About: I have been pet sitting since I was 10 for the neighborhood pets. I am also a volunteer at my local humane society where I walk dogs and create enrichment toys for the rescues. My senior year in high school is where I took on more jobs for different types of animals, and also where I started overnight pet care. Our diabetic, kidney-compromised, 15 year old cat, Wylean, who was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, has been on a feeding tube since early November with a whole litany of medications. Nycole, a skilled and longterm vet tech, was able to give truly incredible, exhaustive care to Wylean for days, both during this latest stay to see my parents (my dad was and still is in the hospital for a broken hip) and during Christmas (to see my mother-in-law in hospice). Her three times a day updates were like something a seasoned vet would make, and Wylean was markedly better when we returned than when we left. She has gained the better part of a pound over the last month, and I credit Nycole for at least part of that. We will always be grateful. If we could leave one hundred stars, we would. A combination of empathy, high skill, talent, and an obvious, deep love for animals makes Nycole the best. Anyone hiring her is lucky, and we only hope we can hire her again for future trips. About: Foster dog mom and dog sitter. Recently lost my beagle and miss pup time. I treat my friend’s dogs like my own and they actually encouraged me to start a profile. I like walking and don’t mind slow sniffers. I’m aware of squirrels and cats in my neighborhood and avoid them when necessary. I work full time but have availability evenings and weekends. About: My family has had at least one dog in our house since I was born. Everybody in my family has dogs. I have a few family members that rely on me to help them with their dogs when they need it. Everyone in my family treats their pets like they are humans and I do just the same! I am currently in between jobs so I’m available pretty much whenever. I do have my own dog at home so I prefer to not stay somewhere for a long, extended period of time. I am pretty flexible with that though so just ask me and I’ll let you know if it’s doable! I have a fenced in yard. I have a 14 year old rescue that just mainly stays to herself. There is a 1 year old Shih Tzu/Yorkie mix now living here as well, under the care of someone else that’s not me, however she is very rambunctious with other dogs. I do not mind walking them around the neighborhood. In my family, we treat our dogs like they are humans and they are like our children!

I have raised puppies from birth, potty trained them and taught them tricks and cared for senior dogs. I am currently available all day and night to watch your fur baby. I am pretty flexible and can work around your needs as well. I have a fenced yard and a friendly small dog to keep your fur baby company. I can easily separate or crate your dog if needed as well as crate my own depending on what is most comfortable for you. I just graduated and am currently studying for the CPA exams so I will be home/in the area all day! My schedule is very flexible now! I carefully follow all special instructions and make sure your pets are receiving all the love and care they need. Care is specialized depending on each dogs’ needs as everyone is different.

About: I have always had a passion for working with animals. I’m currently a grad student at Tulane studying animal behavior. Worked in many positions as an animal caretaker and have experience in trading grooming and a variety of different pet care from dogs and cats to exotic animals. I also have specialty experience with elderly pets and working breed dogs. I look forward to meeting your fur baby and treating them like one of my own! I am in school during the afternoons, but other than that, have a full available schedule to have animals both in my home, or yours. I offer a very flexible experience tailored to your pet and their needs. My home is all puppy proofed and I have yard and near by large park for plenty of exercise. I am set up for crate trained and not crates trained pups and can stick to any regular schedule you need.

About: I’m lucky to come from an animal family. I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life - big dogs, small dogs, old dogs, lap cats, moody cats - I’ve loved them all. About: What sets me apart is that I don’t simply “check in” on your fur babies; I genuinely enjoy spending time with them and getting to know their individual personalities, routines, and needs. I have years of experience caring for both dogs and cats, including regular and extended care while their families travel. For the past six years, I’ve been consistently trusted to care for pets when Dad and Mom go away on frequent trips, including stays of more than 30 days. We spend most of the day together, so they are not alone for long periods of time if I have to run off to check on another baby. I’m happy to stay overnight and spend quality time with your pets rather than simply popping in and out if you prefer. I’ll give them the level of attention and affection THEY are comfortable with, whether that means lots of cuddles and companionship, plenty of activity, or giving a shy kitty their space until they decide I’ve earned their approval. 😂 I’ll also treat your home with the same care and respect I would want someone to give mine. I’ll keep things tidy, clean as needed, and secure, and send you regular pictures and updates.
