About: Not only did I grow up around dogs (one of my own and many neighbors’ dogs who I helped sit for), but I am also currently a proud dog mom to five medium-to-large dogs who are my entire life, some of whom I’ve raised from 8 weeks all the way through senior-hood. About: As a retired Registered Nurse and a caretaker for my senior dog, I am comfortable with senior dogs, meds, general assessments and caring for special needs dogs and cats. As a country mom of four children, we had two horses, chickens, four rabbits, three cats and at times snakes and salamanders under my kids’ bed...without knowing…at any time, any of these critters if not already in our house, could be in our house! My longest sit was three months as a ranch sitter in Colorado, I cared for two horses, two donkeys, chickens, three sheep, two lambs, a cat and dog. Currently, I sit locally for friends and family…walks, day care and overnights. I’m available most days to walk, play, sit or just hang out with your pets! I do travel to see family, best for all to reach out ahead of your desired dates and services. I am available on a case by case basis for overnight sits in my home. I work full time do am really only available for house sitting on Sundays(all day and night) and Monday mornings. I am though available for drop in visits or dog walking on other days. I have a fenced yard, gates up inside of the house, and another dog (a 4 year old Golden Retriever) as well as two adults living in the house, offering great safety and security in the environment. My dog is not currently with me, but because I have experience of living with animals, it’s quite easy for me to adapt to someone else’s space with animals! I prefer a clean, organized space where animals feel calm.

About: I grew up with always having dogs around and have had a lifelong passion and love for all animals. I’ve been dog sitting for over 10 years now and can provide the best love and care for your animals. I have helped out at a dog training center. I enjoy hiking several times a week and would love to have an animal to accompany me. It has always calmed me down to be around animals because they bring such happiness and great company rather than being alone.
