We first did a meet and greet and from the moment we meant them we knew they were good people. We had already meet four other sitters at this point and were starting to feel hopeless. Jenna and Michael were warm, and lovely from the start. Their home is spacious, their yard is BIG, and their own pup, Chase is adorable! Sadie got lots of exercise playing with Chase and going on walks. I was worried that Sadie would taunt their chickens the entire time (which she probably did) but they handled it with evident experience around this challenge. We would happily book with them again. Even though we had to drive 45 minutes to them, it was 100% worth it. Thank you, Jenna, Michael, and Chase.”

About: I’ve been a cat owner for over 13 years. I adopted my cat, Grubs, right after I graduated college and started living on my own, and she’s been with me through every stage of my adult life. As she’s gotten older and developed health issues, I’ve had to become extremely in-tune with even the smallest changes in her behavior, appetite, litter box habits, and energy levels. Because Grubs is pretty sick—skin and food allergies, hyperthyroidism, diabetes (currently in remission!), and early kidney disease—I understand how stressful it can be to leave your cat in someone else’s care. “Thank you for being such a great host family for Jack.... Jack is a loving 5½ year old golden retriever that loves people. He doesn't visit other houses very often, & is rarely away from me. Although Jack was a bit nervous, going to a strange house with people he didn't know, this family made him feel at home. Phil went so far as to sleep on the couch in the same room as Jack. I will definitely use this family in the future & highly recommend them if your looking for a loving family for your pup.... Thank you again”
“Jenna and Michael were wonderful. We are also sitters on Rover and probably have higher than average standards for our babygirl Sadie (~60 lb rescue). We first did a meet and greet and from the moment we meant them we knew they were good people. We had already meet four other sitters at this point and were starting to feel hopeless. Jenna and Michael were warm, and lovely from the start. Their home is spacious, their yard is BIG, and their own pup, Chase is adorable! Sadie got lots of exercise playing with Chase and going on walks. I was worried that Sadie would taunt their chickens the entire time (which she probably did) but they handled it with evident experience around this challenge. We would happily book with them again. Even though we had to drive 45 minutes to them, it was 100% worth it. Thank you, Jenna, Michael, and Chase.”

“Thank you for looking after our dogs! Ling and Ye sent lots of photos of our two midsize labradoodles on walks and getting cuddles during their stay. And they came home calm and relaxed afterwards - a sign that they were happy while during their stay. Our dogs can get nervous around large male dogs, but their dog Brody (large labradoodle) is a gentle giant who immediately got on with our dogs, but also gave them their own space. We appreciate Ling and Ye's kindness towards our dogs!”

“Sunny is our go-to for the past 3-4 years whenever we need to board Lucky. Every time Lucky went straight into their house without even looking back at us. He is definitely spoiled when staying with them. We really would wish to continually have Sunny to watch for Lucky, but sadly we are relocating to the west coast. Lucky will miss them so much!”
