But we found ourselves in a pinch, and Gienna (thankfully!!) had an opening in her schedule to care for Sully for a long weekend. She and her dog Maggie were so welcoming, and made Sully feel right at home. He was so comfy and was soon prancing in Gienna’s yard. We received many pictures of Sully as he was settling into their home. Gienna communicated well and administered Sully’s meds as we needed. What a find for us and Sully! Gienna enjoyed caring for our little man and we are so happy that he had a great experience.”

“Tina is a great sitter. She’s watched our dog twice now and the latter time we wondered if he would want to even return to us after a ten day stay. She sends pictured and sometimes videoed updates at whatever frequency you would like. Our dog is not exactly a dog that gets along well with other dogs, but Tina found a way to let him become buddies with two other dogs she had at the time. We never thought this even possible. She also checked on our cats who we left at home. Usually when we return from a trip the cats let out a very long “meow” meaning: “where have you been?” “We’re glad you’re back” and “don’t leave again.” This time the greeting our cats gave us was minimal, telling us that Tina had obviously taken good care of them socially as well as making sure the automatic feeder was still in order. If you’re thinking about Tina as a possibility rest assured: she’s very good at this. She will always be our first choice when we need a dog/cat sitter.”

Recent dog-sitting includes walks, playtime, basic training, and attentive, trust-building care. I work by appointment at a nearby salon, about five hours daily, sometimes even less than that depending on the appointments. Flexible schedule lets me return home often, and my boyfriend works from home most of the time. If your dog needs full attention time we can work it out. My apartment building has a small fenced patio with free dog potty bags. My balcony stays locked while petsitting, and we take plenty of walks and playtime inside and outside the apartment. I currently work driving a doggy daycare bus, which leaves me plenty of time in between to take care of any furry friends. (Oral, topical, etc) I am currently working part-time, but I am fully free on days that I am not working. I am available after 11am and before 8pm. I am available on weekdays and weekends, as well as some holidays. I am a college student, so I am only available over the summer, winter, and spring when I am home for breaks. I am currently unable to care for pets in my own home at this time due to the temperament of my pets, however I can care for pets in clients homes. I am familiar with using crates, basic obedience training, and petsitting dogs and cats including feeding, cleaning, playing, and walking the dog.

“Tina is a great sitter. She’s watched our dog twice now and the latter time we wondered if he would want to even return to us after a ten day stay. She sends pictured and sometimes videoed updates at whatever frequency you would like. Our dog is not exactly a dog that gets along well with other dogs, but Tina found a way to let him become buddies with two other dogs she had at the time. We never thought this even possible. She also checked on our cats who we left at home. Usually when we return from a trip the cats let out a very long “meow” meaning: “where have you been?” “We’re glad you’re back” and “don’t leave again.” This time the greeting our cats gave us was minimal, telling us that Tina had obviously taken good care of them socially as well as making sure the automatic feeder was still in order. If you’re thinking about Tina as a possibility rest assured: she’s very good at this. She will always be our first choice when we need a dog/cat sitter.”

About: I have been taking care of dogs for approximately 4 years; most recently having gained experience with energetic, adorable puppies having welcomed Prince into our home. He has brought so much joy to me and my three boys! I currently work from home and am awake by 6 AM with my puppy. I have an office set up with toys, beds and crates. We take frequent potty, play breaks and walks. I have a fenced in back yard where the dogs can play if desired. I have a fenced in yard and downstairs area of my home that have been dog proofed. I have crates for smaller and larger sized dogs and have crate trained my own fur baby who loves to have company.
