About: My wife and I have cared for and trained all of our dogs in a resposible loving manner that others have always noticed when meeting our dogs. My wife works from home and is always attentive to our dogs needs and I am home every day around 3pm to help take care. We have a large fenced in back yard with a large dog door that leads right into the yard for your pet to come and go as they please. Also we live in a neighborhood that is great for dog walking to change up the scenery and keep dogs engaged and stimulated.

About: Since I was 13 years old, I've had 7 dogs in my life: a Golden, a Border Collie, a Bernice Mountain Dog, two mutts, a King Charles Cavalier and a Cockapoo. Each of these dogs lived an average of 14 amazing puppy, mid-life and senior joyful years. I learned as a child and then as an adult, that dogs abound with joy when given a consistent, kind, safe and loving environment. I adore dogs and the energy they bring. They teach us how to live life to the fullest and maybe even teach us how to love. My friends know this about me. They're always asking me to take care of their dogs. They call me the dog whisperer. They trust me. Your dog will be at home in my care. A walk every 2-3 hours, some play, a snack (if allowed), a good snooze and we'll do it all over again. As described below, your pet will be with me much of the day. I work from home on the computer and can take numerous breaks throughout the day to walk and play with your best friend. See below for our daily routine. Your dog and I will take a long walk the morning. If they're a ball chaser, there's a fenced in area at the local park where we'll spend some time running after balls. After the walk/run, we'll hang together as I work for a few hours on the computer. Mid-morning, we'll spend some time in my backyard on a leash making sure they get additional air and a pee. At noon, they'll get another walk around the block, have a mid-day snack (if allowed) and then while they nap, I'll work some more until quitting time when we'll go for another long walk or run. And of course what they care most about, breakfast, lunch or dinner will be served according to their routine. After the evening walk, we'll read or watch some TV while we relax on the couch. Bedtime is around 11 in which a quick backyard pee prior to bed. Depending on their preference, they can sleep on my bed or if they're crate trained and you or they would prefer that, they'll rest in the crate for the evening in my bedroom. And the next day, we'll do it all over again.
About: I have 2 dogs of my own and foster puppies and adult dogs as well. We also have chickens. I love animals of all types and understand how difficult it can be to find someone you trust with their care. I am a Registered Nurse and caring for animals comes as natural to me as caring for people. Caring for your pets gives me the flexibility to spend time with them but also be available as a mom. My daughter loves animals and is very helpful and loving. I have a flexible work schedule and mostly work from home. I am able to interact while working and provide frequent potty breaks and extra attention as needed. I do feed separately to avoid food aggression issues which can sometimes happen in new environments. I have 2 dogs of my own and a fenced in yard. There is plenty of space to run and play and also lounge and nap! We’d love to know what your dog's typical routine is at home as well as any behaviors (food/toy aggression) or quirks we should be aware of. I will do my best to accommodate any special needs. Please let us know if they are on any medications or have any health issues. I DO NOT accept dogs that are aggressive, excessive barkers, non-house trained, destructive, or have severe separation anxiety. All dogs who stay in our home must be well socialized, healthy (i.e. not sick with any contagious diseases that could be passed onto humans or other dogs) and up to date on their vaccines and flea/tick preventatives. Required vaccinations: Rabies Distemper Bordetella (kennel cough)

About: My very friendly little dog and I would love to host your dog here with us, up to 40 pounds only though...Or if your pal would benefit from a playmate, we would love to come sit for you! Well first off, I've been trusted with the care of many precious pets for years now...And enjoy it very much...I am fun, caring, and engaging, as well as all ble's, reliable, dependable, and responsible! And I took a CPR pet course, and human one as well. I have had cats mostly all my life, and now own a small dog of my own, who as I stated earlier, could, or doesn't have to if need be, come with me, as some love to have a playmate for their pet...And I know my friendly little guy very much enjoys the visit. But with anyone coming to my home, my guy will be there too, and they must all be friendly, and then we have nothing but a good time. Which brings me to, I can watch any animal, esp in the animals home and of any size...It is my home that, as also mentioned above, I would only be able to take in a small or medium sized dog, cat, or caged pet. And my home, that I live in with just my little guy, is pretty open and spacious for dogs to move around, and I have fenced in my backyard just off the back door porch for even more run around fun. And now onto my prices, I had to do additions a certian way on here...As to plus a cat if I'm also coming to care for your dog...But I can always modify and give a discount if say you have many plus one cats in your home so it doesn't keep plus one'ing a fee...Or if you have wonderfully easy small dogs, I would not keep plus one'ing for those and would find a nice set fee, and especially if my little guy could also come enjoy them, or they could come spend the time with us...It's the large ones that can be more of a handful and take a bit more doing often times, that I have to have it set that way for. And I did just recently up my prices some as I've noticed that Rover charges per night and I am not loving that, I always on my own charge per day, so I up'd my prices some to reflect that. But have noticed that I am still under many, esp when it comes to multiple pets, and so that is good. So you can always send me a msg and we can discuss any and all options. I can often work staying elsewhere into my routine, even if many miles away...Pop ins as well can be worked in more easily than not...Esp when it's on the way to work or right near work...And my work schedule often varies and can be shifted if need be. I put a certain radius...But I have stayed in homes miles and miles away, out of state even, just ask if it's doable, it very well may be! But for pop ins and walks, I would prefer to travel within 10 miles or so from my home only. So I did just update this for a 45 miles out, but obviously I cannot be doing a pop in or daily walk so far away. I care for pets in my home or their home the same way I care for my pet in his home...With the added, well, additions that your pet may need. My home is often more foolproof safe...Such as I have an indoor fenced area around my front door...And I do sometimes bring something similar with me to others homes...I prefer to be (overly) safe than sorry.

There was a nice yard and Falco was able to roam around to his heart’s content. Falco is a big boy and Misael and his family treated Falco like their own. About: I have been caring for dogs since I was 15, when I became responsible for my first dog. At 20, I started offering dog boarding in my home in Brazil, hosting over 10 dogs with love and dedication. Currently, I live in the United States in a small apartment with my husband, where pets are not allowed. For this reason, I provide pet care exclusively at the client’s home. I discovered Rover as a way to reconnect with the joy of being around dogs and cats, whether for a weekend or an entire month. This experience has been amazing! My husband and I care for the pets together, ensuring they receive twice the love, attention, and playtime. I work flexible hours so I definitely can stay long hours in home and provide a lot of attention for dogs and cats. I love walk and play before I need to leave them alone for a few hours. I do not host at home. We follow all the rules of the clients' homes and the animals' routines. We try our best to exercise the dogs by walking or spending time in the yard.
About: I've always felt a special connection with animals- from encounters in the redwood forests of Northern California to the coastal sanctuaries of Maine, I’ve enjoyed absorbing and reflecting on the deep wisdoms held within the animal kingdom. In my own life, cats and dogs have helped illuminate the true nature of unconditional love and I’ve been lucky to journey with many animal companions. During times in my life where it has not been possible to own a pet, I’ve been grateful to have many opportunities to care for them. I’ve cared for several dogs long-term and lived with up to 3 cats at a time (please see testimonials) and always enjoy getting to know the unique personality and ways of each animal. My approach is gentle and my goal is nourishment, safety and support with whoever I get the chance to work with. As a recent graduate of acupuncture school, I hope someday to get to work with animals in a healing capacity. I'd be truly honored to care for your beloved pet. I recently finished a graduate program and presently have wide availability, from mornings to evenings and often during the middle of the day as well. I'll care for your pets with compassion and attentiveness and honor whatever instructions and ways that you feel are best for your dog or cat. I've had experience crating, bathing, grooming, clipping, walking, running, playing etc.

About: My wife and I have cared for and trained all of our dogs in a resposible loving manner that others have always noticed when meeting our dogs. My wife works from home and is always attentive to our dogs needs and I am home every day around 3pm to help take care. We have a large fenced in back yard with a large dog door that leads right into the yard for your pet to come and go as they please. Also we live in a neighborhood that is great for dog walking to change up the scenery and keep dogs engaged and stimulated.

He was able to accommodate our two dogs very last minute (since our return flights were cancelled and we needed a new sitter) and then again he was very flexible to continue looking after our dogs when our flights were rescheduled multiple days later by the airlines. We appreciated the great communication and our boys were tired when we picked them up which is not an easy feat for our Australian Cattle Dog puppy! he definitely gave them lots of exercise and attention.
