About: I absolutely love animals. I have been helping friends and neighbors with watching their pets for years. I currently have two dogs myself, one with complicated medical needs. I am confident I would be able to care for your pets no matter their age. I currently work from home 3-4 days per week and am available most weekends. I currently have two dogs ourself and their needs are part of my daily life. I have a fenced in backyard. I live in a dead-end street near the rail trail so walks are a breeze and do not have me near any main roads. I do have two Pomeranians to keep your pets company while with us. I’m not sure how Mary & Todd could possibly have more energy than our dear Tilly but she’s officially exhausted and had the adventure of a lifetime. About: I’ve dog sat a few times for my friends family when they went away on vacation and I also watch my sisters dogs all the time. I have been house and dog sitting regularly for the same family twice a year since 2007 and through word of mouth have picked up many more clients that would happily give a reference if requested. I feed fish and small pets and I'm happy to hang out with cats, spiders, and snakes too. I work full time for a very flexible boss, so getting home to let pets out on breaks and lunch isn't an issue. Once home for the day I tend not to leave so pets will be well cared for and I'll be very present for them. I don't trust letting any pet off leash while outside unless in a fenced in yard. If the dog I am taking care of feels comfortable in water then I will splash around with the dog in the lake (there are dirt roads in this area to walk the dog on too). I have had experience with a wide variety of breeds, so I feel pretty comfortable with any dog. I understand caring for a dog is similar to caring for a child. I am trustworthy and loving towards animals! I recently passed my board exam so now I am relaxing for some time & will begin my job hunt in February, 2022. Therefore, caring for a pet will fit perfectly into my current flexible daily routine. I do not live with any other pets & I create a safe environment by keeping the dog on the first level of my home only. On the first level I make sure that there are no hazards for the dog.
