“Tammy was a godsend. We discussed how we were going to handle buddy because the alternatives were way too expensive. She offered to board buddy, even though she was not listed for boarding on Rover. She changed her preference to be willing to board. My pup is not an easy one to get along with strangers. When I brought Buddy over there, he immediately took to Tammy and started to explore the house and then the fenced backyard. Tammy was so taken with buddy and he took right to her. She sent me cute photos of him during his stay. Because of her obvious bonding and care for buddy allowed me to enjoy my trip with no anxiety. “We were really happy with the care she gave our dog while we were away. At first our dog was a little shy and unsure, but she eventually warmed up to her and started getting excited for their walks and playtime. I was honestly nice seeing her look forward to the visits. She always made sure our dog was fed and had fresh clean water, and even with only 30-minute visits, she still took the time to walk and play with her. Our dog can pull a lot during walks, but she handled her really well and seemed patient with her. About: My beloved family dog passed away right before COVID and left a animal shaped hole in my heart. I’ve been watching dogs ever since and love enjoying all their different personalities. If you’re looking for someone to absolutely love on your pet, I’m your gal. I am open to most any accommodations needed. I love going on walks, runs, and hikes with the active dogs but I also LOVE being cozy in the house with sleepier pets. I have the convenient ability to work from home when desired so my weekday and weekend schedule is flexible. I live in a home without a fenced in backyard but am in walking distance to a park. I do live with my boyfriend and he is always begging me to watch more dogs so he will provide extra EXTRA loving on top of my own.
