“ I'm so glad that Jeaux and I had the opportunity to book with Ms. Elena. She also has a Toy Chihuahua named Paco and they became like "three peas in a pod!” My drop-off day was very hectic and behind schedule due to me preparing to go out of town, but Ms.Elena was pleasant and patient with me. When we arrived to her home, we were welcomed into a beautiful, clean space with Southern Hospitality galore! During the stay she emailed me updates along with pics and videos of their playtime. Once I arrived home she offered to meet me at a convenient location to drop-off my baby, that she now calls “her baby”, since we lived a bit of a distance from one another. Sooo sweet...but that's not the best part. When I received Jeaux he had been bathed, his bed and towel washed and she even sent him home with his favorite toy from the visit! If you want someone to treat your dog like their own, this is the place. My experience with Ms. Elena was pleasant from start to finish and I would highly recommend her services. Jeaux gives her two paws up :)”

About: I am now retired and have total availability. For walks or drop ins I need to keep my service area within 5-7 miles. For longer stays I am willing to expand my area upon request. I began my pet care as a child, taking home every stray dog I saw. Nursing sheep, stray cats, bunnies, you name it. I was then a vet tech, rescue foster, and sitter. About: After a tragically pet-free childhood, I've spent the last 20 years seeking out any opportunity to care for animals—from free dog walking for friends and cat-sitting for vacationing pals to hiking with hounds and being a designated vet chauffeur. About: I’ve had dogs and cats in my life since I was a kid, so caring for animals comes naturally to me. One thing that sets me apart is my experience with senior and younger pets. I cared for my own dog in her later years when she developed back leg problems. I helped her move around the house, made sure she was comfortable, and gave her lots of love and patience every day. I additionally took care of my other dog in her early months waking up multiple times nightly to calm her down. Whether it’s a high-energy puppy or a senior pet needing extra care, I’m confident in handling all kinds of needs. I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of availability throughout the week, so I’m able to care for pets whenever needed. Pet care easily fits my routine, and I’m happy to adjust based on your pets specific needs and schedule.your pets comfort and routine will always come first. I believe pets are most comfortable and relaxed in their own home, which is why I only offer care in the clients space. About: Raised on a large family farm, I’ve spent my entire life surrounded by animals of all shapes and sizes and there hasn't been one I haven't loved! I have soooo many years of experience with caring for all different kinds of pets. I've owned horses, dogs, cats, reptiles, turtles, fish and have over the years helped with the care of others' as well as plenty of other farm and small animals. I even have my own temperamental pup coexisting with 2 kitties, so I have good intuition seeing signs of stress and pets feeling "off" before it turns into anything. rest assured your pets are safe with me! I've been working on a career shift and I'm looking to be able to spend more of my working hours with your pet! I currently bartend part-time and am working on trying to do less of that, so I have plenty of extra time to care for your BFF when you are unable to! I have years of experience caring for both dogs and cats, including regular and extended care while their families travel. (I’m a Virgo, so I know meticulous details. 😂) I’d much rather know every little detail so I can keep their world as familiar and comfortable as possible while you’re away. I will also send you pictures and updates to provide you with peace of mind. I’m patient with shy or cautious animals, attentive to changes in behavior, and happy to adapt to different personalities, ages, and energy levels. About: I’m lucky to come from an animal family. I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life - big dogs, small dogs, old dogs, lap cats, moody cats - I’ve loved them all. Recently, my two children and I found ourselves pet free for the first time. I miss having my own full-time furry companion but I also travel regularly for work. I decided to take this opportunity to open my home & heart to your pets. For me and my children, this is a win / win situation. We love caring for animals and we love the joy they bring to our home. We live in a cozy house in mid-city with a fully fenced in yard for dogs who wants to run and sniff and explore. My children, aged 8 & 4, have grown up with pets their whole lives and love participating in the day to day care. They are gentle and know how to approach and interact with animals of all ages and sizes. We’ve hosted dogs and cats in our home and we truly love doing so. I am active and will take your dog for as many walks and/or jogs as they desire. I also have a fenced in yard for those who want to roam and sniff around. I work from home so your pet will have company all day and rarely be left alone. I am available for on-demand walks, scratches and cuddles. I have experience administering medication to both dogs and cats. Before hosting or caring for any pet, I'm happy to meet with you to get to know your unique pet’s needs and temperament. My home is quiet and comfortable with a fully fenced in back yard for dogs who want to run or sniff or feel the sun on their skin.
