teaching licensing. Having the summer off means I have lots of time to spend with your pets! I do not have a fenced yard, but I supplement that by giving my dog, Macy, plenty of time to walk outside (her favorite activity), visit the dog park, and play indoors to get her potty breaks and her energy out. She is a very low energy dog who gets along well with others, people and dogs alike! I have a cat named Cider as well, who keeps to herself around other animals, while she’s never been around cats friendlier than her, she is very sweet to people who treat her with gentle respect.

About: I’ve had 8 fur babies from my childhood til now so you know the couch is always covered in fur. I’ve loved my mastiffs and labs, tabby cats, horses, and many small animals. I’m familiar with various dog and cat breeds and the amount of loving you should give them, even if it’s temporary. I’d love to care for your pet! A face full of fur is an excusable reason to replace therapy.. right?? I’m currently attending a couple online college classes for the summer, so my weekly availability is mornings & afternoons. About: We first adopted a 12 year old dog from the shelter and at the age of 17, we had to put him down. It broke our hearts and decided to adopt others in his (Juno) memory. My husband and I have adopted 5 dogs since then and they are a great pack. We have a large yard and doggy door so they can come and go as they please. We are more then happy to take in older dogs as well as younger and they are always guaranteed a warm, soft place to sleep. Summer is no problem either as there is AC so your pet will be totally comfortable at all times. Does your dog need medications? If so no problem, just tell me what to do and your pet will be taken care of. I do have an 11yr old and a 17yr old so your dog must be ok with kids. We also have two small dogs who are very friendly so your dog must be ok with other pets as well. I am pet cpr and first aid certified through the Red Cross and also a certified pet groomer. I love taking the pups outside into the back yard or for a walk through the golf course we live on. I have two wonderful fur babies to keep your pets company. When inside your pets will enjoy a “part of the family” life style with lots of love, cuddles and lounging on the couch.
About: I’ve just recently moved back home from Scotland after being there for about 7 years. While there I did use rover as a part time job while finishing my Veterinary Medicine degree. I’m happy to announce I graduated in 2024 and have been a practicing vet since. We first did a meet and greet and from the moment we meant them we knew they were good people. We had already meet four other sitters at this point and were starting to feel hopeless. Jenna and Michael were warm, and lovely from the start. Their home is spacious, their yard is BIG, and their own pup, Chase is adorable! Sadie got lots of exercise playing with Chase and going on walks.
