“ I'm so glad that Jeaux and I had the opportunity to book with Ms. Elena. She also has a Toy Chihuahua named Paco and they became like "three peas in a pod!” My drop-off day was very hectic and behind schedule due to me preparing to go out of town, but Ms.Elena was pleasant and patient with me. When we arrived to her home, we were welcomed into a beautiful, clean space with Southern Hospitality galore! During the stay she emailed me updates along with pics and videos of their playtime. Once I arrived home she offered to meet me at a convenient location to drop-off my baby, that she now calls “her baby”, since we lived a bit of a distance from one another. Sooo sweet...but that's not the best part. When I received Jeaux he had been bathed, his bed and towel washed and she even sent him home with his favorite toy from the visit! If you want someone to treat your dog like their own, this is the place. My experience with Ms. Elena was pleasant from start to finish and I would highly recommend her services. We have a somewhat complicated animal care routine on our “farm” including an indoor only cat, an indoor/outdoor cat, a semi feral cat, 3 chickens and a rooster, and numerous bird feeders and a whole host of avian diners including finches, jays, cardinals, chicadees, pigeons,and a colony of Quaker parrots. About: I've had many pet dogs and a few cats in my house since my childhood. I care deeply for animals and I'll do my absolute best to take care of others if I get the opportunity. I'm a dog owner and I have a very flexible schedule. I'm in pretty good shape and love to walk and run around with my Bella. I have a large fenced-in yard and I don't mind dogs in the house. About: I am now retired and have total availability. For walks or drop ins I need to keep my service area within 5-7 miles. For longer stays I am willing to expand my area upon request. I began my pet care as a child, taking home every stray dog I saw. Nursing sheep, stray cats, bunnies, you name it. I was then a vet tech, rescue foster, and sitter. As my life has changed my love for, and enjoyment of caring for pets has not. I bond well with animals, and have the experience to know when firmness is required. About: Raised on a large family farm, I’ve spent my entire life surrounded by animals of all shapes and sizes and there hasn't been one I haven't loved! I have soooo many years of experience with caring for all different kinds of pets. I've owned horses, dogs, cats, reptiles, turtles, fish and have over the years helped with the care of others' as well as plenty of other farm and small animals. I even have my own temperamental pup coexisting with 2 kitties, so I have good intuition seeing signs of stress and pets feeling "off" before it turns into anything. rest assured your pets are safe with me! I am able to work remotely so care during the day is no issue. I live in an apartment in Meraux above my dad’s office, so while there’s no yard, we have plenty of space to get outside for walks. There are stairs, but I’m happy to carry pets up and down as needed.
About: I love dogs and love caring for them. I am fun and energetic. I could spend hours playing with dogs. If yuh need someone that is reliable and that you can depend on them to take care of your beloved just as you would, I’m your girl! I can handle any breed at any size. I treat animals with love and respect. I have had some experience of taking care of people animals while they were gone for vacation or just out of town. About: What sets me apart is that I don’t simply “check in” on your fur babies; I genuinely enjoy spending time with them and getting to know their individual personalities, routines, and needs. I have years of experience caring for both dogs and cats, including regular and extended care while their families travel.
