About: I have helped raise a bottle fed kitten and cared for a senior beagle in his last year. I care for and adopt mostly adult dogs, but I haven't met one I don't like! I work from home, so my schedule is flexible to fit in lots of home visits with overnight stay possible! I have my own dog that goes out 3 times a day already, so fitting in pet care is a breeze! I have an apartment with 2 bedrooms where dogs can sleep separate from my own dog. My complex is very dog friendly with all pets on leash, and large areas to sniff and poop as well as a park & track in walking distance.

About: I had dogs and cats in my house my entire childhood. I helped feed them and walk them, gave them medications and played with them. I’ve even given a rowdy Doberman eye drops 😅 long story short, since moving away, I’m looking to have more pets in my life. About: I have experience fostering for the humane society. I have a German shepherd at home and used to own a Siberian husky. I have fostered both puppies and kittens I work from home full-time so I can give your pet plenty of potty breaks and give them a walk on my lunch if needed I have a fenced in yard that your dog can play in. About: We have owned dogs since we each were children. Our dogs have been from puppies until they moved across the rainbow bridge. Mostly small to mid size dogs. Misty is home almost all the time. Tom works and is home in the evening. Week days are available with Wednesday evening pick up by 5 PM. Saturday daytime is also fine. Over night stay is available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Special arrangements could be made for Wednesday or Sunday night. We have two dogs who are each 10 years old. They will need to adapt to having other dogs visit. They have crates, and baby gate to separate as needed until all dogs are comfortable. We will give all pets plenty of attention. We have an empty room where visiting pets can spend time. We have a rope tied from tree to tree with dog leashes attached for free exercise and potty time in the yard. This keeps them safe and prevents running away. For overnight care the spare room will be supplies with a soft blanket for a bed.

About: I am a doctoral candidate in Biology at UofL, so you know I'm good at organization and scheduling! I think my time as a graduate student has sharpened my reasoning and communication skills as well. It's also increased my animal handling experience (mice)! I've had pets my whole life, mostly cats and dogs. My most recent pet is an elderly shi tzu with a surprising amount of energy! Apollo is a very skiddish cat, but we've definitely earned each others' trust. I can drop by to check on your pet, take them out for a walk (if weekday, must be before 10am or after 5pm, can be flexible), check on them periodically to feed them, or house sit (weekends only). I am a grad student, so I'm usually busy during weekdays 10am-5pm. Most of my work now is away from the bench, so I can be a little flexible about those hours Weekends are generally open! I love in an apartment that doesn't allow animals so I can't keep any here. I can however watch your furry friend at your house or take them on walks around the neighborhood!

I've spent years working hands-on with animals of all sizes, species, temperaments, and health needs. As Operations Director at the Terre Haute Humane Society, I worked directly alongside veterinarians to implement shelter medicine protocols and quality of life standards, giving me informal vet tech experience that most pet sitters simply don't have. About: I’ve lived with cats my whole life but have taken care of pets on and off for family and friends! I’m a full time nanny so care is my specialty! I’m available for boarding on weekends but on weekdays I work full time. Always reach out though, my schedule is ever changing and I am always down to make things work! I have a big unfenced yard with a creek for your fur baby to have some fun! There are parks near by for walking! When it comes to cats, I have my own room with a big window looking out at the creek to keep them away from my roommates two cats!

“Grace was great. Having one dog with health issues we were comforted with her professional experience. We had some major personal complications (including the one dog having to be put to sleep) and she was willing to work through the issues that came up. Grace was very understanding of the situation, and had then had to deal with a now anxious dog who just lost her partner and had to go alone to someone she didn't know. Grace made her feel at home. We were very satisfied with Grace and her pet accommodations. We would definitely use her again.”
