About: My friends and family have trusted me with drop-ins visits for years. Every cat is special and I love them all like my own. I’ve never met a cat that I couldn’t pet. Even skittish ones can sense my heart; we call it my superpower. I am a freelance court reporter. I primarily work from home. I make my own schedule and can fit in daily drop-ins where they’re needed. I have two cats, Doug (15) and Noodle (7). Noodle loves long walks in his stroller. He is half Siamese and all talk! Doug is a cool cat that is very skittish. We are always considerate of his fear of loud noises and take pleasure in maintaining a peaceful home for him to feel safe in. Justice for skittish cats! Doug has arthritis and requires injections by me and liquid meds weekly/daily, respectively. Cat health is important to me. Both of my cats are very fluffy. We vacuum and ChomChom our furniture often. I’ve always got a lint roller on me. My cats are very spoiled, as they should be. I scoop the litter daily and schedule feed them morning and night. My experience with cat sitting is primarily drop-ins. I am open to discussing a more hands-on routine if that’s what your cat requires. I have keys to many colleagues homes. They text me when they go on trips and I happily scoot on over to care for the cats. I’ve been doing this for years and just decided to see if it was worth offering as a service in my neighborhood. As an owner who feeds twice a day, I am happy to go twice or just once a day if your cat is a grazer. My cats leave trails of litter all around the box area, so just tell me where your broom is and I’ll take care of cleaning your floor, too! I have a camera in my home and would understand you having one as well. If you want pictures of your cats while away, you don’t have to ask twice because I’ve probably already taken some. Cats are complex creatures, and as an owner who has a complicated one herself, I’m all ears to hear your cats likes/dislikes, quirky needs, and any other “silly requests”.

About: I’ve been around dogs since I was 5 years old, and I also have a dog of my own (Millie:)) and my Shih Tzu baby Rico I’ve helped cared for back home. About: I’ve pet sat for friends and family for years and have been walking neighbors’ dogs for a few months. I have a large dog myself so I can be relied on to walk and care for large dogs. I currently keep a neighbor’s dog for doggy daycare about 2-3 hours during the day. They LOVE to play with each other and I have plenty of enrichment toys and treats to keep them occupied. I currently keep a dog for doggy daycare from 12:00-2:00 on weekdays, but my schedule is flexible. I am available during weekdays for walks and check ins from 8:00 am-6:00 pm. I am also available for weekday and weekend boarding and house sitting. I have a fenced in backyard and a fairly open floor plan offering a lot of play space. My dog and the dog I keep during the day are both very sweet but can be quite rambunctious at times. They are both well trained and very friendly with people and other dogs. Before moving to Baton Rouge, I used to own my own business cleaning houses and have a lot of experience working in other people’s homes. I understand how difficult it can be letting someone new into your home, especially when you may not be there. I am a great communicator, very trustworthy, and have a flexible schedule. I often send pictures or videos of pets to keep you updated and let you know your fur baby is safe and happy!

About: I have had the privilege of growing up surrounded by animals of all kinds, from dogs and cats to cows and beyond. Animals have always been a central part of my life, and that love and care extends to the pets I look after. About: I have been the go-to professional and friend for pet care and house-sitting for many. My goal is always to give your pet and home the same care and consideration I would my own. I have had pets since I can remember. My first pet was a jet black cat resembling the color of a raven. I learned and practiced numerous pet care tactics which allowed my cat to live a very fruitful life to 20 years old. I also had a delightful Bischon with a spunky personality that was always the life of the party. I am no stranger to large size or senior age pets, but am also well acquainted with service dogs. About: I absolutely adore animals of all shapes and sizes! I adore any animal and love connecting with them. I previously worked at Camp Bow Wow so I’ve worked with 100’s of dogs with different temperaments, personalities, and personal needs. While working there I had to give all sorts of meals and medicines. I personally have 2 dogs and a cat but I’ve had snakes, a chinchilla, rats, guinea pigs, hamsters, mice, among other family pets. I’ve never sought out an animal, I’ve only taken in animals when other people couldn’t continue caring for them. Everyday, I have to do basic pet tasks such as feeding, changing water, changing litter, and medications. I also walk my dogs multiple times a day. I follow any basic rules set out for me, i.e. diet, walk time, social time. They are the children of the owner and I understand they sometimes need special care or the pet and owner have a certain routine in place. But I have basic knowledge on plenty animals and can gladly care for them as if they are my own.
