About: I have had dogs and cats in my life for over 50 years. I was so lucky to grow up in a home that was the local Noah’s Arc. This childhood formed my commitment and love to animals. About 20 years ago, I decided to enter the world of pure bred dogs and have been an avid exhibitor and breeder of Pointers and Ridgebacks focused always on good temperaments and health. I love dogs and really believe it’s important that each animal I care for, feels at home, comfortable, pampered, exercised and loved. I have 4 dogs that are super casual and it has been very easy to bring animals into my home. I will only take 1 or 2 dogs at a time, as I want to be able to provide the best care possible for them. Your animals are treated as though they are mine and the care and love they will experience can only be exceeded by you. It’s always stressful for animals to be away from their families, so the more I can do to relieve this stress, the better I feel. I always tease my clients that their dogs may come home a little spoiled. I’m very much available all day really to take care of the dogs as my schedule is very flexible. In addition my brother lives with me and he helps me take care of the dogs. There is always a person at our house while your dog will be visiting. I also offer a military discount for those that have or are serving our beautiful country. I do not work outside of the home, which provides me with a lot of flexibility to provide dedicated care to your pets all day. I think it's important dogs that stay at my house receive the same amount of attention as they would at home and as my dogs do. I also believe it's important not to disrupt their daily routine, so I work closely with owners to understand each Dog needs.

I took her in from a man I helped on a call at work. He had to have his leg amputated and had no family to take her at the time. 22 years as a police officer 17 years as a helicopter crew chief in the USAF I had a miniature pinscher who was diabetic and had cushings. I also have three dogs who currently need medications. I am able to administer medications. My dogs are all different energy levels and each dog has its own personality. I understand every dog is different 😁 I understand different work shifts and needs. Will offer military, police, and first responder discounts. I retired after 20 years of policing in NY. I am currently back working for another PD here in KY but I am in the process of going back to retired life. I spend a lot of time with my pups. My schedule will be part time for now but transition to full time pet sitter. I have a fenced in yard so plenty of space for play. I will care for your pet in your home according to your pets needs and instructions. Each pet is different and has their own personality so I will cater to those needs.

I am especially comfortable taking care of older and senior dogs and adapting to their needs (ex. blind/deaf) and have lived with small to medium breeds. However, I am also experienced with taking care of younger and larger breeds (ex. 1 year old English Labs). I have recently graduated from my undergraduate program, and have plenty of free time while looking for full-time employment. I do have a daughter, which may limit certain appointment times but should be flexible as I do have relatives to help, should I need to check on your pets. About: Lifelong animal lover with two dogs and a horse currently. I work as a registered nurse but my alternate career path would’ve been veterinary medicine! I would love to fill our schedule by taking care of someone else’s dog. I am pretty flexible with my schedule. I have a fenced in yard and I also have a great neighborhood to walk your dogs as well. I have a Shorkie that gets along with all dogs. I have 4 total kids, along with my husband and we all love dogs and your dog will definitely be loved on while here.
About: I grew up with all kinds of pets- dogs ranging from pomeranians to great danes, cats, reptiles, and small mammals. I spent some time working for a luxury dog hotel and daycare and have pet sat for many families over the years. Now, in addition to caring for people's furry friends, I also work as a holder for a mobile company that does dog, cat, and other pet nails. Pet care is my full-time job! When I'm not pet sitting or walking dogs, I'm helping with pet pedicures. My household is on a second shift schedule, so I can provide check ins later at night and I usually get around to my first morning check ins by 10 a.m. (unless you request earlier). I do not provide care in my home because I currently rent. In your home I am able to provide feeding, watering, potty breaks, play time and attention, (non-injected) medications, and more upon request. When walking your dog(s), I am very attentive and aware, and love providing your companions with positive reinforcement when exhibiting desirable behaviors. I go with your dog's pace, and even offer trips to the dog park if you believe your furry friend needs to get out more than a walks worth of energy!
About: I have always loved dogs growing up and have been around them my entire life. After my wife and I got married I finally got my own dog and have loved every minute! I am open to most times during the day to help take care of people’s pets and look forward to caring and playing with their dogs. I will listen to what the client says for how to take care of their pet(s) due to all dogs being different in terms of needs to give them a great life.
About: Currently I have a cat and I have had plenty of work taking care of other peoples pets, and even exotic animals :) taking care of your pet is my main priority! I am great with dogs and cats!! I have a super flexible schedule and I can work with with you to figure out what times are good with you! I am open during the week and weekends! Day and Night, you just have to let me know in advance! I’m always sure to clean my house and make it a safe environment for other animals. Making sure your animal is safe is my top priority

About: Lifelong animal lover with two dogs and a horse currently. I work as a registered nurse but my alternate career path would’ve been veterinary medicine! One of my dogs is medically fragile so I am comfortable caring for dogs who require a little extra attention for their needs. I work full-time as a flight nurse but my schedule is incredibly flexible and I have whole weeks off at a time. During my on weeks, I have availability for drop-ins on the days that I am home. My goal is to take care of your animals the same way I would expect mine to be cared for, in an environment that they are comfortable in!
