Normally, when I'm home I take total care of our pets. However, now that I'm in Richmond for a while in nursing school I'm wanting to offer services during times that I'm not busy with school. About: I’ve taken care of dogs for ten years. Four of these years in veterinary medicine. I am CPR certified and have experience bathing, grooming, pet sitting, bottle feeding, medicating, and overall caring and loving and playing with animals. I work a full time job in Richmond Kentucky at an emergency clinic! I would have to schedule pick ups and drop offs but that’s the biggest part. Your dog MUST be cat friendly. If they are not, I cannot accommodate as I have four and will not risk their well-being. I don’t have a fenced in yard, so I would have to leash walk but we are on two acres. I do have a dog park about 5 minutes from my home so I could transport there and back and that park IS fenced in. I am able to feed three times a day if needed and 2-3 potty breaks! Playtime is also important so I dedicate about 10-15 minutes twice a day (morning and night) for play. We have plenty of toys as well. For cats I have a separate room of the house they can call their own so I can only accommodate one kitty at a time as I have 4 cats myself.

About: Hey there! I am a pet/animal lover and enthusiast. I would have all the animals in the world if I could. I currently have 1 dog, Kash, and 1 cat, Darla Jean. Animals and caring for them are my life! Here’s my why: My grandmother lost her husband at a young age. She never dated again. She took in dogs and taking care of those dogs became her life purpose. Growing up, I would always want to visit my grandmother so that I could stay up all night with her and take care of the dogs. It became our thing. I feel that I am now living out my grandmother’s purpose by fulfilling my own purpose in giving unconditional love and care to any animal that crosses my path, just as she would have done. I love animals, and quite honestly, more than people, haha! I look forward to meeting, loving on, and caring for your fur baby as if they are my own. ❤️🐾 I am a special education teacher full time, but my toddler and myself love to show unconditional love to animals by taking care of them like they are our own. I get to do what I love as a part time “side hustle” plus also show my little boy of my own how to treat and care for animals plus teaching some responsibility! I’m available evenings, most weekends, and most holidays/ school breaks. It says on my profile “no children in the home,” but since I started Rover, I have had a baby and there is a 2 year old in the home. I tried to edit that info but literally cannot find it anywhere. Just wanted to make sure that was said though. Anyway, I’ll care for your pet as if they were my own child. I like to meet with my clients face to face first so that I can get to know not only their fur baby, but their expectations in caring for their pet. About: I’ve been around animals all my life and I’m always the friend who gets asked to watch the dogs while the owners are out of town. I’m also a college student who moved away from my dogs so it’d be nice to see some furry friends still! I might even teach them a new trick or two! I am currently unemployed so Rover is a great option for me right now while I’m figuring out what I want to do in the future. About: I’ve owned multiple disabled dogs and can care for them. I’m also experienced in giving medicine to animals that may need it. grew up around a lot of different animals and I love spending time with new animals and seeing all the different dog and cat breeds. 😁 I stay at home and my schedule is very flexible, so the fur babies will get plenty of attention and love! They will always have me with them for some company and play time. I can take care of pets in any way that their pet owner would like. I don’t have many rules and would just like for the fur babies to be comfortable in the new environment!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for 5+ years. I grew up with dogs all my life. I also am a very good dog trainer and have paid to teach me the skills to train any dog at any age. I am a very active person. I go on runs daily and if you’re dog is less active I can do walks too. I am home most of the day other than my classes during the week which is around 2 hours a day. I have a yard without a fence and a house. For my training depending on what you would like I typically do 2-3 sessions a day during a board and train. If you want a few sessions with you I will walk you through some different training techniques. I can teach a dog anything while making it fun and engaging.
