More specifically, I grew up around cats for as long as I can remember and currently have two of my very own. My husband and I have seen how different their personalities are, and love them all the more for it! Throughout our journey with them, we quickly realized that our boy had a sensitive stomach and needed a food change. The process of finding the best food/treats for him was tedious, but so worth it for the happiness we see in him now! I am comfortable with dogs of all ages and temperaments, and can take care of dogs with special needs including administering medications or even catheterization, if necessary. I am Canine CPR and First Aid Certified. I am also an NREMT certified EMT. I've had 4 dogs of my own at one time, and have both trained and groomed them since puppyhood! I currently work Monday through Wednesday, but am home all day Thursday through Sunday to care for your fur babies! With 2 dogs of my own, I make sure that I spend as much time at home with them as possible. I have a very large yard that is fenced in on 3 sides, with 100ft tethers to give them the freedom to run around and explore the whole property. I have 2 very playful pups that love having friends over! I can crate a dog, if needed, or have multiple raised beds and large dog pillows with blankets to keep everyone cozy. The pups' comfort, safety, and well-being always comes first!

I always looked for someone to take care of her when I was not available. Now, I want to be that person for your little precious ones. I can be their companion when you are not available. Little ones have access to my couch, bed, lap as long as they want or I have different types of beddings around my apartment if they feel like being alone. (My dog is very independent, sometimes she prefers sleeping alone.) They won't be alone for a long time. “Left my 6-year-old golden retriever with Peter and family while on a 10-day vacation. Since I was going to be out of the country, wanted to make sure I found Cooper a safe and stable home. Cooper had a great stay and we were very happy with everything. Received lots of updates and pictures from Peter throughout the stay which was great. Peter has a nice backyard that also has a trail for walks so Cooper could get his exercise. I could tell when I picked the dog up that the whole family was involved in his care, which was great.”

“Simba really enjoyed his one week stay with Melissa. She has a nice fenced yard and 2 beautiful children who Simba really loved. Simba got a lot of exercise and play time (we could check it from his FI collar app). She even brushed him and removed the matting from behind his ears. Simba got play dates with other cute and friendly pups that would come to her day care. Melissa sent us photos and videos of Simba everyday and kept us updated. We highly recommend her for dog sitting and dog boarding services. We will definitely use her services again for Simba. She is absolutely the best.”
“Cherie was amazing! This was my first time using Rover and for my new dog I had only had for two months, so I was uncertain about the whole process. Cherie was very responsive and easy to work with. My dog isn’t the easiest dog ever but Cherie managed her well. With the big fenced in backyard and other dog friends to play with, I wasn’t sure my dog waned to leave at the end!! Highly recommend. Almost forgot- we had a few travel hiccups coming back and Cherie was really understanding and we were able to book an extra night. Five stars!”
