About: Hello! I’ve been professionally caring for animals since I was 12 years old and got my first dog sitting gig. Over the years, my family has had every kind of pet: horses, sheep, dogs, cats, birds, iguanas even! I find great joy in showing the animals I work with lots of love and guidance. I’ve trained my own and others' horses, dogs and cats over the years and it’s just the most rewarding experience. I work part time and mostly from home which allows me to be available all day to care for pets. I’m a big fan of a consistent routine with animals rotating stimulation (exercise, play, training or enrichment) meals, rest and balancing the three. I care for pets on my property which is almost entirely fenced in. I have professional kennels in a mixed use building with a residential portion attached. So I have the luxury of providing secure and roomy kennels with the addition of our cozy home area. I can take most types of pets and I’m especially suited to care for animals that do not do well in large boarding facilities, don’t do well with other pets or just want a more personalized, quiet boarding experience. I don’t believe it is always necessary to socialize dogs with dogs and right now that’s not something I do (unless they are boarding from the same owners). I focus on routine, a bit of training and connection with humans! I have a fenced in run where dogs can be off leash for playing, enrichment etc. I designed our kennels myself and had them custom built. Each stall is separated by concrete walls to provide a private and safe space. I chose mental fencing for the top of the partition and the door. I chose this instead of the plastic, glass or solid door options because it provides optimal airflow and allows them to see out. I also have private suites separate from that area.

I'm working full time from Wednesday to Saturday 1 pm to 11:30 pm. But I'm available Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. If it's just to walk your pet or drop in, I can come over before work. I can house sit starting Sunday, but can't stay until I have to go to work Wednesday. I absolutely love pets and will treat them like my own. I can't board or take them to my house. I'll keep them safe while in my care. I have always been an animal lover since I can remember. So their safe in my hands when I'm walking them, coming for a drop in, or house sitting. Due to my work schedule, I am available Wednesday through Thursday for walking, drop ins, and house/dog sitting. I can either spend part of my day or my whole day with your pet. I try to fit in as much time with my animals as I can. Taking my dog for a walk, groom my familys horses, and even cuddle with my cats. I can make some exceptions with house sitting and drop ins. HOUSE SITTING: I'll gladly accept! If i am in college as well, I'll bring my laptop to work on homework. DROP INS: I will come in before work to feed/walk them and I can come in after work for a check up. If your yard is fenced in, I will gladly sit outside with your pet. Maybe even take a book with me so your dog can stretch their legs, play for a little bit and get some fresh air for a while. I will treat your dogs and cats like their my own and give them as much care as I can along with play times.

About: I’ve always had dogs in my life since I was a baby, mostly large dogs so I know how to handle them and care for them. I’m able to administer medication if necessary, and I’m patient and attentive, so I can make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable and loved while you’re away. I understand each pet has their own personality and routine, so I always follow owners instructions carefully to minimize stress and keep things consistent. I currently work full time as a bartender, so my mornings and early afternoons are totally open for any care. Nights are a little harder as I get out pretty late. I have 3 cats of my own, I have to administer medication to one of them twice a day, and monitor his litter box use as he has chronic urinary blockages. I am able to feed, clean litter, walk and play with clients pets.
“Grace is an absolute gem, AND we were lucky enough to be her very first Rover walk! We have a 1-year-old bull terrier, Romani, who is crazy, hyper, and loveable in equal measure. Grace took it all in stride like she'd been doing this for years. She was incredibly sweet with her, and Romani loved her right back. She tracked her pee breaks and poop breaks and kept her out walking the full time (maybe a little over actually!). That kind of attentiveness and communication means the world when you're trusting someone with your fur baby. If you're on the fence about booking Grace, don't be. She's a natural, and we will 100% be booking her again. Give this girl all the five stars! 🐾”

About: My children and I absolutely love dogs, especially my 8 year old son. I work in the school system so we have the whole summer off to enjoy taking care of your pets! I live seconds from a walking trail so your pup can get plenty of exercise, love, and snuggles! I am available all summer long while school is out. July 1 through the end of August. I spend a few weeks teaching summer school- on those days I am home by 1 pm. Your pet will be safely cared for in my two bedroom apartment- with lots of snuggles, nature walks, and toys. I understand different dogs have different needs and I will cater to each pup as needed.
