We were afraid that she'd have trouble settling in because she's very attached to us, but we were put at ease when Alison sent a picture of our girl sleeping on a comfy couch. I had a great dane as a teenager so big dogs are no problem. I am a stay-at-home, homeschooling mom so I am home a most of the time, never gone for long. I am available seven days a week. About: I regularly pet sit for friends and family. 1-3 weeks mostly; but can do just a few days as well. Private home with a fenced yard. Dog lead in yard is available. I love to walk! Short or long walks are all fine with me. I’ve been around dogs my entire life. I’ve owned 3 in my adult life. I even fostered a dog for 9 months! It was hard to give her up; but she went to a loving home. I’m honest and trustworthy and dogs just make every day better! I work a pretty flexible schedule. I’m retired so I have lots of time. If your dog likes car rides and public parks…awesome! There’s also 2-3 dog parks not far from my house I have a big yard that's about 70 yards deep and I have a secured lead in both front and back yards. For added safety, I attach an air tag to your pets collar. There are sidewalks all around my neighborhood for safe walks on a leash. I'm not a fan of dog parks. I prefer to select my walking path to ensure your pets safety. I live alone.

About: Family and friends started asking me to take care of their pets when I was around 15 years old. Ever since, I've taken care of dogs and cats (even a few lizards!) for people all over my hometown. I've done simple tasks like going to someone's home to just let the dogs out to potty and feed them, all the way to staying at people's homes while they're away. When I was between jobs as a teenager, I briefly worked for a local company that took care of pets on the daily. About: I've been surrounded by animals my entire life and have always had a special love for pets of all kinds! I grew up with dogs and spent a lot of time at my grandparents' farm, where I would often spend time with dogs, cats, and horses. I've had at least one dog my entire life and have always been very involved in their care. Right now I have two dogs, Remi is 14, and Winston is 6, so I am very familiar with the needs of senior and younger pups. I understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs. Whether it's going for walks, playing outside, sticking to a feeding schedule, or simply giving them plenty of attention and affection, I'll make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away. About: Animals have been part of my life since childhood, from dogs and cats to hamsters, an iguana, fish, and even a duck. I’m a flight attendant and former professional ballerina, which means I’m responsible, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure. About: I've had pet since my earliest memories. On top of caring for pets of my own, including cats, dogs, reptiles, arachnids, and more, I also fostered animals in southern Indiana for 5+ years. Now that I'm in the Cincinnati area I want to find a way to help animals again so I joined Rover! I currently work as a contractor for a delivery company so I choose my own hours, this way I have time to fit in the furry friends. I can come any time, day or night! When caring for pets in someones home I always make sure to have a list of things the pet parents want to make sure is done. I also make sure all cabinets and doors are secure before leaving a room, this way pets can't get into anything they shouldn't. When outside with the pups, I always make sure to keep them on the outside away from the road when walking on sidewalks.
