He was punctual with pickup and allowed me to specify another sitter's location for drop-off (I would have booked Elliot for the whole time had he been available!), and he made me feel that he understood my (large and strong, dog-reactive) dog's particular behavioral issues. “This was the first time we left our lab for 3 full nights. Lori sent me pics and videos so I knew our Shadow was having a great time - which allowed us to enjoy our time. When we first walked in to Lori’s home I could feel the comfort level for all pets and people alike. I could tell that Shadow would be able to relax. I will not hesitate to reach out to Lori for her availability if we need to travel for any reason. With the govt shutdown I was concerned that we might get delayed but Lori responded immediately to my concern and to any questions I had.”
