“Alexis was absolutely wonderful with Cookie and Creamy! 🥹 She sent tons of updates throughout my trip, and her notes were always so funny, sweet, and detailed! I genuinely looked forward to reading them every day. Seeing how comfortable and happy the girls were with her made it so much easier for me to relax and enjoy my trip without worrying about them. I also really appreciated that Alexis didn’t just stop by to take care of the basics. She made sure to actually spend time with Cookie and Creamy so they had company and weren’t alone, which meant so much to me. She also took great care of my home and was incredibly respectful of the property. You can tell she genuinely cares about the pets she looks after, and I felt completely comfortable having Cookie and Creamy in her care. I would absolutely hire Alexis again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a kind, attentive, trustworthy, and thoughtful pet sitter! ❤️🐱🐱”

“Cara is a top-tier pet sitter. She is great with communication, gladly sends photos, and clearly loves animals! We are delighted to know she will be caring for our little guy whenever we aren’t home.”

“Kaylee was very nice to work with. She accommodated my cats’ raw diets well and even gave fresh water to our ducks each day. I loved getting updates and pictures from each visit and knowing that my fur kids were getting special attention while we were away! Kaylee even updated us when something got into our beehives one night. It was great to have someone there keeping us connected to our home!”

“Ashely was wonderful! Took great care of my two cats. Sent cute pics of meal time and getting scritches. Would highly recommend her and will definitely be reaching out to her again when I travel.”

“I had Molly come to the house a few times during this past week and Molly was wonderful with Benny, she arrived on time, follow my directions with Benny, left me detailed messages about the visits. I had a weird schedule and she was able to accommodate us. We really appreciate it! And I also got lots of pictures, This was my first time using Rover we’re grateful for Molly, I will definitely have her services again.”

About: Hi! I’m Mia, a full time professional pet care provider with over five years of hands on experience caring for dogs and cats of all breeds, ages, sizes, and personalities. Before starting my own pet care business, I spent five years working at a professional dog daycare and boarding facility, where I worked my way up to Assistant Manager. That experience gave me extensive hands on experience with everything from puppies and seniors to high energy dogs, shy or nervous pets, multi-pet households, and pets with individualized care needs. Today, pet care is my full time job. I love getting to know each pet individually and becoming someone they’re genuinely comfortable and excited to see. I take their routines seriously, pay attention to the little details, and tailor each visit to what that particular pet needs that day. Whether that means a good walk, backyard playtime, puppy care, a slower visit with a senior, or simply some company and attention, my goal is for your pet to feel happy, comfortable, and well cared for. And of course, you can expect plenty of photos and a detailed update after every visit! Pet care is my full time job, so my days are built around my clients! I primarily provide weekday dog walks and drop in visits, along with vacation care for dogs and cats and limited overnight care. Because I work professionally in pet care rather than fitting visits around another job, I’m able to maintain a consistent schedule while still giving each pet the time and attention they deserve. I currently care for a wonderful group of regular weekly clients throughout the Palmer and Wilbraham area, along with pets I see for occasional and vacation care. I believe great pet care should feel as normal and stress-free as possible for your pet. I’ll follow your routines and instructions closely, keep you updated, and make sure your pet gets care that actually fits them, whether they’re ready to go the second I walk through the door or need a little extra patience to warm up. Safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I take time to learn each dog’s routine, personality, and needs so they can feel as comfortable and stress free as possible while you’re away. I also provide updates and photos so owners can feel confident their pets are being well cared for.
“Sounds like Kai has a new friend. Thanks for accommodating the earlier start time. Let me know if you have success with her not jumping. It’s her love language but most people don’t care for it. Hoping as she gets more accustomed to her new home, she’ll be able to stay home ithiut the crate but not yet.”

“Nicole was extremely reliable and professional and I will definitely reach out to her again next time I need cat sitter. My elderly cat is sweet, but also a bit moody at times, and Nicole did an amazing job at helping my cat naturally come out of her shell and feel safe. The photo updates Nicole sent were also great and really set my mind at ease.”

“Amber was very professional and communicative. I really appreciated her daily updates about my cat. Additionally, Amber was extremely personable. I highly recommend.”

About: i’ve always loved cats, when I was young my mom‘s friend asked us to cat sit and never came back for the cat. Honestly, it was their loss. Dori was the sweetest girl in the whole world and my best friend. I would love to take care of your best friend as if they were mine.

I’m Amanda—a lifelong animal lover, BCBA by day, and your pet’s new favorite human by night! 🐾 Whether your pup needs belly rubs and a brisk walk or your cat just wants a cozy companion, I’m here to make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. As a full-time educator, I know how important consistency, safety, and connection are—yes, even for our four-legged friends! I bring that same gentle, attentive energy to every visit and walk. ✅ Available for drop-in visits, dog walks and companionship ✅ Experienced with different sizes and temperaments ✅ Patient, playful, and calm energy ✅ Happy to support feeding, litter cleanup, and routines ✅ Updates and photos every visit for your peace of mind Let’s chat—I’d love to meet your furry family member! As a BCBA working in the school system, I am currently off for the summer, so my availability is wide open. In the fall I will work regular school hours 7:30-2:30pm 4 days/ week. During the week I am available for afternoon and early evening visits. On the weekends my availability is open! I build in dedicated time for each visit to ensure I’m never rushed, and every pet gets my full attention. I care for pets in their own home with the same respect and attentiveness I would offer in my own. I follow all provided instructions closely—whether that includes feeding schedules, medication, preferred walking routes, or favorite toys—and I always take time to observe how each pet is feeling that day and send updates and pictures. During drop-in visits, I offer gentle, calm energy and prioritize connection so your pet feels safe and seen. I’ll make sure they’re fed, comfortable, and get affection or playtime based on their needs and personality. On walks, I stay alert and keep pets secure while still giving them time to sniff, explore, and enjoy the moment. I will always leave your home just as I found it—or even a little better. My goal is for both pets and owners to feel completely at ease while we’re on our routine together

“Okay, I am sorry. Cannot find another way to leave message on Rover. FYI, there is no "3-dotted icon in the upper right corner of the upcoming tab so that I can modify a booking." As Novelette & I discussed this week, I will not need daycare on August 10, 13, 24,27, and 31, or September 3. This is a combination of her and my vacation weeks and will be a rare exception to our regular Monday & Thursday schedule. Thank you for your attention, and here is my review: "Bruce loves visiting Novelette and is making a great adjustment there. She is very warm, nurturing, and responsive to his needs. We could not be happier with how things are going so far. Thank you!"”

“Amber and her daughter were so sweet! They did a great job taking care of our little guy while we were away for the day. He's friendly but he can be a handful. Amber they kept him safe and sound and he had so much fun with them playing outside - I'd be happy to have her watch him again in the future. Thanks so much for the help!”

“Amazing experience! Paul was awesome with communicating and sending regular updates/pictures! She was very well taken care of while she stayed with him and his family in their home. You can tell Paul is an experienced dog professional and I felt at ease my entire vacation! He pooped my 3.5 year old girl out! When I picked her up she was excited to see me but when we got home she laid on the couch and started to snore!! Her days were filled with adventures! I wholeheartedly recommend Paul. Your dog will be in good hands :)”

“Hannah was great, she kept me updated and sent me photos/ videos to show me how much fun my puppy had. It was nice to see Reese with his new dog friends Wolf and Connie 😊 She has a very large backyard with so much room to run and play. I will definitely be bringing Reese back again.”

“I had a wonderful experience with Karen. She watched my 9 week old puppy and provided me with updates. Karen was also flexible. I had to change my drop-off and pick-up time during one of the days that she watched my puppy; and Karen made it work for me. I's super thankful.”

“Absolutely thrilled with the exceptional care provided by James! Leaving my beloved Max in his capable hands was the best decision I could have made. His attention to detail, genuine love for animals, and reliability truly set him apart. I received regular updates and photos, which eased any worries while I was away. It's evident that James treats each pet as if they were his own, providing not just basic care, but also affection and companionship. I brought him back, I found a happy and content Max, which speaks volumes about the quality of care provided. Without hesitation, I highly recommend James to anyone in need of a trustworthy and caring pet sitter. Thank you for going above and beyond!”

“Thank you Forough and Amir! We were nervous at first how Russell would do and how he would get along with other dogs, so we were so relieved to hear that he fit right in! We would definitely feel comfortable leaving him with Forough and Amir again and look forward to scheduling another visit!”

About: I'll care for your pet like it's my own, and will provide ample ear scritches and snuggles as needed while they miss you during your time away. Our dogs share the couch and family spaces with us, but are crate trained as well. We go for walks daily and have playtime in the yard every 2-3 hours during the day if the weather is appropriate. We have two dogs, and an elderly cat that keeps to himself. Our yard is about an acre on a quiet dead end road and we have an electric fence for our pups, but can of course use leashes and leads as well!
About: As an avid dog lover, I have walked, played with, and enjoyed providing caring company for pets since the age of nine when I started my own neighborhood dog sitting service. Through experience and exposure as I aged, I became experienced in both dog training and agility. I am familiar and comfortable in my ability to care for a multitude of dog breeds, as well as varying personalities and temperaments. The fur love of my life, my late dog Kai, was trained as a therapy dog through Bright Spot Therapy Dogs, and for years we volunteered together to bring joy and comfort to patients at local hospitals and nursing homes. As a stay at home mother who is just getting back into the working world, I am able to devote my time, affection, and energy in order to provide the highest level of care to your fur baby. As a safety conscious, type A personality individual, I will innately put the safety and well being of your pet first above all else. I will be happy to adhere to any guidelines that you put in place to keep your pup happy and healthy, and will openly address any medical or safety concerns that arise while in my care. I live on a dead-end, quiet street with lots of places to walk locally both off leash and on, depending upon your dog's needs and your preferences. I am happy to bring your dog to their favorite socialization spot, dog park, or familiar walking space. Since each dog is unique and special in their own way, I welcome any tidbits about their personality and preferences, and I will customize a daily plan for them.
“Thank you so much for your understanding and care. She had such a great time and slept all the way home. Wish you lived closer because I know Mei would love to visit again. She is so shy and you really became friends fast. You are the best!”

“My dog loved it with them. With a new puppy I felt comfortable leaving her with them, and the did a great job with her. Loved the updates throughout the day. Will use them again as I feel safe leaving my puppy with them”

“Mr. Russ and Ms. Janet are awesome!! I feel so comfortable leaving my 1 year old golden retriever who has tons of energy with them. They respond so fast to messages and are so welcoming!!! They’re my fave!! Thank you!!”

“This was my first time booking with Vassu. Vassu was wonderful with my dog, Maddie. Maddie enjoyed her large fenced in yard, including discovering her dog door. Maddie was also spoiled with walks, dog toys, and the company of Vassu's dog Ninja. Vassu shared pictures with me through out Maddie's stay. Vassu was professional and made my first time experience with the Rover App a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I will definitely use Vassu in the future. Maddie and I thank Vassu, Ninja, and her family for all the love you gave her while she stayed.”

“Sylvia is an amazing dog sitter! I used her services for two days, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She and her family are incredibly kind, welcoming, and caring. They treated Luna like she was part of the family, and it truly gave me peace of mind while I was away. The best part? Luna had so much fun that she didn't even want to come home! 🥹🐾❤️ I highly recommend Sylvia to anyone looking for a loving, trustworthy, and attentive dog sitter. We will definitely be booking with her again!”

About: Big or small, I love them all! I have expertise caring for senior, special needs, and high anxiety dogs. Need a pet care professional that focuses on your dogs needs? I'm here for you. Throughout my life, I've always had at least one dog, and I currently share my home with a wonderful pack of seven. Because I know how important a pet’s routine and comfort are, I currently offer dog walking and drop-in visits, ensuring your dog gets my absolute, undivided attention in their own familiar neighborhood. I take pride in delivering the highest level of care and always put a dog's well-being first. My professional background includes working at a dog daycare as a behavioral coordinator, where I specialized in safely handling dogs with challenging or reactive behaviors. I'm also the go-to guy for most of my friends and family when they need a reliable pet sitter. Ensuring proper enrichment and care throughout the day for even the most energetic of dogs is my goal. I also partner with local rescues and sanctuaries to foster dogs, focusing heavily on senior and medically disabled pets. One of my dogs is actually paralyzed and another one was born with only 2 legs and they are some of the most fun dogs I've ever had. My specialized, hands-on skills include: Expressing paralyzed dogs Administering insulin injections Managing difficult, timid, or leash-reactive behaviors Animal CPR and First Aid (Certified since 2019) If your dog has special needs, lets chat! While my main focus is dogs, I also have extensive experience with guinea pigs, rats, mice, and lizards. I also love bugs, so if you have some wild exotics I'm happy to help with them as well! Whether your pet needs a slow and patient approach on their daily walk, specialized medical attention during a midday drop-in, or just a lot of love while you are at work, they are in safe, experienced hands with me. I have a flexible work schedule and can do drop-in visits or walks throughout the day. Most evenings I am also available past 4pm until about 10pm. I love playing around with dogs if that's what they need, but I also don't mind just hanging out with a senior dog while they relax and wonder the yard. I try to cater to the specific dog or dogs in my care. I have experience working at a dog daycare and ensuring dogs days safe, fun, and are full of enrichment are my top priorities. I take a caring approach to making sure dogs are comfortable. I do what I can to read behavioral cues and try my best to approach each dog based on their own boundaries. If you're looking for walks, or just a drop in, I'll make sure your dog has the fun they deserve.
About: I have over 10 years of experience caring for my own dogs, I helped take care of my first dog when he was a senior, and I’ve been taking care of the dog I have now since he was a puppy he’s now 10. I also have 3 years of experience taking care of cats, I have one of my own and I help take care of my sisters. People who know me describe me as responsible and I’m signing up for this app because I love animals and I am trying to make a little extra money before I go to college in the fall. I am available monday - sunday at all hours of the day for whatever your pet needs. This is currently my only job and it has my full attention. I will not be able to provide boarding in my home because my dog does not get along well with other dogs, but I am available to stop in and see your pets whenever needed to feed them, take them outside, walk them, and just to play with them. I can also do overnight stays if that is what your pet requires.
“Paul has been a great asset to getting the stimulation my German shepherd was bred to need! Both of my dogs respond so well to him. They’re very Intuitive dogs that instantly pick up on someone’s nervousness or lack of confidence - but Paul comes in with a confident but clam nature that they sense immediately. Both my dogs have struggled with reactivity - but have had no issues with him.”

“Kaylee walked my dog daily while I was on vacation. She was prompt, professional and gave my dog a little extra TLC every day. She sent pictures and daily updates. I would definitely recommend Kaylee!”

I love to hike, go on walks, play, and cuddle on the couch! I believe all animals deserve to be loved, and yours will be treated as my own when in my care - weather for a sleepover or just a walk!
“Becca was amazing! This was the first time we left our big old dog home when traveling. He's getting older and, during our last trip, showed some separation anxiety when we would go out for the day. Between that and a longer drive than he's used to, we figured he would be happier at home with his Auntie taking care of him. Becca came everyday for a walk, making things easier on Auntie and giving our social guy more humans to interact with, lol. Becca sent great updates and photos all week! We could genuinely see them bonding as the week progressed. He went from dragging her back inside at the end of the walk because he was hot and lazy (lol) to getting pep in his step and prancing back in the house because he knew it was treat time, and from coming when she called to running to greet her when he heard her car pull in. Extra bonus, she always gave our cat treats and loves at the end of the walk as well ❤️ Thanks Becca!”

About: I've been dog sitting for a little over 8 years now for friends and family. I started dogsitting for clients at the salon I used to work for. I own 2 dogs myself one of which is 11 and the other is 5! I love cats and dogs so much and I can't wait to have my own house to adopt as many as I can! I currently don't own any cats but I can't wait to in the future! I currently am working as a full time bank teller Monday-Saturday at the Polish National Credit Union! I'd love to be available for overnights during the week for your pet and then just go to work during the day. The weekends I'm usually available full time for petsitting! I'm very flexible with what needs to be taken care of for your pet! I can take them on walks or for car rides. I can play fetch for as long as they want outside. Obviously take them out for potty and feed them give them treats. I can cuddle with them or brush them. I have taken care of a blind dog before so I can give them eyedrops or medications as well!
About: I have been thoroughly enamored by dogs most of my life, ever since my family got our first black Lab. I have experience working with puppies, seniors, and everything in between! I currently have a 1-year-old puppy and 2 cats at home, all of whom are front-and-center in my life. I am also a veterinary technician (nurse), so I am very comfortable giving medication and caring for pets who may be unwell. I can also perform basic veterinary first aid, though I do not know CPR. I am extremely dedicated to keeping pets happy and healthy. I love working with them and discovering their unique personalities and quirks. I look forward to getting to know your dog! I am currently a full time vet tech, but am available all day on Sunday and Monday, and also afternoons (after 2 pm) on Wednesday and Saturday. I have one very friendly large-breed dog, who is generally pretty chill around other dogs, but will sometimes play. In your home, I would respect any boundaries you set and maintain common courtesy. I also strive to leave everything as I found it.

“Would highly recommend!! Ifan was great with Pierre and was very responsive when I asked for pictures and videos during his stay. My dog did a lot of running around outside in his backyard and playing with the other dogs he was watching, but when it came time for me to pick him up he looked good as new. Brushed and came with an adorable handkerchief! He was great!”
