Kim sent us updates and photos and clearly Bella felt comfortable with her because when we returned she seemed completely content, no signs of anxiety at all. Everything was clean and just as we had requested be done. Not only that, but a smoke alarm unexpectedly was blaring when she arrived for one of the last visits and she handled the problem perfectly, leaving us a detailed note. About: Hello! My name is Andie and I work at VCA South Shore Hospital in ER, ICU, Neurology and Internal Medicine as a technician assistant and have prior TA experience at Old Derby Animal Hospital. I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. I previously went to the University of Arizona for 3 years studying animal sciences and transferred my junior year to return to the East Coast. I also have some experience with a handful of farm animals from my time at the UofA. Additionally some of my experience comes from working on home farms taking care of horses and alpacas; all of this meaning my knowledge of animals is extensive to give the best care for your furry friends! I have always had the passion for animal care and medicine which is why after graduating I will be continuing my schooling to be a CVT and hopefully someday a veterinarian. A few years back I had participated in boarding through Rover, but after a hiatus I decided to come back to continue with walks and drop in visits because even outside of my main job I love to be around animals! We have a small family dog, but other than that I have rescue retired racing greyhound, Moose, who has travelled far and wide with me. My pets also include many fish, a leopard gecko, chickens and ducks! All this being said, I would absolutely love the opportunity to be alongside your best friends and scratch the itch to spend as much time with animals as I can! I am available Tues-Fri after 4:00 and free Sat, Sun and Mon! I am currently working full time at VCA Animal Hospital where I can do drop in visits before and after work depending on location, Sat, Sun and Mon can be anytime. You may pack bedding and a couple favorite toys if you think your pup will be more at home but I have found that none of the pups are interested in those things when they come here so not necessary if you don’t want to pack so much. I have many items such as bowls, toys, bedding, treats, sprinklers for hot days, etc. I do not crate unless asked by owner. All pups need to be up to date on vaccines and rabies. I will need to take a copy of them and keep them on file here:) I am boarding full time! Pets are NEVER left alone or outside alone. We are fenced in the back yard also for some leash less fun! Your pets are cared for like my own family:) I am strict to pet owners requests and do not share food or treats that don’t belong to each pet so no one gets sick. (You may send their treats if you like it will only be given to them). Can give medications if needed.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 7 years old. I have been responsible for meeting the needs of pets of family and friends. I just graduated Boston College with a Bachelors of Science in biology. I am taking time off before I start dental school and looking for a fun activity! I love animals, especially dogs and try to walk anytime the weather allows! I am very gentle and caring with dogs. My parents have three and I grew up normally with 2-3 dogs at a time. I would take them for walks and take care of them while my parents were not home. I make sure that the dogs needs are met and that the house stays in order. I walk my dogs separate times knowing my smaller ones are not able to go as far as the large ones.
