“I CANNOT say enough good things about both Rick and his fiancé Annemarie! They were God-sent ANGELS for our wedding weekend! We were out of town - all of us were - and really needed someone who could keep Millie for us. Even though they stayed a half hour away, they were above-and-beyond accommodating, staying flexible with our schedule as things changed on our end. They came and picked her up from us, brought her back for rehearsal the same day so my nephew could practice walking her down the aisle, took her back home. They sent me pictures of her and their dog Buckley all throughout the weekend and she looked like she was having fun, getting good sleep and was comfortable. When Annemarie brought Millie to my wedding, she came dressed up to blend in with the other guests and I never heard Millie bark the whole time. She stayed around in the hot heat for pictures so Millie could be in a few pictures with us before taking her back to their home. Finally, they kept her through an extra day for us so we could have a little breather time before we had to pack everything up at our hotel room and head back home. We could not have made it through our wedding weekend without Annemarie and Rick's help. All of their story-sharing about what Millie was up to with Buckley all weekend was so nice to see intermittently as we were busy buzzing about doing our wedding activities. One of my cats will sometimes make a dash for the door and so I worry about this while I am away. I can trust Brittney will be very careful. That same cat needs thyroid medication applied topically in her ear, the cat is not a big fan of this. Brittney has handled this very well and gives her a treat after the med. My other cat is shy but comes out and interacts with Brittney. Brittney has consistently gone above and beyond, keeping an eye out for the safety of my home. I left before the garbage pick up and meant to ask Brittney to please bring the can up when she was here. I completely forgot to ask, but she noticed and took it to the back of the house for me. My cats and I greatly appreciate all the TLC!”

About: My animal experience goes way back to childhood. At the age of 7 I started in 4h, learning about animal husbandry. By the age of 13 I was volunteering at the local riding stables. By high school, I was working at the local animal shelter, volunteering with local rescues and advancing my education in dog training, with hopes of getting into service dogs. About: I have had dogs most of my life and i love to spoil them and keep them active. I don’t have a yard so i take them out often and to play at the dog park 2-3 times a day if it isn’t too hot or raining. I am always available i work from home. I have plenty of time to walk dogs and give them plenty of attention. There is also a bell in case they are bell trained. I have a clean house and a large yard for the pups to use the restroom and play. I can feed them and walk them on your schedule and help them to potty train if needed.

My kids help take care of our own family pets as well as other people's. I ensure any pup I sit has their own water bowl and food bowl. Like I would my own pups. If you notice I don't say dog or animal. My two pups, I call my girls or my pups. They are my kids too and any dog I board, I treat like I would want someone to treat my girls.

I don’t offer boarding in my home just yet, but I’m more than happy to come to your home to care for your pets! If you have ANY questions at all, please don’t hesitate to ask — I’m very responsive and always willing to help. Whether I’m house sitting or just stopping by for a check-in, your dog will get plenty of attention and time outside. I genuinely enjoy spending quality time with pets—whether that means playing, going for walks, or simply relaxing with some snuggles. I believe dogs deserve companionship and stimulation, not long hours confined to a crate. When they’re in my care, they’ll stay active, engaged, and loved—chances are they’ll be happily worn out by the time you return!

“I CANNOT say enough good things about both Rick and his fiancé Annemarie! They were God-sent ANGELS for our wedding weekend! We were out of town - all of us were - and really needed someone who could keep Millie for us. Even though they stayed a half hour away, they were above-and-beyond accommodating, staying flexible with our schedule as things changed on our end. They came and picked her up from us, brought her back for rehearsal the same day so my nephew could practice walking her down the aisle, took her back home. They sent me pictures of her and their dog Buckley all throughout the weekend and she looked like she was having fun, getting good sleep and was comfortable. When Annemarie brought Millie to my wedding, she came dressed up to blend in with the other guests and I never heard Millie bark the whole time. She stayed around in the hot heat for pictures so Millie could be in a few pictures with us before taking her back to their home. Finally, they kept her through an extra day for us so we could have a little breather time before we had to pack everything up at our hotel room and head back home. We could not have made it through our wedding weekend without Annemarie and Rick's help. All of their story-sharing about what Millie was up to with Buckley all weekend was so nice to see intermittently as we were busy buzzing about doing our wedding activities. We are so GRATEFUL for everything they did and it's clear Millie was well taken care of and comfortable because she was so calm and relaxed when Rick returned her to us! Truly extra sweet! About: We just moved to Bardstown and have 2 quiet acres for your pet to enjoy. Our home is comfortable- not chaotic! We have cats currently & love to snuggle up. Everyone is taken care of. Your pets are welcome on couches & beds just like family. Feeding times are regular. I have a history of house/pet sitting in Dallas, TX & Lewisburg, TN. I've worked with a local groomer bathing dogs and have owned cats or dogs most of my life. My partner & I have fostered dogs with the local animal shelter. A good relationship with an animal is built on their trust of you to take care of their needs & offer protection. We will take great care of your pet! We have a partially fenced, secluded yard & a membership at Bernheim where we can take pups to walk. No dog to little or small. We have lots of experience introducing and managing different dogs from different families in one stay so everyone feels comfortable and gets along. Happy to honor special requests and answer any questions a pet owner might have. We have the ability to take care of pets just like any pet owner would. We work opposite shifts so someone is generally at home or not gone for too long. We work in town and have flexibility. We treat all pets like our own. They have access to furniture and pet beds and can snuggle up anytime they want to. Our casa is their casa.
