About: I have cared for dogs of all sizes and breeds since I can remember. I grew up with at least 3-4 dogs in my household at all times, volunteered at the local animal shelter to help take care of the overflow of dogs, fostered a litter of puppies, and of course the occasional dog sitting for a neighbor or family friend. I am currently working 2 part time jobs at the moment, but they usually include short days and hours. I am mostly available from mid afternoon to nighttime on any given day, especially weekends! About: As someone who has worked with a variety of domesticated felines, I’ve learned that the last thing a cat wants is a sitter. Lol. Most just want someone who can scoop their box and open their can of food. I’m a professional in that area. I’m also good at reading kitty behavioral cues. I can usually tell if a feline is going to be my friend or not. I know when to give them their space. I’ve watched kitties who are social and some that are shy. I’m pretty good with a laser and always enjoy playing with or sitting with a sweet cat or cats. I can also prepare special diets and give insulin shots. The Kitties always train me well!

I have used another sitter through Rover before and the experience was okay, but I noticed my puppy would come home very riled up and needing to immediately decompress. It often felt like I had to calm him down and get him back to his normal baseline. With Robin, the experience was completely different. When I picked him up, he was calm, relaxed, and acting exactly like he does at home. Even during the ride back, he settled into his crate and rested. That told me he was comfortable and well cared for during his stay. I was also a little nervous about having him around other dogs since he hasn’t spent a lot of time with other puppies. About: I’ve been around dogs since I was 5 years old, and I also have a dog of my own (Millie:)) and my Shih Tzu baby Rico I’ve helped cared for back home. About: I absolutely adore animals of all shapes and sizes! I adore any animal and love connecting with them. I previously worked at Camp Bow Wow so I’ve worked with 100’s of dogs with different temperaments, personalities, and personal needs. While working there I had to give all sorts of meals and medicines. I personally have 2 dogs and a cat but I’ve had snakes, a chinchilla, rats, guinea pigs, hamsters, mice, among other family pets. I’ve never sought out an animal, I’ve only taken in animals when other people couldn’t continue caring for them. Everyday, I have to do basic pet tasks such as feeding, changing water, changing litter, and medications. I also walk my dogs multiple times a day. I follow any basic rules set out for me, i.e. diet, walk time, social time. They are the children of the owner and I understand they sometimes need special care or the pet and owner have a certain routine in place. But I have basic knowledge on plenty animals and can gladly care for them as if they are my own.

About: I grew up with a Yorkie and now care for him in his senior years with doggy dementia, which has taught me the importance of patience, gentle routines, and creating a calm, comforting environment. Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays I get out of class for 11 and am free for the rest of the day. Tuesdays and Thursdays are a little tougher for me due to my classes being scattered throughout the day.
