We needed somewhere for the pups to be while we did a non-dog friendly day. Jade was super responsive and accommodating. The dogs happily walked off with her without any hesitation (I trust them to read the situation). She asked good questions about their care, entertained the pup during the day by introducing her to a doggy walking pad inside since it was extremely hot out. She also quickly and easily accommodated an earlier pick up when we finished up early. While we aren’t local to use her again, I would do it if the need arises. Much better than a kennel! We are certified in Pack-Pro Group Management and dog body Language. Also certified in Pet CPR and first aid. About: I grew up a family that is never complete without a four legged sibling. I learned to care for our dogs early on, and was raised to walk, clean, medicate, feed, and train just like I was raised to make my bed as a part of my routine. During weekdays I work as a daycare teacher, and I check on my pets before and after! On the weekends, I come by morning, afternoon and evening to make sure that they are enjoying their weekend as much as I am I always check water and food after greeting your pet, and administer medication as needed. About: I grew up with dogs, cats, and a bunch of other animals, and I have always loved taking care of them. My family, neighbors, and friends have all relied on me to take care of their pets over the years, whether it's for walks, check-ins, or overnights, and I would love to do the same for your pet. I'm a college student and have plenty of time during the week for quick check-ins and walks, and I will be able to stay overnight most weekdays and on weekends. I am very comfortable around dogs and would have no problem going on walks, crating your dog, administering most medicine, or doing any other tasks that may be required.
About: I have my very own rescued golden retriever/hound mix named Goldfish. He’s taught me the importance of patience, slow introductions and the power of treats! I have experience working with large breeds, anxious dogs, reactive dogs and senior dogs with special needs. I’m also a runner so I’d be happy to take your high energy pups on a run! I have a flexible schedule since I work part time. I will be available to hang out with your pups most days of the week! I’m attune to dog body language and make sure to read their cues when approaching them. I’ll be sure that they’re secure when entering and exiting a home. When we’re on walks, I’ll make sure that they don’t get into things when they’re not supposed to and be cautious of other dogs and people.
About: I absolutely love all animals! I grew up having cats and dogs my entire life. I have pet sat for relatives, neighbors, and family friends since my early teens. My last dog had medical needs and was dog selective so I have first hand experience with both of those kinds of needs and the needs of elderly dogs. I'm active and have a fairly flexible schedule so I can care for your pets in whatever ways best suit them. During the week my schedule is very flexible and I can often structure my schedule around your needs. I am not available most weekends but I will be sure to keep my availability up to date. “We used Sam to board our dog Mia for the first time recently, and she was absolutely amazing! We just adopted Mia two months ago (she’s a rescue from the south), so we were super nervous about leaving her for a week. At the dog hotel we used to use for our other pup, they literally charged us $4 per photo and we constantly had to beg them for updates. Sam was the exact opposite. Right from the meet-and-greet, she was so attentive and asked tons of questions to make sure she knew exactly how to give Mia the best care. She even handled Mia's allergy medication which was another concern of ours. Plus, her dog Poppy is the absolute cutest and friendliest pup ever!
