About: I have been doing drop-in pet sitting since I was 10 years old. I also worked at a Collie breeding facility for two years. I now own my own dog and have trained her and cared for her for 7 years. I have the ability to teach agility as well as basic obedience (sit, lay down, heel, roll over, etc). I am extremely active and love going on walks or runs with pets, but am happy to sit and offer belly rubs too! I am free to take care of your pet wherever and whenever you like, within reason. Unfortunately I cannot have pets at my house. Your dog's happiness and health is of the utmost importance. I am different from other sitters in that I possess extensive dog experience, patience, and an extreme love for animals. I am currently available most days to spend time with your pet. I was also a receptionist and am a vet technician at a local vet clinic and can use my knowledge in the event of an emergency. I fit it in around work and having my own dog. I typically spend a moderate amount of time with your pet, with the ability to conduct check ins as needed. My husband and I grew up on farms in Kentucky and have loved dogs all our lives. Our kids also love dogs! We have a large fenced yard, and there are lots of walking areas nearby. We would take your dog on a walk or let him romp around the yard. We do have a cat named Eleanor and kids, so it is important that your furry friend be comfortable around cats and children. About: As far as cats go, I have experience bathing, brushing, and trimming nails. As well as bathing and brushing for dogs. I also have experience administering liquid and pill medicine for both cats and dogs. :) I am the parent of a lazy domestic short hair cat named Eddie. I’ve had him for about four years and before Mr. Eddie, I’ve helped in providing care for many cats and dogs of all different breeds for family and friends. I feed Eddie twice a day (morning and night) and refill his water fountain every morning. Litter is changed every other day. He has two cat towers and more toys than I can count. He enjoys playing with other cats and has no problem sharing his space. As for pets in others homes I follow routines exactly as instructed.

Oh, and a pigeon. I've always been the one who had to save every living creature. Neighbors have brought me wounded yard creatures to try and save. Saved wild baby bunnies from a bad case of bloat. I've taken first aid/CPCR class. I can trim nails, bathe, walk, run, teach, snuggle and play. I really enjoy brushing them, it strengthens our bond and trust. I will keep them safe and love them like my own. I have cared for puppies to seniors. My animals tend to live long lives. I've never really met an animal I didn't want to kiss. I try to kiss every nose I see. I am a Air Force veteran and no longer work. So I can come to your pet anytime. Kids are grown and don't need me. I can care for your animals in your home. I also provide transportation, if needed. Leashes and car seat belts are a must for me. I have very few limitations, since I don't work a regular job anymore. Feel free to ask me anything. About: I have over 30 years experience working with animals of all kinds. I have vet clinic experience, personal experience and am involved in animal rescue organizations. I also have a 13 year old Beagle named Ginger, a Pot belly Pig named Ellie and 2 spoiled cats. I am a former Drug and Alcohol Counselor and been married for 36 years. About: I have been around pets my whole life, but dogs are my favorite! I love them all, from puppies to the senior friends. I regularly care for my family dogs and I have experience caring for friends dogs and I have several regular clients. I have experience with puppy care and training, bathing, feeding, and administering medication. I also have experience with senior dog care nearing the end of life and all others in between. I have no trouble creating the special bond needed with most dog personalities. Dogs are truly our best friends! I play and exercise my own dogs daily. I understand the importance of keeping dogs engaged, healthy, and active. I do have a part-time job, but schedules are flexible given enough notice. I am so excited to care for your pup! I like to make sure the doggie is a happy, tired doggie when I do have to leave them. They love me and know fun is in store when I’m around. My household is on a second shift schedule, so I can provide check ins later at night and I usually get around to my first morning check ins by 10 a.m. (unless you request earlier). In your home I am able to provide feeding, watering, potty breaks, play time and attention, (non-injected) medications, and more upon request. About: I have 2 years of experience as a veterinary assistant, and over my life I have had 2 dogs and 2 cats. I currently live with my adorable kitty. I love my cat so much and I would give your dog the same amount of care and love :) I am a college student and have class in the morning. On Wednesday and Fridays my day ends around 3:30 but the other days end between 10-12. Preferred to go into the client's home since I have pets myself. If you have specific requests for your animal, I try to abide by that as best as possible. With dogs, I prefer to always keep them on a leash outside if there is no fenced yard.
About: I have grown up with dogs and puppies my whole life. I take my pets to get groomed and to their vet appointments, make them fun treats, walk them, and make sure their needs are fully met. My dogs have grown up kennel trained so I know how important it is to make the kennel a positive space. I also understand that giving dogs human food can make their stomachs upset and keeping them on their regular diet is imperative. I am currently a student at UK and only have classes on Tuesday and Thursday. My Wednesdays are full with shadowing at Bluegrass Orthopedics. My Mondays, Fridays, and weekends are free typically. I am not allowed to to have dogs in my home because I currently rent. I am willing to drive them places though. I am willing to bring them to my house for short periods of time under certain circumstances.
About: I’ve had dogs in my home since I was 9 years old, from 2 month old puppies to senior dogs, and taking care of them has been the best part of my day! I like to focus on mental stimulation as well as physical with dogs so they have a sound mind and body. I’m familiar with crate training, and puppy care, including a solid understanding of training the basics. I’m used to energetic and fast-paced dogs but I love my older and more mellow dogs as well! I’ve pet sat my fair share of cats and feel comfortable with them too. I am a flight student so that is my biggest time commitment which is 4 hours 3-4x a week. If there is a yard, that will be utilized to the fullest, but I will take full advantage of what the neighborhood has to offer for fun walks/providing sufficient daily stimulation for the dog. About: Hi! I’m a 19 year old college student at The University of Kentucky who absolutely loves dogs and would be so happy to help take care of yours! I have two dogs of my own that are my best friends and I treat them as family. I’ve helped friends and family take care of their dogs my whole life! I already love walking and having a buddy to bring with me would be amazing! I currently live in an apartment but there’s plenty of grass to walk around on and i’m very open to going to dog parks, a trail, or anywhere they would want to go! For anyone interested in boarding, your dog is welcome to go on any furniture and cuddle with me in my bed if they’re allowed! I will treat your dogs as if they were my own and i’m excited to hear from you! I am a college student and do have classes but i’m totally available any day and time besides 1pm-4pm Tuesdays-Thursdays! I can walk your dog multiple times a day if needed around those times! For boarding I have a roommate who also loves dogs and we have opposite class schedules so one of us will always be home! I’m only gone for 2 hours during the day Tuesday-Thursday! I’m also happy to bring your dog anywhere with me if that’s what they’re used to! I’m able to follow any instructions based on your dog’s needs and am happy to help! I’m very trustworthy and will treat your dog as if they’re my own.
