“Amy was awesome!! My dogs enjoyed her family so much. All the basics were met as indicated in daily pictures. But in addition my pups were showered with love and attention from the minute they arrived to the minute we left. Taz and Darby got along great with Amy’s dog Mayzie and now they have a new friend. I will definitely book with Amy again. The care she gave my pups put me at ease while on vacation!👍”

“Kristin was absolutely amazing! As a first-time pet owner, I was nervous about leaving my 6-month-old puppy for three weeks, just two months after adopting her. Kristin went above and beyond, providing not only shelter, food, and affection but also invaluable training. She ensured my dog got plenty of exercise and even introduced her to swimming! Kristin sent daily updates with pictures and videos, keeping me constantly informed. When I picked her up, Kristin gave me a detailed report on everything—from her food intake (with tips on avoiding digestive issues) to her training progress. She even provided advice on making frozen treats and other ways to support her health. As a new pet owner, I was incredibly grateful for this guidance. This wasn’t just pet-sitting; it felt like a boarding school for dogs! Kristin, along with Mark and sweet Kaia, created an incredible experience for my dog. I can’t recommend her enough—she is the most knowledgeable, caring, and well-rounded dog sitter you could ever ask for.”

“Dorothy was great - she and her family made Bruno feel very welcome and secure and kept us updated while we were away. He has a special diet and daily medication and she was great with giving that to him. Definitely will book again.”

We will be coming back with Oakley 1000%! We were updated with pictures all the time of our boy and could tell he was extremely happy! Thanks so much again, Oakley will be back soon!!”

“Ali and his wife took great care of Lilly while we were away. The pictures of Lilly and their pup Hasti were great as was the video they sent of Lilly at her favorite place the dog park. We recommend them highly.”

“Allison was very responsive from the very first time I reached out - and I was comfortable with her right away! She sent me updates and pictures every day and I knew my dog was in good hands. While I typically have friends watch Jax - Allison will be my first choice next time we have to go away! She is definitely a dog lover and her family loved my dog too! Perfect setting for a doggie vaca while you are on yours! Thanks again Allison - having my mind at ease away from my "baby" helped me enjoy my vacation sooooo much more.”

“I recommend Novelette highly. It seemed to take a bit for our dog to settle in, and Novelette was very patient & accommodating! She was a great communicator & sent plenty of pictures to keep me up-to-date on our dog. She was kind & flexible. Thank you again, Novelette!❤️”

“Cara took care of our little guy Duncan with plenty of attention and making sure he was comfortable. She was EXCELLENT in communicating with us. We are delighted to have found her to be our pet sitter!”

“This is the first time we’ve ever had an outside person come to our home to care for our pup and it was nothing but a positive experience. From the meet and greet to the drop-in, Kage exceeded our expectations. His kindness and professionalism impressed us; he followed all of our instructions to a T, (our dog is under a medical protocol and needed special care) and his update at the end of the drop-in was very reassuring, detailed and thoughtful. We will not hesitate to have him come back to take care of Josie!”

“Ashely was wonderful! Took great care of my two cats. Sent cute pics of meal time and getting scritches. Would highly recommend her and will definitely be reaching out to her again when I travel.”

“Riley was awesome! We contacted her kind of last-minute, but she made time to meet us and our cat before our trip and then accommodated our drop-in needs through the week. She's responsive, trustworthy, and caring, which went a long way toward mitigating our cat's usual grumpiness when we go away. We highly recommend Riley to others in the area!”

“Jonathan was absolutely wonderful! He watched my two cats for me while I was away for about a week and treated them so well. They warmed up to him immediately which doesn’t usually happen and he made sure to spend good time with them each day for brushing, treats, and general company. I would definitely recommend him!”

“Alexis was an amazing cat sitter! My cat has severe asthma and requires a daily inhaler, and Alexis handled his care with ease. I was able to go out of town completely worry free because I knew my cat was in great hands. Alexis is friendly, professional, and clearly cares about animals :)”

“Kaylee was so wonderful with my cat! I knew that my cat was in excellent hands while I was away. My cat is usually afraid around new people but was very comfortable with Kaylee!”

I will meet your pet where they are at in their own home, allowing them to stay in their safe space. I will adapt to their routines and give them a seamless experience until you return to them!

Pet care is my full time job! I currently offer dog walks, drop-in visits, puppy visits, and selective overnight care throughout the week. About: I’m an animal lover at heart and have been helping care for dogs since I was little, at least 20 years and counting! I “dog-sat” throughout middle and high school for friends, family & neighbors. Happy to walk, play, feed, and then some. I’m seeking additional “work” that can also help me - I firmly believe that caring for animals is beneficial for mental and physical health! I’m not only caring for them, the furr friends are taking care of me too! I’m a teacher, off for the summer, and pretty available with the exception of a short vacation here or there. I am happy to coordinate times and schedules with you around your pets needs. I love nature and spend time outside daily; I can walk them around the block, the yard, or play catch! Suggestions welcome of your "norms"
“Sounds like Kai has a new friend. Thanks for accommodating the earlier start time. Let me know if you have success with her not jumping. It’s her love language but most people don’t care for it. Hoping as she gets more accustomed to her new home, she’ll be able to stay home ithiut the crate but not yet.”

“Nina was communicative and reliable. She kept me updated with information and photos, and I know our kitty absolutely adored his time with her! Definitely would trust her to house/cat sit again!”

“Chelsea was amazing! I was honestly skeptical of the app and process. As i'm sure any pet parent can be but she made the process nice and easy. Her daily updates were so lovely, thoughfully written and such cute pics. I would choose to have Chelsea again anytime we go away. Anyone who's on the fence just go for it. Chelsea is great and will care for your pets as if they were her own.”

“Alison is legitimately the best pet care provider I have EVER had. My cat fell completely in love with her. Every picture, Frannie was interacting with Alison. Keep in mind that Alison and Frannie were strangers to each other. Frannie was sitting in Alison's lap making biscuits on day one. Alison sent so many great photos and responded so quickly to all of my messages. When I got home the litter box was clean and the floor was clean. She literally vacuumed up all of the tracked litter. She was at our house caring for Frannie exactly when she said she would be, and I know this because we have a ring doorbell. I have already rebooked for our next trip.”

“I highly recommend Lila. She did an amazing job with my three cats. She is very diligent and honest. Gustav needs a pill and she was able to give him that. Betty is very timid but she went to Lila. Lila kept me updated with texts and photos everyday. She went above and beyond. I look forward to having Lila take care of my fur babies whenever I travel!”

“Absolutely thrilled with the exceptional care provided by James! Leaving my beloved Max in his capable hands was the best decision I could have made. His attention to detail, genuine love for animals, and reliability truly set him apart. I received regular updates and photos, which eased any worries while I was away. It's evident that James treats each pet as if they were his own, providing not just basic care, but also affection and companionship. I brought him back, I found a happy and content Max, which speaks volumes about the quality of care provided. Without hesitation, I highly recommend James to anyone in need of a trustworthy and caring pet sitter. Thank you for going above and beyond!”

“I had a wonderful experience with Karen. She watched my 9 week old puppy and provided me with updates. Karen was also flexible. I had to change my drop-off and pick-up time during one of the days that she watched my puppy; and Karen made it work for me. I's super thankful.”

“Zulma was absolutely wonderful! She took the time to allow Russell to get acquainted with his surroundings and safely meet her dog, Luna, who was a great teacher and playmate for him. We were so impressed by her understanding of dog behavior and especially her insight into Russell’s behavior and skin condition. We feel very comfortable and confident leaving Russell in her care, and we would highly recommend her!”

“Amazing experience! Paul was awesome with communicating and sending regular updates/pictures! She was very well taken care of while she stayed with him and his family in their home. You can tell Paul is an experienced dog professional and I felt at ease my entire vacation! He pooped my 3.5 year old girl out! When I picked her up she was excited to see me but when we got home she laid on the couch and started to snore!! Her days were filled with adventures! I wholeheartedly recommend Paul. Your dog will be in good hands :)”

“Keith and Ashley were both extremely kind, informative and accommodating. This was my first time using Rover so I was grateful to find someone who could talk me through the process. Their questions on his care were very thoughtful and showed Keith and Ashley truly care about the animals that will be in their home. I had no worries leaving my dog with them, and he was wagging his tail as soon as I pulled up to their house for his second visit!”

“Angie was fantastic! I needed a last minute day care sitter for my dog while I had an event in the city near by, and she was able to accommodate my early morning pick ups/late night drop offs, and was even able to do it herself since I didn’t have a vehicle. I got constant updates, and my dog was super happy and excited to see angie each morning! Highly recommend!”
“We have loved working with Tricia! Very flexible, understanding, and affordable. She went the extra mile for our senior dog. Can’t wait to book the next visit for our dog!”
“Kristen- Such a blessing to have found you for my baby girl! Thank you so much! I don’t want to write the beyond-glowing review you so deserve because Kahlua (not me 😇😉) wants to keep you all to herself!”

About: I’ve had dogs and cats of all sorts and sizes since I was a kid, and love playing with them. One of the requirements for our current home was to have a big yard so our boys could run free! I work from home and create my own schedule, and am an introvert so I’m almost always at my home unless I’m running an errand. This means I’ll always be here to take care of your animal and take them for walks, bathroom breaks, or play time. I have a big (unfenced) private back yard far away from any neighbors. I have two doodle’s who love to play with other dogs and two cats who will probably hide the whole time. Your pet will spend most of their time with me while I’m in my office or doing chores around the house, then the rest of the time playing with me and (optionally) my two dogs in our yard. My two doodles love other dogs and are non-aggressive, but if there are any issues I am happy to separate them. I used to train dogs in another life so I know how to handle and care for dogs.
“Thank you Forough and Amir! We were nervous at first how Russell would do and how he would get along with other dogs, so we were so relieved to hear that he fit right in! We would definitely feel comfortable leaving him with Forough and Amir again and look forward to scheduling another visit!”

“This was my first time booking with Vassu. Vassu was wonderful with my dog, Maddie. Maddie enjoyed her large fenced in yard, including discovering her dog door. Maddie was also spoiled with walks, dog toys, and the company of Vassu's dog Ninja. Vassu shared pictures with me through out Maddie's stay. Vassu was professional and made my first time experience with the Rover App a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I will definitely use Vassu in the future. Maddie and I thank Vassu, Ninja, and her family for all the love you gave her while she stayed.”

“Paul has been a great asset to getting the stimulation my German shepherd was bred to need! Both of my dogs respond so well to him. They’re very Intuitive dogs that instantly pick up on someone’s nervousness or lack of confidence - but Paul comes in with a confident but clam nature that they sense immediately. Both my dogs have struggled with reactivity - but have had no issues with him.”

I have experience with puppies, kittens, diabetic/medication pets, blind and deaf dogs, elder dogs, elder cats, pregnant dogs and cats, and ferals. I have a great deal of flexibility within my job to care for animals whether it be go for a walk, drop in, over nights, etc! I also am able to care for farm animals. I grew up on a farm, and have a little farm myself! My job is very flexible and allows me to make my own schedule leaving me room to care for other animals and help out in anyway I can. I have a great yard in a great neighborhood and will be using my past experience and knowledge to make sure the dog and cats are safe and comfortable.

About: I have been a lifelong animal lover since I was a little kid, My first pet being a sweet stray cat my family took in before I was even 5 years old. I have years of hands-on experience caring for and loving pets, my own of course and many others that have trusted me to care for theirs. I truly enjoy getting to know each pets personality and making sure they feel safe, comfortable and loved while you're away on summer vacation or for a couple days on work. Regardless of age, energy level or if your dog/cat simply needs more snuggles, exercise or play time throughout the day. While I am new to Rover I have a lot of experience with things like daily dog walking, providing medications (pills, topical treatments,) house sitting, drop-in visits, dog walking and even boarding pets in my home. I am also great at reading an animals body language which helps me connect better with anxious or shy pets to help make them feel as comfortable as possible. Spending time with animals is one of the best parts of my day, it fits naturally into my routine and brings me a lot of joy. I am very reliable, trustworthy and have a flexible schedule so I am able to work with you to create a schedule that you're most comfortable with. My home is spacious with 3 friendly cats and 3 well-socialized dogs who all coexist peacefully and are used to having new furry friends around for a temporary time. Pets in my home are all treated like family where they receive plenty of love, playtime, cuddles and socialized attention. My backyard is fenced in for safe outdoor exercise or just to hangout and catch a breeze on a nice day, my neighborhood also includes many quiet side streets for daily walking if needed. My home is air conditioned on those days that are just too hot and heated when it gets too cold. There is a big basket on the floor full with multiple types of toys, an easy accessible water bowl that's refilled at least 3xs per day, food or things on counter is not left anywhere that can be easily reached and harmful plants/chemicals to animals are not brought/used in my home.
About: I graduated in 2018 from Umass Amherst with my Bachelors of science Pre-veterinary medicine. I have worked as a technician as well as a veterinary receptionist in animal hospitals. I am confident handling most animals, livestock, birds, dogs, cats and I have amateur skills with reptiles and horses. I took a small animal CPR course and can administer medications. I have personally owned 3 dogs, a bird, and many fish throughout my life. I am looking for extra work and have a very flexible schedule. I will typically be available most days and weekends, so don't hesitate to ask! I have a pre-veterinary bachelors degree and plenty of experience handling small pets I have a semi fenced large yard in the suburb area. I have two runs set up in the backyard, both allowing plenty of freedom. I have one dog, Digby. He is a mixed King Charles Cavalier spaniel and poodle. Digby is 6 years old and about 30lbs. He is sort of timid around other dogs but once he knows everything is safe, he loves to play! I live with my mother and my father.
“Kaylee walked my dog daily while I was on vacation. She was prompt, professional and gave my dog a little extra TLC every day. She sent pictures and daily updates. I would definitely recommend Kaylee!”

“Shayla has walked my dog Yogi twice now, and she has been great each time! Our meet and greet went really well, and when it rained on their walk, Shayla took the time to clean Yogi's paws and dry him off. I loved seeing the photos from their walk and playtime on the Rover Card. I look forward to using her again!”

“Summer was amazing with our dog, Abby. She provided pictures and updates regularly. Abby seemed really comfortable when we took her to meet Summer. We appreciate all of the snuggle time Abby got and will not hesitate to leave her in Summer’s care again! Thank you for everything, Summer.”

“We have a 10 month old rescue and were looking for a family with multiple dogs to keep our pup entertained and engaged for our first time leaving him for over a week. Kristin is the perfect fit! She is patient and accommodating and very communicative. Our dog thrived in her care and yours will too. We hope she is available next time we go out of town.”

“We recently asked Pat and Susan to watch our 3 y/o EBD overnight as prelude to a week long vacation in a couple months. We have never used a sitter outside of our family, and our girl is our world. It was heartwarming to see her acclimate to them and their home so quickly, and we sincerely appreciated the photos and text updates we received. We are thrilled to have found Pat and Susan!”
