About: Growing up, outside of school I spent a good portion of my free time volunteering at a local animal shelter and actively challenging kids around me to help provide care to pets in most need. Most services needed or requested can be accommodated. Pets are allowed to roam inside my home or in my yard with my supervision. I take dogs on at least 3 walks a day if weather permits. I can accommodate most requests I currently work a part-time job from home that allows for a ton of flexibility. That being said I have a ton of time to play with your pups and give them the attention and care they deserve. My schedule is very flexible and I seek to make things as convenient as possible for you. I have a fenced in yard and two friendly dogs that are always looking to make new friends. About: Growing up, we always had at least one cat, with the most being three at one time. During the pandemic, I took both of my family’s cats to live with me in my apartment. During that time, I managed to transition them from a dry food to a wet food diet and helped them achieve healthy weight loss per the vet’s recommendation. While most of my Rover clients have been dog owners, I have also cared for a number of cats. I’m very used to scooping litter boxes and cleaning up hairballs at this point, so nothing is too much for me!

About: I have helped raise a bottle fed kitten and cared for a senior beagle in his last year. I care for and adopt mostly adult dogs, but I haven't met one I don't like! I work from home, so my schedule is flexible to fit in lots of home visits with overnight stay possible! I have my own dog that goes out 3 times a day already, so fitting in pet care is a breeze! I have an apartment with 2 bedrooms where dogs can sleep separate from my own dog. About: I am a doctoral candidate in Biology at UofL, so you know I'm good at organization and scheduling! I think my time as a graduate student has sharpened my reasoning and communication skills as well. It's also increased my animal handling experience (mice)! I've had pets my whole life, mostly cats and dogs. My most recent pet is an elderly shi tzu with a surprising amount of energy! Apollo is a very skiddish cat, but we've definitely earned each others' trust. I can drop by to check on your pet, take them out for a walk (if weekday, must be before 10am or after 5pm, can be flexible), check on them periodically to feed them, or house sit (weekends only). I am a grad student, so I'm usually busy during weekdays 10am-5pm. Most of my work now is away from the bench, so I can be a little flexible about those hours Weekends are generally open! I love in an apartment that doesn't allow animals so I can't keep any here. I can however watch your furry friend at your house or take them on walks around the neighborhood!

“If you’re thinking of booking Meg, this is your sign to do it! She is so kind and gentle and was incredibly accommodating for all our needs for our sweet dog. We had our dog (2 years ago old Australian cattle dog mix) stay with Meg for a few days while we were in the midst of a big house move. She was the perfect safe and playful landing spot and sent us photos every day of our boy playing with her dog and lounging on the couch and snuggling at her feet while she worked from home.
