About: Foster dog mom and dog sitter. Recently lost my beagle and miss pup time. I treat my friend’s dogs like my own and they actually encouraged me to start a profile. I like walking and don’t mind slow sniffers. I’m aware of squirrels and cats in my neighborhood and avoid them when necessary. I work full time but have availability evenings and weekends. Looking forward to long walks, tails wagging while sniffing and again meeting daily step goals. I have a small backyard and shotgun house which I own. About: We are a small family with a super friendly lab-hound mix named Charlie. Charlie loves to play with other dogs and is generous with his space and toys. Our six-year-old daughter loves meeting new animals, too. Our home is fenced all around so the dogs have a circle run as well as the backyard and front porch to play and relax. About: I’ve always lived with dogs and cats! Growing up, I was constantly tagged to care for neighbor’s pets while they were out of town. Even now, my friends and their parents know I’m the first one willing to step up and petsit. I have basic experience with leash training young dogs, as well as encouraging stiff seniors to get some exercise. And not to brag, but even the shyest cats tend to warm up to me, but I do know how to read cat body language and give them space when they want it. I work full time during the weekdays, but I’m available most evenings and excited to get out of the house. My weekends are almost always open to spend time with your dog! Pet safety is my top priority. I never walk dogs along busy streets, or where there isn’t enough shoulder to feel safe. I also do not allow my dogs to interact with others on leash, since this can be unpredictable. I’m not afraid to cross the street (safely!) to avoid a meeting.

About: My family has had at least one dog in our house since I was born. Everybody in my family has dogs. I have a few family members that rely on me to help them with their dogs when they need it. Everyone in my family treats their pets like they are humans and I do just the same! I am currently in between jobs so I’m available pretty much whenever. I have a fenced in yard. I have a 14 year old rescue that just mainly stays to herself. There is a 1 year old Shih Tzu/Yorkie mix now living here as well, under the care of someone else that’s not me, however she is very rambunctious with other dogs. About: Throughout my life I have pet sat dogs, cats, rats, bunnies, and reptiles such as bearded dragons and currently work at a doggy daycare/vet. “Ashley was fantastic with my dog, Neon. She made sure he was well integrated with the other dogs and gave him plenty of individual attention, including lots of games of fetch—one of his favorite things. She also kept a close eye on him to make sure he didn’t get overheated during the New Orleans summer heat. I loved that she had a kiddie pool in the backyard so the dogs could cool off while playing. Ashley was easy to coordinate with, communicative, and made the whole experience stress-free. It was clear Neon had a wonderful vacation while I was on mine. I’d absolutely book with Ashley again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and attentive dog sitter!”

I was never worried at all and knew that they were in good hands. We were going out of town and in a rush, I forgot the dog leashes. I contacted Wendy, and she was more than an accommodating and told me not to worry that she had extras. Great overall experience!”
