This was only Sadie‘s second time boarding in someone else’s home without me…I learned from my first experience that Sadie does not do great with other pets in the house… and, even though Kari’s was pet free, I was still trepidatious about trying another boarding situation in a strange (to my pup) home. My fears were immediately alleviated upon meeting and seeing Kari interact with Sadie and how she let Sadie explore around her wonderful home. Physical relief was all I felt when I left Sadie with her. Kari kept me informed each day with reports and pictures of what she and Sadie were doing, and I was never worried that Sadie was anxious or anything but completely comfortable. Seriously will make sure that Kari is available anytime I plan anything where I need to leave Sadie with someone for any reason! About: Hello! I have just moved down to Plymouth from NH where I have been caring for neighborhood pets since I was a child. I am a mom of two young boys and a big goofy black lab named Larry. I love to take walks with my dog and stroller and would love to add your dog along too! I am also able to dog sit for weekends, vacations, whatever need be! About: I grew up on a small farm and have always loved creatures great and small. I have always had pets and have been a caregiver for friend’s dogs for years. About: Hi there! My husband and I are the ultimate dog people. We both grew up with dogs and have been caring for them on and off Rover for years! We took a break from this app as we had a couple of regular pup clients but we are back and eager to meet yours!!! We have been caring for dogs for over 25 years. We are very active and we love hikes in the state forest or long walks on the trails of Pinehills, Hedges Park, Plymouth Long Beach, and the canal. We live 2 houses down from Bloody Pond if your pup enjoys swimming!! We have a mellow 3 year old boxer named Polly. She is such a little love, more mellow than your typical 3 year old boxer, is great with all dogs, and can often be found sun bathing on our back patio. Although not completely fenced in, we have a tie out run and live on a dead end street. We both have very flexible schedules which makes for great availability. We will always do our best to accommodate requests! Drop ins and dog boarding are mostly what we do but don’t hesitate to reach out re: dog walking and house sitting. Please note, meet and greets are required for all dog boarding and house sitting requests. Our yard is 3/4s fenced in and we live on a dead end. Dogs are NEVER off leash without owner permission and our full trust in the pup.

About: Had a 5 month old pup at aged 9 (also had a dominant cat) taught her basics and more over time until she needed medication due to her old age. Looked after friends senior dog which needed meds with food and their other dog that had special dietary needs including medication 3 times a day. House and dog&cat sat for friends that would go away to France for a long weekends I have plenty of time to give care and attention. I am not working at the moment and in between job maybe this is my calling we have a lot of space in the home and in the yard. We do not have any of our own pets yet, but we are talking a lot about them. We have a large 4ft fenced in grass yard and a large basement to allow for off leash freedom to play regardless of weather. Over the back fence we have active cranberry bogs with loads of open space and smells perfect for long walks. I am a fast walker and happy to cover 3-5 miles on a walk. About: When I originally thought of pet care, I had my dog Lily in mind. Lily came with her quirks and boundaries that were necessary that anyone who came in contact with her had to follow. I follow the clients instructions when caring for their pets in their homes. This includes walking the pets in a safe pet-friendly area, following feeding schedules, making sure the pet has plenty of fresh water, and providing stimulation and playtime with the pet.
About: Growing up I have always had dogs, caring for pets of different sizes and breeds. Over the course of my life I have had 4 dogs - two medium sized mix breed dogs, and currently two large labs. Caring for both smaller and larger dogs I feel capable caring for dogs of different energy levels and needs. I have also dog sat for friends and family since I was 16. While at school in Colorado, I often took care of my friend's family dog, a golden doodle named Ruby. I sometime spent weekends with Ruby while they were on vacation as well. I am currently home for the next two months before I begin an internship in Barcelona. During my time at home I am spending time with my family and doing odd jobs to save up for my travels. I have a very open and flexible schedule! I provide a safe, attentive, and pet-friendly environment where dogs receive plenty of supervision and companionship. I spend time outside with my dogs every day, whether that means relaxing in the sun, playing, or going for walks. While my yard is not fenced, they are never left unattended outdoors. I always keep a close eye on them and ensure they remain safe and secure.
About: I've been taking care of animals for nearly a decade, including special needs dogs and IVDD. I work from home as a writer and absolutely love to be surrounded by furry friends. I live on a small farm with very friendly goats and chickens. Your dog will enjoy their regular daily routine with lots of companionship, plus walks around the farm and to the swimming pond in our backyard. Great sniffs to be had near the barnyard animals! While most of my experience is personal, I bring a reliable and caring approach to every pet as if they were my own. I also have a yorkie pup who is fast friends with all. I currently work part time from home, so I have lots of time to tend to your pet's daily routine. I'm available to host your pet in my home pretty much anytime, weekday or weekend. I am also still training my young pup Homer, so we will spend lots of our time doing enrichment activities and learning, plus many walks outside around the property. I start the day with my dog early with a potty break, then breakfast, followed by a walk and play time, and maybe some training or an enrichment activity like a puzzle. Repeat this every 2-4 hours! My yard is not fenced, but I give my dog several walks per day on my property, which includes a private road to a swimming pond in the backyard. It's a great place for walking and leashed exploring. I also have a lot of personal experience tending to dogs with special needs after my own dog experienced IVDD. If your dog has special needs or requires medication, I can accommodate. I treat pets like they are family members and keep a very close eye on all pets to make sure they are comfortable and safe. My dog is crated at night and throughout the day if I ever need to step out, ensuring the pets won't be left alone together without supervision.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats of all sizes & needs for friends, family, anyone who needs it for several years now! I’ve grown up around animals my whole life, and no matter who’s they are, I treat them all like my own. I’m currently working part-time, only on weekends for the most part, so I have lots of time on my hands to take care of your fuzzy friends. In a client’s home, I keep pets in their familiar routines—feeding, walking, and playtime just the way they’re used to—so they stay happy and relaxed while you’re away or busy. At this time, I don’t plan on taking in any animals since I’m in college, so all of my care will be in the comfort of your pet’s own home.

“Total rock star sitter - could not recommend Kari any more highly! This was only Sadie‘s second time boarding in someone else’s home without me…I learned from my first experience that Sadie does not do great with other pets in the house… and, even though Kari’s was pet free, I was still trepidatious about trying another boarding situation in a strange (to my pup) home. My fears were immediately alleviated upon meeting and seeing Kari interact with Sadie and how she let Sadie explore around her wonderful home. Physical relief was all I felt when I left Sadie with her. Kari kept me informed each day with reports and pictures of what she and Sadie were doing, and I was never worried that Sadie was anxious or anything but completely comfortable. Seriously will make sure that Kari is available anytime I plan anything where I need to leave Sadie with someone for any reason!
