After having a traumatic experience with a Rover watcher, I was honestly very nervous to trust anyone with my dog ever again. Mark restored my faith completely. Not only was he one of the kindest people I’ve met in a long time, he has an incredible heart for animals. He treated my pup like a treasured family member. My dog instantly loved him. But while I was gone he went out of his way to make sure she had the best day each day…play dates, went on adventure walks, cuddles! He was knowledgeable about dog traing and grooming (my dog came back soft and shiny.) He even bought her a very expensive chew toy, which he sent her home with. She actually cried a little when I took her home because she got so attached to Marc. I cannot recommend Marc highly enough.”

About: I’ve had my own dogs my entire life and have taken care of other family members/neighbors dogs and cats while they are away. I love to go for walks and always enjoy taking a dog along with me! I work full time during the week 830-430 with a lunch break which I could run out if needed. I am always free on the weekends, and I usually do spend time on the weekends going on long walks. About: I am a physical therapist who has a passion for working with people, however, I interact with people quite often. SO, what I really enjoy is making the time to cuddle or walk with furry friends any chance I can get. As a former doctoral student, I have learned how to manage time well, organize and prioritize. I have over 8 years of experience dog sitting for family members and these dogs include small breeds (Coton de Tulear and Dachshund), medium breeds (Beagle/Australian Sheperd mix) and large breeds (Pitbull/Boxer mix, Boxer, and Lab/Pitbull mix). I have administered medication on a strict schedule, bathed, walked and snuggled with all of these pups, showing nothing but love and dedication. I take all safety precautions to ensure gates are closed when necessary, human food is placed far out of reach, and all doors are shut that lead to tempting, tasty objects such as shoes and remotes. If away, I will make sure your animal is eating, drinking, and going to the bathroom normally, and I will always let the owner know if something seems wrong. About: I had 2 dogs in the span of 11 years. I had cared for them up until their senior years. I have experience with blind/ deaf and special needs animals. My family had relied on me to walk, feed, and play with them! I work part time but i’m available mornings and afternoons/ evenings, including weekends! I have the occasional days off here and there but I can work around my schedule to help! I make sure to follow your specific directions to keep your pets happy and healthy. “Marc was AMAZING!!!! I don’t think it’s possible for me to say enough good things about him. After having a traumatic experience with a Rover watcher, I was honestly very nervous to trust anyone with my dog ever again. Mark restored my faith completely. Not only was he one of the kindest people I’ve met in a long time, he has an incredible heart for animals. He treated my pup like a treasured family member. My dog instantly loved him. But while I was gone he went out of his way to make sure she had the best day each day…play dates, went on adventure walks, cuddles! He was knowledgeable about dog traing and grooming (my dog came back soft and shiny.) He even bought her a very expensive chew toy, which he sent her home with. She actually cried a little when I took her home because she got so attached to Marc. I cannot recommend Marc highly enough.”

“Alyne was fantastic. We live on the island so accommodating our travel can be tricky but she was great with our schedule. She met us at the ferry to pick up our dog. While we were gone she texted us pictures of our dog playing in the yard with other dogs. We knew our dog was having a ball. Then our return travel got all messed up and she was super flexible with keeping our dog for an extra night. Would definitely recommend Alyne!”

I have plenty of time to fully attend to your dogs every need- plenty of exercise and attention! I have lots of availability to fit in all the needs of your dog that they may need! Have experience handling dogs with behavioral issues/quirks Have cared for pets of family and friends in addition to my own for over 15 years . My family and I currently have two dogs and a lizard, so pet care is part of our daily routine, 24/7 365. My own dogs are walked daily and stimulated through play and training. When we are home as a family, the dogs are out with us enjoying life. When we are out of the house, they are either crated or secured in a room with fresh water. Safety/Security and respecting the animals are my core values. While the animals in my home are cared for like family, they are taught to respect boundaries and work for affection. In my care, pets are leashed unless they are in a secure, fenced area. I take the time to understand each animal is an individual who has unique needs. I cater my approach to each animal based on their specific demeanor.

We were aware of how our dog was doing the entire time we were away by seeing pictures and videos of our dog at Caitlin’s home. She is conscientious as to what your dog needs and doesn’t need and if they do or do not get along with other dogs.
